My husband paid over $90 for roses (not all red) in a cheap vase with water. That's it. The bow was cheap as well. I know that this florist has the capabilities to use real ribbon and prettier vases, but the owner overcharges and use poor quality, inexpensive items that they purchase from the Dollar Tree and then they hike up their prices for a profit. I heard this from a former employee! Taking advantage of the consumer is not good business. Find a better florist or use Kroger - the flowers are just as pretty at half the cost.

From Florida I ordered from Fairhaven Funeral Home web site button. Paid $90 for plant w some fresh flowers from picture. Delivered 2 days later 5 min before service. I happened to observe the delivery left on a table near office not w other flowers and casket. I wondered who sent such cheap, tiny, poor quality, wrinkled, deformed plants? How imbarassing for who ever order! Oh, it was MY order!! - 1/2 the pictured size. Called Pink House Flowers to complain but was berated for ordering from "those foreign florists, we only deliver what they send us. We only get $40 so they cheated you not me." I had no knowledge of origin of order. I questioned why she would do business and ruin her reputation. She yelled at me "I'm busy, good bye!!" I apologized to the berieved.
Customer Service and the delivery service was top notch. The flowers were beautiful and I will definitely order from them again. Couldn't be more please! Thank you ladies!!
I have used Betty and the Pink House for over 17 years and have always been pleased with their service. They have gone above and beyond to find unique plants and flowers that I've requested, and to create one-of-a-kind arrangements. Many of my orders have been for funerals and Betty has always been kind, comforting, and professional to work with.
If I could give zero stars I would. I've used this place twice and it's been a headache both times. First time order was delivered however they got the flowers wrong. Last time Valentine's day flowers weren't delivered at all and they have given me the run-around trying to get a refund. I normally try to support local business but not this one anymore.
Our daughter sent flowers to my wife for mother's day. It came around 1:30 on Sunday. The flowers were horrid and half dead. I felt so bad for our daughter and did not tell her how bad they looked. First of all you have to know that the 5 star reviews left by Veldon,Shaun Gilliam, Yazzy, Gary Lee and Miss Hendrix are all friends ,relatives and employees .She made them write them! How do I know? I used to work there. Never in my life have I worked in such a filthy place where the owner cussed and steals from her employees and then plays like she is a Christian to anyone else that will listen. She clearly isn't afraid of the after life! They buy things from grave robbers to cut cost on silk flowers and funeral accessories. I can say this because I would have about 200 witnesses that have worked there. Beware! The devil is real and lurks at pink house!

I can't speak to a lot of the negative comments written here, but I have been dealing with this florist for years. There have been some mishaps here and there but Mrs Betty(owner/manager) always made it right. I came to realize that sometimes mistakes will happen, and sometimes a business deserves a second chance if they try to genuinely make it right with the customer. Sometimes they don't know when employees are doing subpar work until its too late. I still have confidence in this company. As a matter of fact, im going order flowers for my wife's birthday today. Ordered flowers for valentines and didn't arrive. When they did it was a day late. After delivery guy left another one showed up and missing items!!! Wrong name on card too. Ridiculous... you have one day to shine and if you get busy and can't fill orders then don't take them!! Even their delivery guy said they were the worst and he was going to quit bc he was just getting yelled at by disappointed customers. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!

They did not deliver flowers that I ordered for a VERY IMPORTANT event that was VERY IMPORTANT that they be delivered to my sister that day. This place is horrible the owner of this place have to be the most craziest person I know. I was in the store waiting on some service and next thing i know the cops walked in and asked for my I.D the owner which is Betty called and said I was stealing from her florist. She is a liar and her manager is awesome you can tell by her employees she is a crazy person. I don't recommend this place is to anybody don't waste your time if you want wonderful service and flowers go to Lester Florist or Johnson Florist and Balloons.
