Had a great time here! Highly recommended.
We were impressed by the nice room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and much more. Location is perfect, a stone s throw away from KLCC and from there you can walk on the link bridge to Pavilion.
Nice view too.

First time here for my friends daughter birthday party. I just found out that it is linked with shopping complex and the location is just beside KLCC. So its convenient for those who love to do shopping to stay here.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Curate Restaurant here last night, curtesy of our eldest daughter, who highly recommended it..the dining experiance was simply excellent, with the variety of spreads on offer..I was more inclined towards the sea food and middle eastern spreads, while my wife had started with the appetizer and dessert spreads, and didnt have anymore room in her tummy for the main course!!..the prayer rooms are decent and comfortable as well, while the staffs are all very curteous and helpful...the only negative impression I still carry till today is the part when I went to the wc in the toilet, and was interupted by a young chinese boy who tried to pry open the locked door, and then continued to bang on the door while spewing some gibberish which I couldnt make out!! Upon checking on the cctv, the front office staff confirmed that the chinese boy went into the toilet unaccompanied by his parents, who were conveniently waiting outside on the sofa...this definitely gave a very bad impression for a Four Season establishment...so, I hope the management would quickly attend to this matter urgently...

Lived in this hotel for 4 days and three nights. The service is good, but the second time for that kind of money I will not settle in this hotel. When checking in at 4.30 pm one of the rooms booked for the month was not ready (!!!) for check-in, breakfast is the most modest of all the FS in which it was possible to live. The rooms are not quite clean cleaned, on arrival found on the floor of the pistachio shells from the former tenants. At five in the morning, get ready to wake up from the shouting of the mouaddine, I urge you to do the morning prayer ... And one more thing on trifles. Better in Continental or in Hayatt.

Just fantastic. Highly recommended!

Just fantastic. Highly recommended!
I can only recommend the Four Seasons.
The equipment is excellent, the service is perfect everywhere.
We booked Platinum Travel Service through American Express and got a nice upgrade to a suite with a view of the Petronas Towers.
Breakfast selection is great. The Chinese restaurant is also highly recommended. Except in China, I have never eaten so excellent and in such a stylish atmosphere.
Overall, highly recommended and worth the price.

A newly opened five star hotel in the KLCC area.

A newly opened five star hotel in the KLCC area.

Because of the new establishment, the interior and exterior of the hotel are very beautiful. The room facilities were also up to date.

The price is slightly higher than the surrounding market, but it is recommended because it is much cheaper than the Japanese Four Seasons.

The upper floor is a residence.

Came here with my wife to try out the buffet breakfast. we feel that the quality and the taste of the food ought to be improved for hotel of this class.

The local food is well below average for Malaysian standard. Nasi in the Nasi Lemak lacks fragrance and taste, sambal balacang doesn't have the kampung factor. The chicken bao tasted unpleasantly for someone who is accustomed to typical dim sum taste.

The staff is very helpful and attentive.

The furniture quality is defintely not up to the Four Seasons Standard.

For a luxury hotel, the lift felt like a subway train, in a scary way. And sorry but the workmanship of the building itself is bad. The mattress was uneven, had a bulge pressing me on my hips the whole night.

But everything has two sides or more. And the people working there are awesome. Very helpful, kind, considerate and keen. Overall they made my stay great.
