One of if not the best 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Located in the heart of the capital of Malaysia. Within walking distance are the Suria KLCC shopping centre and the Avenue K shopping mall.

The service from hotel personnel is tip top, from the front desk to the housekeeping, you wouldn't complain.

Breakfast and hi-tea at The Curate restaurant are served with courteous and helpful staff.

The bed in the room is very comfortable.

The view of KLCC park is mesmerizing where you can watch the colourful water fountain at night.

Highly recommended for leisure trip and I, myself and family will definitely return to this hotel.

Great staff and services. The best hotel chain in all aspects in the world. Manager Gurmit, GSO Jon and bellman Sashi were exceptional individuals who were very accommodating and made my stay very wonderful. They were very professional and impressive. I hope that the corporate management recognize people like them and to spread what the Four Seasona are all about. Saima was wonderful also!

Great venue for business meetings. If you are coming from LRT KLCC, it is just right beside Menara Maxis. You may exit from the Ampang Entrance door (besides Coach) at Suria KLCC mall. The lunch buffet spread is awesome, and they have such a beautiful Muslim Prayers Room too.

We chose a Premium room overlooking the park and enjoyed a beautiful view. Comfortable bed, diverse breakfast, for all tastes, infinity pool, spa ... I recommend choosing this hotel.

Making memories that money cannot buy - I recently celebrated my birthday / Chinese New Year reunion by having a staycation at Four Seasons KL. Every moment from the time we drove through the hotel car park entrance from the time we checked out was beautiful! The hotel location is excellent - everyone in the family had something to do i.e. shopping at KLCC, Robinsons apart from enjoying the hotel facilities. Our pool view room is spacious, modern and clean. I appreciated that there was a long sofa and coffee table which was enough to host my family and friends for board games. The view from our room is stunning! We love the soft mattress and the best part is the automatic toilet seats with massage function! Staff at the Four Seasons have made our short stay so memorable - Thank you and we hope to seeing you soon!

As the title says it, everything was a experience with this hotel. We stayed at the Junior Suite which was oozing with luxury and got a high floor with the view of KLCC park. Check in was a breeze with Mr. Zariff assisting and explaining the whole process in a very clear manner and made sure our stay was comfortable and ensuring our needs are well taken care off. The breakfast and evening cocktail food was very pleasant and plentiful. We love this place and definitely will come back some day.

A 5 star hotel next to Twin Tower KLCC. The room is big and cozy, with smart technology used for toilet, got ipad in the room for hotel info, to contact housekeeping and even for check out. Have smart button to control lights and curtains. With modern interior, my room facing swimming pools and I can say that I loved to stay at this hotel again for staycation. I can go shopping to Suria KLCC, Avenue K and Robinson until night as it is only a walking distance to go there.

What can I say, this is KL's latest & so-called "m...

What can I say, this is KL's latest & so-called "most luxurious" hotel. A lot of hype in the papers, etc..so I stayed the weekend in their Premier Park View King room, which offers sweeping views of KLCC Park.

Location is pretty convenient; just across the street from Isetan KLCC and there's direct access on the ground floor to Robinsons next door.

Lobby is a ride up the elevator to 6B and you need to change elevators to get up to the rooms. The lobby itself is sparse with lots of space left for decorations, etc (only four single-seater chairs in the entire lobby).

Check-in was smooth and they were fairly quick to ask for my credit card for the usual charge-first-enjoy-later 'policy' in this region.

There was a chocolate cake and macaroons waiting for me in my room which was a nice touch.

However, the room, despite being tastefully furnished, was not quite ready for occupancy. Most amenities were missing, window was grimy and bathroom fittings were spotty. Housekeeping was called and despite telling them to follow their so-called twenty-page checklist they only managed to fix the first problem. I didn't want to take it further as I was tired from my flight and needed to sleep so I left it at that.

Bed is comfortable however the pillows are too soft and thin for my taste. My request for a hard pillow took eight hours to fulfill, nevermind getting me spring water from the Swiss Alps.

A/C thermostat doesn't obey and constantly gives freezing air. Switching off the A/C entirely does not help much either as the entire hotel seems to be suffering the same fate.

