These people are the worst! I ve been calling for 3 months already. Marrissa denies any voicemails being left even though I have proof that I ve been calling non stop. I reached out to Her supervisor Amanda and still no calls have been returned. Why are these people doing in the office if they aren t doing their job?

I am a caregiver and honestly I am shocked of that it takes so long for help. Perhaps that is normal however I didn t think it would take months before my lady would get help. My lady doesn t want to bother them but she waits and waits.

This place send a person to my house she was 3 hours late fave me the wrong information. She did not have the medical records she needed and after complaining to their supervisor to be removed from my case she is still on it and I think she is trying to retaliate against me. Horrible people to work with when you really need help.

Horrible service. I stayed with the company only because my boys had the pleasure of having vision therapy with Donna! She is the best of the best! The company is trash and never tried to help in anyway.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Worst service EVER! We have been calling for 9 weeks trying to get help for an elderly person that NEEDS help. Have only talked to a human 2 times & have left repeated messages, even with a "supervisor"! They said they were mailing papers the same day we talked to them, 2 weeks later we still have nothing. What the **** is goin on over there? Not helping people apparently!

Awful customer service, poorly trained staff, lazy case managers. This place doesn t really help the people who need it. Waivers take forever and all the staff work from home turn their work phones off - I have called a case manager 5 times in the last 2 weeks and have still not received a call back. Good luck if you have a family member that needs help, you are better off hiring a social worker to help you navigate through the mess that is the TRE process. I hate this place, they don t care and don t help the people that need it the most.

Not even going to say anything. Because, anyone who has dealt with them or when it was Rocky Mountain Options, already know. But it's a shame when you finally have a caseworker that somewhat seems to care but their hands are tied. Money disappeared and nothing was done, now it starts again and ughhhhhh, nevermind. I don't think anyone can be trusted there not to mention they have a serious paperwork problem because it seems to take months for them to get an email, fax, or snail mail after it's sent several times. So much for not saying anything. Better stop before they threaten to kick people out of the program.

I am a provider for children with special needs. I have worked with several companies over the years and I must say TRE is the WORST. I went months without a return phone from their case workers to get services to children in need. I no longer will call them because they make up excuses like our phones were down ( for 6 months). Email and document everything this company tells you or doesn't tell you. What is sad is they are only hurting the children they are supposed to be helping. Leadership is desperately need in this company so that all employees are held accountable for their actions or lack there of!
