Beautiful hotel with lots of history. Just stopped in to look around. Was not a guest at the hotel.

We had drinks at the Rose Bar and loved it. Fresh, delicious ingredients in their cocktails, very nice ambience, and very professional staff.

From the entrance to interior and rooms, it is as beautiful as everyone says. The staff are incredible here. Also a series of shops on the main level and one below. Many will look around as it was a key location for Home Alone 2

A historical hotel. Many movies were shot here. Still a classic architecture.

First time at the Plaza since the "residences" renovations. I preferred the old lobby (as seen in Home Alone) but new one is still beautiful. Loved all the staff from being greeted by Freddie as we drove up to Patrick at reception. They all treated us very well. Lovey "ionic" hotel. Very posh. You'll love it. Only crack would be the concierge staff. Never smiled. English not their first language so you had to repeat requests and it was difficult to understand them sometimes. Would have expected more proficiency given the job description. Overall an amazing and memorable experience.

The Plaza had a great food hall. Had a lot of choices to choose from. A bit crowded during the weekends.

This hotel has been featured in so many movies, so it's a must see.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the team were great from start to finish and we will be returning in the near future. Benjamin Scott one of the managers made me and my family really welcome and did his upmost to look after us throughout our stay. These are some of the names of staff who I think deserve the upmost credit for treating us so well, Neil the doorman, Nikola, and Roel from the concierge. Thank you guys so much and see you soon. This hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.

staff, decor, food, enviroment ,everything is perfection in this hotel , i will recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford a 5 start hotel , the experience is amazing and the location is perfect , right next to central park where you can have a walk and enjoy the view of the city

Check out the food court at the basement. There are a lot of places you can eat from with some fancy quality meals!

Great time - lots of things to see - lots of different food

So many high quality choices in the food court. The food ranges from fast casual to table service sitdown with every course and option inbetween. Bread, pizza, sushi, new american, french, dessert, you have choices galore.

I attended a cocktail reception and dinner. The room was beautiful and the service was excellent.

Time stopped there 70 years ago. A luxury that does not fall into snobbery. Come in and appreciate the lobby, have a drink in the beautiful bar and maybe you will meet Don Draper, leaning in a corner.

The Food Hall (lower level) is the best for variety of foods in NYC.
From French crepes to your favorite Italian pasta, Chinese dumplings a taste of champagne to macarons and great coffee to end the experience (and so much more!)

Excellent service, excellent location, excellent food. You feel that you are the most important customer they have. I do highly recommend to stay here.

The Palm court was lovely and the new yorker tea was a wonderful choice!

I went to an event at the Grand Ballroom. The service by staff was excellent: respectful, efficient, and professional. The setting was beautiful.

The entire place is very busy so it's not the quickest service or most convenient place for a group to sit down, but the food was excellent and the menus interesting

The most beautiful historic hotel in New York in all ways.

Ducked into the Plaza as a storm was approaching and picked up some macaroons from the food hall downstairs. They were super flavorful which made up for how expensive they were.

The place is a NY landmark but there are definitely better places for the price. Decor is over the top rococo and checkout process could have been easier.

I went here for a party! man it was good! Wed is popin with jazz night. Check it out once in your life!

Had a good atmosphere and good food. Little pricey tho

Wouldn't return. Over priced drinks! Which you can expect and I was prepared for that. But if I'm paying that much I expect great customer service which I did not receive. Our server, Alejandro in the Champagne Bar, was more worried about other tables than ours. Just was not great treatment if you are paying almost $100 for a bottle.

The Plaza is a timeless venue that provides an elegant backdrop to any occasion. Service is impeccable and exceeded my expectations. Parking is easy and valet service is available. The hotel bars close relatively early on weekends, which was unexpected. It would be a shame for anyone to miss the opportunity to see it interior architectural beauty.

Echoes of Eloise everywhere. Mostly condos now, but the Oak Bar is still here.

Beautiful building, excellent location nice design but seriously $$$$ and service is not impressed me at all! Ice delivery to the room takes over half hr and you must call and remind them. I will think twice to stay again.

I went to the shops at the Plaza. Its open to the public. Interesting seeing the different shops.

Food court below is amazing! Something for everyone. The only issue is it gets crazy crowded. Eloise at the Plaza store is great for the little ones. Must see!

Visited the Plaza food court which offers many different types of cuisine but also very expensive.

Amazing place with great ambience. Decorated all the time. Beautiful and amazing place to have meetings, family meals etc. Plaza has its own important significance.

From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and engaging. Emma handled our check in beautifully and arranged for an upgrade for our 25th anniversary. The room was spectacular and well appointed. We were welcomed at the Champagne Lounge by Ebello who was fantastic. When you eat at the famous Palm Court, be sure to ask for Fariz to be your waiter. A class act! If you have butler service be sure to ask for Ray. He was awesome. And ask for Eddie at the Bell Desk for outstanding service and to learn the history of this iconic hotel. Our only disappointment was that the famous Oak Room was closed. Please bring back the Oak Room!!!
This was our first stay at the Plaza and we regard it as the finest hotel in New York City having stayed at many of the finest properties in the City. They have won our business for life!

The plaza food hall has great variety and consistent quality. Also plenty of gluten free options.

Went to food hall. Good options for picnic in the park.