I order flowers with one of those on line companies for my aunt's 40 years wedding aniversary...tge flowers were never received. Doing an online search I found this place!! Wow!!!Service here is excellent, Betty is a sweetheart, she showed a lot of skills and caring and help me ordering a very nice present for my aunt. Everything after me placing the order was just perfect, the flowers and other additional items were gorgeous, and the order was delivered on time! Ordered flowers, card & candy for Valentine's day delivery through their website one day before. Here we are the day after Valentine's day, nothing was delivered to the recipient, no one answered the phone, email, facebook messages. Very disappointed. I'll be disputing the charge to my credit card & never doing business with you again.
They saved me!!! From 1-800 Flowers. Call a Florist directly. Learned my lesson. The Pink House was wonderful. Sent a beautiful orchid in a cachepot to sister in the hospital. They were wonderful. Highly recommend. But again, call your florist directly....1-800-Flowers is the biggest ripoff Thank you
This was the best service i have received in a long time! Betty is so nice and helpful. I called on a Saturday afternoon to send flowers to a friend in the hospital. Betty called me at 8:00pm that Saturday night to tell me that she greatly apologized but that the patient had checked out of the hospital and that they now needed her home address. She apologized for calling late but said she was determined to deliver those flowers! I told her i didn't know the address so i would need to call her back. She said thats ok, you can call me up until 11:00pm! The patient lived 25 mins. away from their shop out on Wilmington Island. The driver came all the way out on a Sunday morning to deliver the flowers!! They even called the receiver to see if they were ok with them coming to their home on a Sunday morning. They were determined and amazing! Thanks Betty!!!

Completely incompetent. I placed an order fir same day delivery and they were never delivered. I called and the woman I spoke to wasnt at all apologetic or even helpful. She blamed a storm and the internet and even FTD flowers but took zero responsibilty. She couldn't find my order despite me reading off every detail of my confirmation email. I told her I had been charged and she laughed condescendingly and said something about it being PayPals issue. I then told her delivering the flowers the next day wasnt possible and I'd like a refund. She said she'd try and find the order and call me the next day and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.
After ordering flowers and never having them delivered no did anything. I wouldn't have even know hadn't I called to ask about them. I was charged AND received a confirmation and when I called about it the woman was just nasty to me. I should have read the rest of these nightmare reviews before I ordered them.

First of all, it was ordered for same day delivery. At 5:00 pm I called to see when they would be delivered and the company stated that the deliverer marked that the business was closed (it was not) and that the arrangement could not be delivered because the driver had already left the area.
1800 Flowers refunded me about $15 and Pink House delivered the arrangement the following day. The arrangement that was delivered was pitiful. I paid $100 to 1800 Flowers and received an arrangement that looks like I could have picked it up at our local Kroger for $10.99.
We contacted 1800 Flowers and while on the phone, Pink House called me to tell me that she was on her way to pick the flowers back up and would be back within the hour. I told her that I was currently on the phone with 1800 Flowers and that we were trying to figure out the situation. She said she would still be here within the hour and hung up on me.
Not only was the quality of the arrangement quite possibly the worst I have ever seen from a local florist, but the customer service was absolutely despicable. I would advise anyone purchasing an arrangement to use literally ANY ONE else - honestly...just contact me and I will go pull some flowers out of the side of the road and that will look better than whatever this place will put together. Also be sure that when purchasing from 1800 flowers to make sure your order is not going to Pink House Florists. --
Easily the worst experience we have EVER had with a florist! My husband was preparing to deploy and wanted to surprise me and order a bouquet ahead of time for my birthday. He ordered it in December (my birthday is Feb 16th). The Pink House Florist called ME and asked if they were supposed to deliver flowers on December 16th for my birthday. I replied no, my birthday is in February. And she said she was making sure they didn't write the wrong day on the form. My birthday fell on a Sunday and I called the night before to make sure I would be home for the delivery. She requested that I call the next morning. I called on my birthday and asked what time I should expect the delivery (I didn't tell my husband that I knew about the flowers so he wouldn't be upset the surprise was ruined) the owner said she was glad I called because they COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER ANYWHERE. She went on to say that no one works on Sunday so I wouldn't get my order that day. I said I looked forward to seeing it the next day and that my husband didn't know that I knew about the surprise. My husband emailed me later that day apologizing that my day was ruined. He said the owner had emailed and explained everything and TOLD HIM THAT I KNEW ABOUT THE SURPRISE! She included that she wasn't suppose to tell him. So I called Monday and she said she couldn't find the order, I told her I would call back in a few hours and if she was unable to locate it I would rather have a refund. She said she was going to make it up to us and send extra to me. I replied that I wanted what my husband had ordered because he wrote a special note just for me to make me feel better with him gone. Two hours later I called and his order had magically reappeared, she said she found it hanging off the back of her desk. So unprofessional. A few hours later my order arrived from an older, foul smelling gentleman in a junker car. When I sent the photo to my husband thanking him for the beautiful bouquet he replied that those weren't the flowers he ordered. He specifically asked for blue because that is my favorite color. There were maybe two handfuls of blue and those flowers were DEAD the VERY NEXT DAY.