In-room lighting controls are clunky and you can't control individual lights which leaves your room either too bright or too dark. There are bedside sockets however they are the 3-prong UK type and USB sockets are available only at the work desk. For a new hotel this seems to be a step back in time.

An iPad is used to interact with the hotel and you can order food, request amenities, services, etc. However the interface leaves much to be desired and ordering food, for example, requires many steps to even read the description of the menu items.

This hotel's saving grace is their restaurant Curate. Their food quality is excellent (try their dinner buffet with all-you-can-eat Alaskan King Crab claws) and reasonably priced.

Overall, as with all the other hotels surrounding KLCC Twin Towers, I would say that this is just another RM1000++ a night cash grab in a feeble attempt at tapping into dwindling KLCC tourism. Perhaps, being four years in the making, it could have been more successful had it opened a couple of years sooner...however, in this day and age, and considering the current state of affairs, not for RM1000++ a night, especially not when there is another hotel under construction next door that is already an eyesore to their Premier Park View, and will surely be an earsore in the coming years.

Four Seasons a very good Hotel chain but the Hotel in KL is very good, the Hotel is very new, The staff is very friendly, if you can book the better rooms to have access to the executive privileges than you can have breakfast in the Lunge on floor 7 this is very nice.

Pros:

Pros:
Lovely place to stay with family. Wonderful staff from top to bottom. Really accomodating and friendly.
Good suite, comfortable and uptodate.
Great dining experience off peak hours.

Cons:
A bit chaos on the dining side specifically breakfast, its a mess upto you not receiving what you ordered or your appetiser arrived later than your main dish. I believe the management should look into the matter and find effective ways to smoothen the process especially during peak days. Perhaps adding more manning rather than utilising skeleton crew.
Too many elevator to arrive to room (3 elevator).
The chinese cuisine is below average( comparing to Lai Po Heen).

Came here for their Christmas dinner buffet. It's priced above average - yes but the spread is huge. Great selection of fresh seafood, western, chinese and indian dishes coupled with impeccable service.

Especially liked the the plexi-glass, no-touch buffet service in times of COVID. Good job keeping your guests at ease and safe Four Seasons!

Maybe I expected more. The location is a bit chaotic, walked through a mall to get to the elevator to the lounge. Didn't quite feel as special as a four-seasons should be, and the price you pay to be there. But the staff (all locals) seem very attentive and polite. So that's great

A very nice place and comfy. Environment of the hotel is good and KLCC shopping is just opposite and the hotel itself also located at Robinson shopping. Love the chinese restaurant because it offered quality and tasty dishes. The only down side is to took 2 diff elevator to reached my room which is a bit of a hassle.

My friends and I visited KL for 2 nights and after our first hotel disappointed us, we booked the Four Seasons Hotel pretty last minute. When we arrived, it was actually a little hard to spot the entrance to the hotel. And a bit unusual, the lobby is on the 1st floor and not on the ground floor. We realised the hotel is pretty new and it shows with bits of snagging still left to do. Being a 5star hotel it was just a little bit disappointing (hence the -1 star but really it s -1/2 star). However the service were of a very high standard as one would expect from Four Seasons. Check in and out was a breeze. Porters and staff were helpful and friendly. My friend was unfortunately feeling under the weather on one of the morning and had ordered in room breakfast instead of going to the breakfast buffet. Upon learning that my friend was feeling unwell, they provided the breakfast on the house, which was a really nice thing to do.

The rooms were modern and decor was clean, pleasing and functional. locations of switches and plugs were well thought out. Ambient lighting controls and electric curtains. Great little bar provided also. Spacious walk-in wardrobe. Everything was very high tech.

Location is dead centre of KL, KLCC is only a minute walk away and well connected to public transport and conveniences.

Overall I had a great and comfortable stay. I will consider coming back the next time I am in KL.

For a new hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the Four Seasons ...

For a new hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the Four Seasons has really outdone itself and found its footing relatively quickly. I was very impressed with the interior design of the rooms, the housekeeping was impeccable and the service from the food and beverage staff was also very good. We enjoyed our stay here and will come much more often in the future.
