During a recent visit to The Range, to fire some rounds through my new S&W 38 Special, I experienced an ammo malfunction. While the staff was helpful in their attempt to correct the problem, their efforts resulted in damage to my new pistol. The staff informed me of the situation as soon as they realized there was a problem. They assured me that they would do everything within their power to make things right. I later spoke to Brian, the general manager, and asked him to return the pistol to S&W for repairs. Brian immediately placed a call to S&W and after receiving a return call from their rep, called me and explained that the repairs would be extensive and offered to replace my damaged weapon with a new one they had in stock. I met with the staff the next day to register my new pistol. While this was an unfortunate experience, I must say that Brian and his staff handled it professionally and never forgot that the customer is the most important part of a successful business. They have earned my loyalty and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Brought my Australian coworker here and had a blast. Staff was excellent. Adam was so helpful and made the experience so much more appealing. Will recommend this to friends and family when we are out in Fresno.

Nice facility and good selection in the Pro Shop, but their staff members are rude and lack firm knowledge of the products they carry. Also, they have a huge markup on everything they sell.