To sum this up: surprise ruined, flowers not delivered on my birthday, surprise ruining divulged to my deployed husband, order lost, wrong flowers and the correct flowers in the bouquet died the next day.
I called from out-of-state in an attempt to set up a surprise for a friend moving to Savannah. I asked very politely if the man who answered the phone had time for a few questions before I ordered a certain arrangement. He responded that he only had time if they were "very important" questions. I promptly let him know that I would just find another florist. It is sad because they had exactly what I was looking for in order to offer a good friend a nice welcome to her new city. I guess I will have to hope for better Southern hospitality elsewhere.
If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a corsage and was told that it would be ready at 9 a.m the day of the event. I arrived to pick it up, and the lady proceeds to look, and look, and look...no corsage. "Sorry Mam, they must have forgotten to make it. Come back will have it ready." I told them that I would be back at 2. They call me at 1130 saying that they could not make a corsage today, and that I'd have to call some number for a refund??? "Why didn't you tell me this 2.5 hours ago, so I could have gone elsewhere?" I asked. "We can't do it." I am in disbelief. I called the number given to inquire about the refund for the service they didn't perform, was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and called back only to be told I would have to go into the store to receive my money back. What?!? This place was dismissive, inept, and unprofessional. There are plenty of florist within the area of this one. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this establishment, and go to one of those.
Extremely negative experience. Flowers didn't show up. Called the store to figure out the problem. Employee on the phone mocked my friends and basically gave them the "too bad so sad" treatment - How can you keep a job with such poor customer service "skills"? How are they still in business? Definitely would search up other florists in the area before trying this place out.
The shop uses pictures of the locations and pictures of arrangements they could never make!! Also uses other locations they don't have and the owner Betty never will give a refund no matter what!! HER DAUGHTER DEBORAH is also never there and they don't pay employees through the federal or state government they lie and say all the employees are temps!! Ordered through From You Flowers. Said could make same day delivery. I ordered before the cutoff time and later found out that the Birthday balloon was not delivered along with the flowers. As this was the first Birthday for my mother after my father passed away 2 months ago I was upset. I called From You Flowers and they called the florist. Said they wouldn't resend a balloon even though the lost it on delivery. I was reimbursed from FYF. Called Pink House Florist on the 24/7 line and was told by the lady on the phone, I was lucky they took the order. Complained about traffic, made excuses about police in front of the house. Said I should have made better plans on ordering, probably the day before. So it was my fault according to her. I told her I would never have an order place through her. She said and I quote " I don't want your damn order either" Great business ethic. I called From You Flowers and reported her and requested to not do business with them anymore on my orders.
Better to have 0 flowers than to deal with this place . This was the vendor that 1800flowers had selected to deliver flowers for my grandmothers birthday. This is also a tale of how a flower and chocolate delivery can go horribly wrong.... I ordered a bouquet and a thing of chocolates from my grandmas birthday.
Strike 1 I got a notification that it was delivered- when i called her to see if she liked the flowers they had not been delivered yet. They showed up an hour later.
Strike 2 No chocolates were delivered by Pink House. I called 1800flowers and got a refund.
