i think that a very betifully and comfortly hotel in the world is hotel PLAZA.

My wife and daughter invited me along to their traditional event of having brunch at The Plaza. The food and service were very good. I really liked the flavorful preparation of the bacon. However I would have preferred a much better coffee than what was served. The way the yogurt was presented (in a glass jar and lid with plastic seals and metal latch) seemed a bit much, and was a bit clumsy when taking it to the table unless you actually sealed the jar first.

Shops below the plaza are great. Wide variety and easy going atmosphere makes for a nice underground oasis.

Bad service, just because I'm a latinoamerican tourist.... terrible.

What a fun place with a variety of foods and experiences available. There were a ton of desserts but also lots of good lunch choices from all different genres. Very clean, classy, great ambiance.

This review is for the food hall only. I have been to the food hall a few times and really like the variety of food available, good options not only for a regular meal but also snacks or desserts. Good place for coffee as well, particularly later in the day when many others have closed up already. Decent amount of seating and restrooms are available as well.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful place, always worth a visit

The venue was certainly pretty but the tea service wasn't that great. I've had better at Moraine Lake in Alberta, Canada.

The atmosphere and service are awesome but the food could be better.

Havent stayed here but the food court underneath has lots of nice food from around the world, well worth a look when its -16 outside

I didn't spend the night or spend much time there but it's obviously an impeccable place and the staff was very friendly.

This is an amazing NYC icon. The place is a great place to explore. I always go downstairs after a day at the Central Park Zoo. There are tons of food options and dessert. The Plaza shop has nice souvenirs amongst other things. I highly recommend this place to check out to explore or get food downstairs.

Totally over-priced, but it's The Plaza. Brace yourself and just have fun. Tea at the Palm Court is an experience not to be missed.

A landmark in New York. However, access via car can be difficult due to security when diplomats are staying there. Convenient if you are using the subway. Decent food hall on lower ground.

I liked the big rooms I slept in the suite where Kevin was from Home alone 2

Nice hotel and good location. Would recommend to anyone staying in midtown.

If I am stuck in this area, I like to eat at the food court in the basement--good options at a variety of price points.

Went to Vin sur Vignt for wine and charcuterie, which was a very nice experience. It was a Sunday afternoon and not very busy. The Plaza food court has a great variety of nice restaurants for a quick bite. It can be a bit crowded depending on the time and harder to find a spot to sit and eat.

I greatly enjoy the Plaza. Staff is very good. The hotel is always busy, which I don t love, but honestly cannot be helped, given the significance of this landmark hotel. The rooms are beautiful, but not at all uniform (aka same room type will have very different layout stay to stay). The bathrooms are gorgeous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dining options are plentiful. We have experienced all and standouts include a relaxing afternoon tea or a quick crepe in the underground food hall.

Best hotel and banquet experience. Love the details of architecture.

The food court underneath has great variety. Luke's lobster roll was awesome.

What a beautiful place to be during Christmas. The lights and decorations were amazing and the options for food and drinks are top notch.

Terrible experience. No soap in the bathrooms, handicapped bathrooms locked. Employees chase patrons out of bathrooms as if they are on a clock. All this after you over pay for food at the Plaza food court. Just horrible!

Nice food court downstairs, serving all the standard fare in a more upscale environment with, maybe higher quality food.

Had crepes and coffee here for breakfast and it was great.

The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic, beautiful rooms and lobby. Food hall is amazing with so many choices. You get a complimentary ride in a Tesla x to take you 10 blocks. First come first serve though.

Went and checked out the food court downstairs. Nice ambiance and good variety of food. We ordered a sandwich from Luke's lobster (our go to) and a few cakes from Lady M to share.

It is a gorgeous space. The service is impressive and super accommodating. Elevators are a lil slow esp during large events - just take stairs

This place has overpriced food, the noise level and crowding is very bad and the overall serivce is bad.

It is not just a hotel but much more but it is very expensive not for ordinary people unfortunately !!!!

Had lunch at the champagne bar. I've always wanted to visit the Plaza since I was a little kid, so I really enjoyed the experience of being there. They also have good shopping at the Plaza shops.

It was very quiet at the bars, a little boring for a sun night

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful.
