I am a caregiver and honestly I am shocked of that it takes so long for help. Perhaps that is normal however I didn t think it would take months before my lady would get help. My lady doesn t want to bother them but she waits and waits.

Caseworkers and their supervisors do not return phone calls. For WEEKS. What the heck??? Don t you care?????