Strike 3 (this is the big one. hang in there folks) The next morning I got a call from a lady at Pink House Florist asking me when she could come back and pick the flowers back up.... thats right pick them back up. I asked why? She said 1800 flowers didnt pay her yet so she will repo the flowers. thats right, REPOSES birthday flowers from an 89 year old woman. Flowers I paid for through a vendor. I asked why the lady didn't just call her contacts at 1800 flowers since it seemed like an internal vendor issue and the woman said she didnt like dealing with foreigners and everyone on the service side there was "either Chinese or Inidian".
I am floored. Completely floored.
Strike 4 (could it even get worse? lets see) later that day the lady called to notify me that she finally got paid... ok. Then tried to undercut 1800 flowers by asking to work with her directly.
That will not be happening. I'm done with this florist.
The arrangement I received for my 36th wedding anniversary was breathe taking. My husband have been using this florist for many years and they have yet to disappoint and always over delivered and exceeded our expectations. I'm so disappointed to have to write this review. My wife has used this florist many times before with superb customer service. However this time around was completely different. One order was not delivered although it was promised it would be delivered by the time my wife requested. When she called, the florist was extremely rude and proceeded to yell at my wife. The florist quickly dismissed my wife and hung up on her several times. My wife tried calling back and was met with the same attitude and lack of concern. The florist then attempted to give my wife a lecture about how busy they are and that my wife was not their only customer. After being hung up on a couple of more times, my wife was finally able to cancel the order. This will be our last dealings with this florist.
If I could give this a -5 review I would. Ordered through 1-800-Flowers and when the arrangement came it was NOWHERE close to what we ordered... our arrangement was supposed to be an assortment of pink flowers in a wicker basket and we received yellow and purple in a tall glass vase? I guess they just send whatever they feel like making that day?? When we contacted 1-800-flowers to get a refund it was given to us. Two days later my mother-in-law, the recipient receives a three way phone call from a woman I can only assume is the owner and 1-800-flowers as well and this woman is calling my mother-in-law a f*^%ing thief and telling her to tell 1-800-Flowers that she did in fact receive flowers (NOT THE CORRECT ONES THOUGH) so she better get her money and all kinds of absolutely terrible things before telling them to never contact her again and hanging up on her. Completely unprofessional and I could never imagine talking to a customer that way when I was the one at fault. she then left a voice mail telling her to enjoy her stolen flowers . ID RECOMMEND LITERALLY GOING ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Honestly you d have better luck picking flowers from a ditch on the highway! Urban poppy is a wonderful place where they actually talk to you like a human being.
I recently worked for this so called "florist". Please call any other florist in Savannah for your flowers. i gave my resignation due to the owners fraudulent business practices with employees as well as customers. If you use a wire service and pay online for your order, this business cuts the amount down to 1/2 of the amount paid, telling their employees that this is standard practice! They are stealing from their customers, and from the wire services who use them. I gave my resignation due to owners actually refusing to pay me for hours already worked, even though i had made a copy of my time card. If you read these reviews, they have done this to employees before. They have also threatened me with the police for having an attorney contact them about my missing pay! Beware before you work here, they have cameras everywhere, including near the bathroom, and they watch everything you do, including counting the times you actually use the bathroom! Please beware!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! Not that this review matters because from the majority of the reviews here they obviously continue to treat their customers badly for years now but I wanted to share my very disappointing and very unprofessional experience with the PINK HOUSE FLORIST. I place an order with 1800 Flowers to have flowers delivered to a dear friend who was in the hospital on a Sunday and paid extra for this to be done. After calling 1800 Flowers to confirm that this was delivered and was told that they apologize and would make a replacement order and have this delivered as this was not done. The order was delivered and my friend was so happy to receive the flowers. Fast forward.. she calls a week later upset that she received several nasty messages from the owner of PINK HOUSE FLORIST that she (the recipient) owed them money and would be sued for stealing flowers from them. My husband and I immediately called the PINK HOUSE FLORIST to see what was the problem and was told that our friend lied to them and owed them money. The owner, Ms. Betty, preceded to ARGUE with us about this and wouldn't listen to a word we were saying about what happened and said it's being investigated and now a legal matter. No one called us, not Ms. Betty or 1800 Flowers about this. I called 1800 Flowers and they were very disappointed and upset about this unprofessional experience and would handle it from here. I have NEVER had such a horrible customer service experience in my whole life and I am now considering not using 1800 Flowers anymore if this is the type of florist that they continue to represent them. I am so UPSET and EMBARRASSED by this type of behavior as we were just trying to cheer a dear friend up and now she is being treated like a common criminal. My friend is one of the nicest, humblest, and honest people I know. I will never use this florist again.
