One of best hotel in Abu Dhabi
Beautiful hotel located a stone's throw from the Grand Mosque.

This hotel is so luxe. I stayed in one of the villa's here and it was the best experience ever. They have a massive pool area, tons of nearby restaurants, an incredible layout, fast check-in and the views are incredible. My check-in was during sunset and just outside the front doors near the front check-in desk you can see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. It was so beautiful. You could even hear the adhan from there. They also offer a shuttle service so the mosque which makes getting their so simple and easy. I love Abu Dhabi and will always remember my trip here. Every single thing was perfect, the food, the atmosphere, the staff, the villa. The also have the best French toast I've ever had in my life here at the Ritz. If I'm ever in Abu Dhabi again, this is the only place I'll stay.

Satisfactory in all. The staff's response is very good. The entrance, the pool, the rooms, everything is luxurious, it looks like a Ritz Carlton, and the site area itself is large, so it's fun to walk around the hotel. There is no reason not to give 5 stars to this hotel.

Didn't visit the hotel it self, but visited the restaurants area which is nice despite of it is very pricey menu and you have to consider many taxes and fees over your bill (around 30% extra). Be careful !

Ok so, I adore this hotel and the staff. It's the only hotel I will stay in when I'm in Abu Dhabi. The setting, right opposite the Grand Mosque and 20 mins from the Abu Dhabi International Airport, is just a bonus. It's very plush and the deco is modern and clean with a great inviting warmth as you enter the main lobby.
The staff can't do enough to meet your every need and always do so with a smile. They are incredibly professional and at the same time personable. They remembered me by name and used it all the time which was so nice.
I've dined in all seven restaurants and you're spoilt for choice. Loved the Sorso bar too! You must, make a point of relaxing by the massive pool and the amazing pool boys who will have your sun bed and water waiting before you know it.
All this sounds cheesy and it's not meant to. I will be going back for a third year in 2021...

It's a last opportunity before Ramadan and in Dubai to enjoy a day at fantastic destination with my love everything was beyond hospitality limit very friendly staff

The hotel is very sophisticated and the services, staff and handling way are very high

Only went there for food. Wont be back again. Rude staff. Pricey. Charged me more than what I ordered.

Im giving it 2 stars because of the below:
- Very old Furniture.
- We used the prayer room and it was dusty and full of cockroaches !!

Very nice hotel very friendly staff very good food but on the beach you have to inform yourself beforehand that is not how you would like it if you are planning a nice holiday. Also the swimming pool is a bathtub in the temperature quality. The english of the people is not so often good to understand also the taxi drivers are law linguistically untrained so sometimes you go elsewhere than you think .. definitely check the euro and dirham never give too much tip that is all included good luck

Fantastic resort! I can't wait to say here again. The club lounge a great place to unwind and relax. All of the staff I encountered week terrific, friendly, and accommodating.

I am here with my son we leave tomorrow I would like to thank all the staff for making this a memorable stay everything was perfect and I would like to send thanks to Raj on his promotion from the Ritz Dubai to abu dhabi you are lucky to have such a good man on your team my son and I will be sorry to leave good luck to the Ritz staff

Very nice hotel. You were warmly welcomed. The rooms are nice too.
In my opinion it is VERY air conditioned the whole hotel. Much too cool. For the breakfast buffet they charge way too much in my opinion. & there wasn't much choice or variety either. You have to pay for WiFi. & even then you couldn't even make calls on WhatsApp because nothing worked. Bad internet in any case. In our rooms we would even be stolen & only got apologies etc. Whereby they have cameras everywhere & could have just checked who was in the room for the last few days & cleaned it etc. Well what the heck.
Anyway, I'm personally disappointed

A full-service hotel The rooms are suitable for the garden and the sea. The staff are friendly and friendly and all are without exception. There is a spa, a salon and various restaurants all day long.

Unique exclusive hotel in the best area of Abu Dhabi near Maqta with sea and nice luxurious pool and restaurants. Nice view of the other shore side of Souq Al beri (typical emirati souq)

Make sure before booking your room location in the village or main building? Because the village needs to walk a lot and far from the restaurant and some of the hotel's main services, the Ritz-Carlton in most of its branches do not arrange the room and furnishing it in a sophisticated and this is not acceptable for a hotel with this luxury! In addition to that Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi and put two rooms cream of skin expired expiration date !!

Valet parking staff is very polite and quick in their service.

I have been to swimming pool and beach , they have 2 swimming pools with nice view , staff is friendly , in general nice hotel

I don t advise you to book in this hotel, it s expensive on nothing the room was normal,The air conditioner was hot and we are still in the summer , the shower was
not good, the TV remote was broken , and the tissue box was less than a quarter, and you can hear noises from the other rooms the issue that s we face in 3 star hotel s, and it s self parking they don t have valet parking.

Worst hotel ive stayed in.
- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
- Hot water constantly running out.
- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.
- Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers.
- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
- Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked Dimitri (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?"
- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.
- Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.

I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff (excluding the bar woman who was lovely).If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night and sunbathe by the pool and drink at the hotel bar all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and explore the island without feeling youre being monitored DO NOT STAY.

Very good hotel Perfectly maintained facilities and impeccable service.

We stayed in a villa, although it was somewhat remote from the reception access was easy and if you did not want to walk they took you in a golf cart.

The correct restaurants although I do recommend eating out of the hotel.

Spectacular pool to spend the day, it was not difficult to find hammocks or to be served a good cocktail to hang out.

Very spacious and complete rooms, wifi, TV, air conditioning, etc.

Bars with a little nightlife in case you want to have a drink before going to sleep.

The impeccable service, as expected in a hotel of these characteristics.

I've got a membership which allows me access to 5* hotels.
I've had a mix of experiences here so although a nice hotel with facilities the experience hasn't always been positive.
The pool area is lovely with a shallow area for little ones and a deep.area for the bigger people.
The beach is lovely but the only issue I have is when there are boats or anything the waves are quite high.
The view is lovely and there's also a kids play area with splash pool.

The most amazing place that i have stayed and with the most amazing view the room had... There are two views of the rooms that can be booked the mosque view and canal view both the views are amazing and as always... The staff the facilities the ambience.. over all experience was outstanding

Nice place, we visited during Eid break. Nice rooms and decent breakfast, Pool was nice and relaxing. They had a kids splash area and also a Ritz Kids play area where there were a lot of activities for kids and adults too.. We played Table Tennis :) Overall a good experience.

One of the best hotels I have ever been in during my 5 years in UAE.

Nice hotel with a unique view! Great service, especially at the morning and dinner buffet! Rooms were big and always clean. We would like to highlight the great pool service by Mr. Rajitha and his team. Our seats were reserved every morning, served again and again with water and surprised with fruit cocktails! Gladly again!

Really bad service especially the food and beverages

It's the Ritz. What more do you really need to know? The service is peerless, the food is excellent, the rooms are amoung the best in the business. My only real complaint is the beds are a bit softer than I like, but I have that problem at most hotels. Definitely spend the extra to get access to the club lounge. Very worth it.

Excellent hotel. Nice and neat rooms. Yummy breakfast. All fruits were so fresh. I can still feel it in my taste buds. I would recommend this hotel . Its location is in an ideal place, close to grand mosque which is one of the most wanted tourist spots in abudhabi. Also it is in the banks of grand canal.

Awesome hotel with open wide bedrooms with tubs. The main pool was recently renovated with the grounds well kept. The view off the Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque is excellent especially at night time.

Brilliant experience and excellent courtesy extended to visitors on all occasions.
