This hotel should be ashamed, entertaining group gatherings at this present time is not only illegal but totally unacceptable. Stayed here for our silver wedding anniversary, our gathering party was cancelled due to Covid 19, but this hotel management allowed a party in a room next to us until 4am. You were very lucky we did not call the police. The staff made our room beautiful with balloons, rose petals and a lovely cake, only to be let down by management.

In my opinion this is the 3rd best resort after Emirates palace and Sant regis Abu Dhabi.

Beautiful architectures! Those Chandeliers! Huge swimming pool! Generous, friendly yet professional staffs!

Overall it's good, but they the coldest swimming pool in the UAE!

Thank you for your great venue and service. One of my favorite places now in Abu Dhabi. The only downside is the pool menu. Please offer more choices like grills and salads

On my second trip to Abu Dhabi, it was perfect, I went for totally different reasons and eventually I found myself at Ritz Carlton. This hotel met all my expectations. Perfect location by the beach, rooms are clean and large (Villas to be specific),lovely decor, and cushy beds that are pure white and so comfy! I do reccomend this hotel. Thanks to that special person that made it happen (X) and looking forward to my next visit very soon, I mean really really soon :)

Giant hotel, very elaborately equipped. Located on the big canal. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Pool is very large, many different restaurants, large gym. Have lived in a villa with separate living area, kitchenette, bedroom, private terrace.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful spot not too far away from the city. Myself and a friend had dinner at a restaurant called Le Jeang and the food was simply amazing.

Hammer . From service, food, cleanliness, beauty to friendly, attentive people ... just great. Every time again, five stars from me.

Butt my experience was very bad with property marketing lady Arti Sharma from dubai and her friend behavior was very bad. It was my first visit there.

The location is perfect. The front face of the hotel reserves a panoramic view at the biggest attraction of the city, which is the great mosque. At the other end, a private beach and a fantastic pool. The gardens are beautiful. All decoration shows great refinement, delicacy and all this under a first class services. Speaking of service, download the hotel app on your cell phone. I tested it and it really works. Just pick up the phone and place your order. It will be taken care of immediately. With the advantage that you do not have to go to any place. The large hotel area offers many very good restaurants (Japanese, Italian, Lebanese etc) And a special and charming tea room. Surely, this hotel is one of the best places to be in Abu Dhabi.

The Ritz Carlton is located directly on the canal with a fantastic view of Abu Dhabi or the mosque. The rooms are stylish and spacious. The staff is extremely attentive.

We went to this hotel from the 7th sept until the 17th sept. It was amazing !!!! That's the only words to describe it. We where welcomed by Carolina and Vivian who made us so welcome and explained everything. The decor and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Our room was lovely always kept clean. Fayas one of the housekeeping team always ensured we had everything and he always had a lovely smile. Round the pool area. Sajeesh, Jamal, and rafiq always came to say hello asking if we need anything and if everything was ok. Excellent customer service. There was plenty restaurants around the hotel Punjab restaurant was Excellent the young boy in there called Neretundi ? Was so polite. As was Christy who works in sorso bar. He was always friendly. There is a coffee lounge in the hotel with lots of delicious cakes the girl in there called Su always welcomed us with a beautiful smile and made delicious coffee. We cannot wait to go back here . I would recommend it to anyone FANTASTIC we were in room 2675. Mr Gillies and Carol fenwick

Superb hotel. There nice view to Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque. It's wonderful. There is big parking ambience, vallett parking services, and much more. Very big ball room also.. I love this hotel

Nice hotel, big pool. Slightly out of town location. Ideal if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It's a gorgeous hotel with great service. Gardens were very well kept, stairs properly polished.
I ordered a room service and they brought a birthday cake with what I'd ordered! Such a nice surprise and it was a great pleasure staying there on my birthday.

The staff members were all polite, friendly and very hard working. The resort itself is stunning. You can stay in the main building or in the Venetian Village, both of which are very nice. The hotel is also directly across from the grand mosque and a free shuttle will take you there.

Wifi is a bit slow here.other everything's good special the Chinese restaurant you have got amazing helpfully staff specially Yousuf and Fahim .thank you so much !!!!

What a beautiful place to spend four different kind of events, I stayed here for four days, the view of each room is a luxury experience, my room was on the 8th floor, the pool view is massive, We had a sufi night event specially organised for my entire family which was in the beautiful gardens of Ritz facing the grand mosque,. the only mark down was their food , services were great.. Rest everything was a plus..

Expected much more from the Ritz brand. They got all big things right but minor details matter like most beach towels were worn-out and some torn. Long waiting time for room service. No tea bags in the room etc

Fantastic resort hotel. Very good standard of accommodation, great staff. Club Lounge very comfortable great place for breakfast fantastic views. Fantastic location about 20 minutes from all the main attractions, perfect distance for the airport. Can't wait to return.

Staff and service was very warm and welcoming

Close to the Grand Mosque and a shuttle service for guests was very helpful. Not much else nearby in terms of shops.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view. Unfortunately we did not have favourable weather during our stay so did not use outdoor facilities. Gym was large and stocked with water and the spa facility was also used which was a fair price.