Mrs. Betty made sure that all plans for my loved ones funeral was made great!!! Everything looked gorgeous and I WILL be going back. They were friendly, flowers were to the funeral home on time, and the work was superb!!!!
I ordered 100 premium long stem RED roses for a birthday delivery and this florist completely failed me on this order.... I paid $380+ for this arrangement and delivery and I guess that thought I wouldn t see the arrangement and the recipient (my boyfriend) wouldn t know what he was suppose to be getting anyways so they just send out 75 roses of mixed RED AND WHITE ROSES!! Not only was I SHORTED BY TWO DOZEN ROSES I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE ROSES I ORDERED AT ALL!! This was by far the worst experience I ve ever had with a florist, period. I order an arrangement almost weekly and never have had an experience this bad. Do not recommend this company for anyone- you ll be cheated and lied to and won t get what you pay for or order.
They need to hire help. They need better customer service skills. I order my wife flowers every year and this year even though she will be expecting them this Valentine's day she will not receive them...I asked a day in advance if I could wait and order them on the day of if they would make it there in time and I was told yes that would work out fine there would be no issues so I made sure to call them at 8 AM on this day and order them early...3 on came by and still no delivery so I called to check on them and I was treated like an idiot who didn't know what I was talking about and after treating me that way they cancelled my order without trying to work something out with me and pretty much said it was my fault for my wife not getting her flowers on time. I will never use them again and that's unfortunate considering the fact I've been using them to deliver for me every year for 3 years. I can't believe how I was treated.
If there was a button for Horrible, then I would select it for all the options. I am currently in Afghanistan and I ordered flowers and candy for my wife. The address for delivery is located in Savannah right down the street from the Pink House Florist. My wife never received her flowers or candy and this was the first time in 10 years that she didn't get them. This was the most important year, to me, for her to receive the flowers and candy since I am in Afghanistan. I wanted her to know that I was thinking about her and that even though I am halfway around the world, I will always get her flowers and candy for Valentine's Day. My wife had to sit a work all day and watch the other women in her office receive their flowers and she never got hers. This made me look like a complete dirtbag husband and this isn't even the worst part. This company had me agree to the total twice, once through the website and once through an email conformation. Then they charged me a completely different total. So, they didn't deliver her flowers and they STOLE money from me!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST EVER.
Horrible service from beginning to end. They didn t have the flowers I ordered online, didn t bother calling to let me know they were replacing the flowers with a different option that was less expensive but still charged me full price, they gave the driver the wrong address so instead of calling me they called my wife to ask her where to deliver them. Completely ruined the entire experience.

I selected for them to be delivered on a Sunday. I received a confirmation email and a receipt that showed that they were delivered on Sunday. Turns out nothing ever arrived.
I am in Afghanistan, waited for them to open and the lady through FTD apologized to me on this crappy businesses behalf.
It doesn't end there. My wife txt me later and said "thank you for thinking of me but never order for them again, Pink House Florist had me in tears I was so mad". This was after they berated her about the order.
Thanks for helping my wife feel appreciated by my surprise while I am half way around the world. Your business is a horrible one. You should be ashamed.
A friend used them to send my mom flowers that was in the hospital. The flowers were not at all what he ordered and paid for.... 3 red roses, 2 or 3 pink carnations and some half dead greenery.... obviously all left over from Valentines. When he called to complain, they said well we are getting our arrangement back and hung up in his case. Sure enough someone showed up and repoed the flowers from the hospital room!!! I work in the Wedding industry and work with florist on a daily basis and I have never in my life seen such treatment and customer service!! Obviously by the look of the arrangement and the customer service they give they are in the wrong profession!!!! My friend called John Wolfe florist and my mom received the Most beautiful arrangement at her lowest point!!

