Beautiful Hotel!! Stayed here for my honeymoon, during off peak January.

A slightly more mature hotel so you won t really get your typical loud mouthed tourists, so great fro a peaceful stay.

Breakfast buffet was amazing!!!

We stayed in the Delux double room on the 7th floor of the main building which had a great view of the pool and sea.

Be sure to book in the main hotel and not the Vatican village! This is a short buggy ride away and Not in the main part of the hotel.

20 min walk to the Grand mosque and local malls about 10mjns drive

Staff were very friendly.

Every day fresh flowers adorn the lobby. boasts 532 rooms, including 85 private villas. The 5 star Hotel is the largest Ritz carlton in UAE is opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and 125-year-old olive trees, brought from Spain to abudhabi in this hotel.
When it comes to designing, huge amounts of effort go into even the smallest of details.

Nice hotel with cozy rooms in a large complex. Good restaurants and bars. The service is friendly and attentive. Huge pool area and private beach. The mosque worth seeing is directly opposite. All sights are easy and quick to reach by taxi. Great hotel we liked.

The hotel does not meet the standards of Abu Dhabi ... dated. The staff is rude ... if you go for breakfast or dinner, you will be rudely asked for your room number ... sometimes if you are staying illegally in the hotel ... you have to choose one of the three restaurants for dinner and then have to sign an invoice amount that you don't have to pay when checking out !! somehow a failed concept ...

I cannot and would not recommend the hotel ... three nights were already too much for us!

The beach is a flop in itself too!

Love this hotel! We have booked this hotel since we had a stopover for 3 days in Abu Dhabi and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton during this time.

It's a luxury hotel which means that Service, Rooms etc. are just perfect.

We arrived pretty early (~6 am) at the hotel and were really tired from our flight.
Check-in went pretty fast and we were guided to our villa.

Everything was clean and cozy. I loved the bath tub.

Location: hotel is not in the city centre but just take a taxi and drive there approx. 10 min.

Facilities: Gym, pool etc. Everything is available.

Service: perfect!

Would definitely come again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel! I just got back from staying here for one week in the 2 bedroom villa, as we were on a business trip we did not really get to enjoy all the facilities, so shall definitely go back again! The hotel is a vast property with many restaurants, we tried the Chinese and the lebanese which were both very nice. The brunch on a friday is amazing!! Staff were very helpful, polite and attentive to every request. I would highly recommend to everyone. Pool is fantastic but beach not that great!

We booked a deluxe inch room. Breakfast with the note to live on the same high floor as our travel partner, this was initially confirmed by email.
Arrived that night around 11 p.m. we were warmly welcomed.
The entrance hall with a ceiling height of estimated 30 m leaves one amazed, gold, marble, granite, the finest materials characterize this grand hotel.

Unfortunately we had to find out that our room was on the lowest floor and no room on the upper floor was available for us, at the earliest one day later.
We looked at the room and left it at that, we stayed in the 2115 with a view of the pool and the other shore of the lake.
We thought it was a shame not to find an item in the room on arrival, or a small gift that we are used to from our previous hotels. Consider it a Ritz Carlton Hotel, a leading property in an upscale room price category.
You can find a top modern welcome message on the flat screen.

Room:
the room was huge for a deluxe category, 42 m2 is a junior suite in most houses of this class. Incl. Nespresso machine, iPod music system, flat screen TV, desk, chaise longue, balcony with table and 2 chairs.

Pool:
Gigantic pool 1,600 square meters with a very large outdoor area, very nicely planted. Very comfortable loungers, the blue towels are questionable, on the one hand they heat up brutally due to the dark blue and on the other hand unsuitable for cooking laundry ...
Pool boys what the eye can see.
Pool service: Al Fresco restaurant menu for eating all day long, which is CHEAP for Abu dhabi 5 star class conditions, Cesar salad with shrimps 53 DRH (15 CHF),

I cannot confirm the noise level from airplanes.
From 4 p.m. the jet skies are allowed to drive, which makes a hell of a noise and puts the hotel's bay at risk. That must be stopped as soon as possible, because the rowdies really provoke the neighboring hotels with their machine noise and bathing guests.

F&B:
Breakfast:
Disastrous service, you were greeted by name once,
That was probably because that morning the whole management was present.
The waiters rarely take a drink order. Tables and chairs were pulled across the floor instead of being lifted.
The choice of dishes is limited to a minimum for international guests. Arabs / Asians receive most of the offer. e.g. Meat selection consisted of 2 cold cuts, rolls 1 kind if at all, most of it was bread and toast, bread is hygienically questionable in my opinion, since most of the slices touch it with bare hands.
The overall dish selection was satisfactory. It was very upscale that San Pellegrino water was served FREE for breakfast.

Housekeeping:
Fernando (room boy) surprised us several times with an animal figure made of towels, (that's not a Ritz standard, but from him personally)
Very friendly RoomBoy, which is more suitable at the front than in the back area.
The room was mostly always clean, only the balcony was neglected.
The minibar was not refilled every day.
There was free fresh water in the room every day.
GEO Houskeeping Manager fulfills every wish, very friendly gentleman.
CONCLUSION:
A thoroughly successful stay at the Ritz Carlton. You can tell it is still a baby of the Ritz group, with small weaknesses, which are to be forgiven, due to the relatively low Ritz room price and the initial phase in which the hotel is. We would recommend the hotel to luxury travelers.