I WISH I could give 0 stars! Dealing with this low life wannabe florists was a headache from start to finish! My husband ordered from FTD for our 20th wedding anniversary, he ordered lilies and roses, what I got was flowers you can get on the side of the road. The delivery driver called me at my job and asked me to meet her outside the gate of the military instillation because she didn t want to get a pass to come on post. I called to speak civilize to the manager and ended up in an argument with the OWNER after she told me my husband shouldn t be ordering online if he is actually in town and could come there and order, blaming him for not getting what he ordered!!! She also let me know that coming on post is a hassle for their delivery drivers!!!! What in the world kind of excuse is that!!!! She was rude and belittling and hung up on me after speaking over me not letting me finish a sentence. I just can t believe this place is still in business. PLEASE DON T USE THEM especially if you will need it delivered to a military instillation because apparently that is to much of a hassle for them. I m attaching a photo of what we order and what we actually got.
Worst flower shop ever I ordered flowers online they came super early, they ended up calling the person that I'm buying flowers for telling them that I have a surprise flowers for them and when my flowers got here it's not the right thing I ordered I called back and they told me I gave you what we had I would never shop here again and will never recommend them to anyone else
Best flower selection and best design work I've received. Called on short notice, received wonderful reception from people so willing to work with my situation. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. They said they have been in business 47 years I highly recommend you use them for your flower needs, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter and her husband had Pink House Florist do their flowers for their wedding on October 21st. Kelly and her staff did a wonderful job. The Bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were truley beautiful. The mothers' corsages and the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres were wonderful. The flowers were fresh and the colors were bright. The mix of flowers were perfect. And an added bonus was the cost was very reasonable and a lot less then some other florists. Thank you Pink House Florist.
I truly wish that I could give this establishment a below 1 rating because they 100% deserve it. It truly baffles me how this organization is still in business. I am U.S. Soldier with 15 years of service and of senior rank. I'm a part of a car club in Savannah GA known as Stang Syndicate, ABG Outlaws. Within our club, we had a Soldier who passed away with pancreatic cancer. I collected money from about 25 members of our club to purchase flowers for our fallen brother. Pink House florists made one of the most horrendous bouquets' of flowers that we have ever seen, and we were told on the day of the funeral that we couldn't display them because they simply weren't presentable. Following that, I called Pink House florists and requested a refund, to which they were very nonchalant about. After attempting to contact them again over the course of two weeks, I finally decided to go there. I called the police for an escort, and whenever we went inside, the employee informed us that Betty (the owner), wasn't there. This was a common theme with the organization, which came of no surprise to us. This is wildly unacceptable, and will be dealt with through the proper channels.
Terrible customer service. Did not deliver flowers on time, refused to provide a refund for undelivered flowers, and hung-up on me when I called to complain.
I am just amazed this place is still in existence. Kudos to the criminally insane, absentee mother/daughter duo, for their ability to sucker you into believing this is a real florist. They get one star because they've managed to keep the serpents at bay. To quote the infamous Betty Davis: "What A Dump!"
I ordered from Germany via Onlineshop, and everything worked well. The flowers got to the recipient, they look beautiful (as I been told), and they arrived in time. No complications.
If i could this place zero stars i would. My mother who lives in Jacksonville Fl wanted to surprise me for mothers day and bought flowers with 1800-flowers. She has used them before to buy my sister beautiful flowers in Jacksonville. Well i guess this shop was one of their venders or whatever and they sent me the complete opposite of what my mom ordered. Honestly i didn't think they were that bad, they looked like the type that you buy from walmart. However when my mother called me to show her the flowers she was extremely upset. I didn't know how much my mom had spent or how different the flowers were so i called the pink house and told them about the situation and the lady told me that they didn't have the formula, idk what that is, for all the flowers and that a lot of their orders had to use what they had. So i told her that was not really fair because you are expecting one thing and although its pretty its not what you ordered or paid for. She told me that she could have someone pick it up and refund my mom only $35 dollars because that's all she supposedly got from 1-800 flowers. She also told me that my mom should just order from the florist next time because the 1-800 is a scam, even though she's the one who couldn't even keep the right order....Then she asked me where i live and told me that instead of picking it up i should bring it because they have a lot of deliveries. I told her i don't have time to drop them off and she insisted. I wanted my mom to get her money back at this point so i was willing to do it but when i called my mom she said she spent $106 all together. I called 1-800 flowers and they were willing to call another florist to have the right flowers ordered but at this point the element of surprise was already gone and i felt like it was a waste for my mom to pay that much money for me to have something that was just going to wither away. It just wasn't worth it anymore so i asked for a refund and turns out they could only give her 50% back. They also told me that the customer never returns flowers and that they would just cancel the order with this place. I mean i NEVER buy flowers but if i was i would probably get better looking flowers from publix. I just feel bad that my mother spent all this money to surprise me and she ended up wasting money because this company couldn't give what the customer actually ordered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Awful experience. They came to deliver (from someone who didn't know we were on vacation), then took them next door - neighbor didn't want them but the delivery person refused to take them back to the store! Then the neighbor left on vacation! When we got home and I called to complain, the woman said they don't call in advance to check if someone will be there and, when I protested, she said she had another call and hung up. NEVER SAW THEIR FLOWERS. WILL NEVER USE THEM EITHER!
STOP NOW AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! The level and commitment to customer service displayed by the employees and owner of this establishment is incredibly disappointing. They are disrespectful, immature, and have no integrity to admit their mistakes or even offer a simple apology. I would not recommend anyone utilize them
Unfortunately, this place is as horrible as the majority of people say it is. If you even have the unfortunate please of dealing with the owners, you will understand why. They do not care about taking care of their customers, they just want your money. I ordered an arrangement for my wife, a few days later she received the wrong arrangement. When I contacted them I expected they would offer anything to try and fix it, but they will only argue with you and tell you that your wrong. Bettie wants to argue that since I received any flowers at all that I do not deserve a discount, but it wasn't the right flowers and it wasn't even sent on the right day. They need to learn that you can't have a surviving business without decent customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here.
I've spoke with Betty at Pink House Florist and used her shop several times for birthdays, homecomings, and even a friend's wedding. She's always done a great job. Not sure why there are any bad reviews. I'm out of state now and I still go to Betty for any flowers to send to family and friends in Savannah. Pink House Florist does great work!
Only positive reviews must be from owner and family. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Total ripoff -service not as promised-when ordering said same day but arrived late next day-quality was also poor- terrible. Save you money and get better value from anyone other than Pink House Florist!!!!
My husband sent me flowers from the Pink House Florist for our anniversary they were beautiful and they lasted a long time. We will use them again. Thanks Pink House
I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. I have gone back time and time again for funerals, new babies, get well soon, etc. They do not disappoint. I use them for work to send flowers to clients and have had everyone send an email or even call me to say how gorgeous the flowers were or the vase they were delivered in. I will not use another florist. Give them a try if you need special attention and want something that is beautiful and will stand out.
Ordered some flowers today and spoke to the sweetest lady over the phone. I received same day delivery without a problem and was very pleased with the flowers when they arrived. I have used these guys twice already and im already planning my 3rd! Thanks again!
My husband surprised me with beautiful flowers from here for our anniversary... Too bad they died 3 days later. Sad I didn't get to enjoy them a little longer. My Publix flowers last longer then that
Pink House Florist did not deliver flowers ordered for Valentines Day 2013. My boyfriend called them multiple times late in the afternoon to inquire why they had not already been delivered as my time to leave work approached. They told him more than once, they would be delivered, and he could not get a refund. 5 o'clock rolled around and no flowers had arrived. After 5, my boyfriend called again, and they said they would issue a refund. The day after Valentines, at like 730 PM I received a call from a delivery boy with my flowers! It is inexcusable the way they said repeatedly the flowers were on the way, and I should expect them. We will NEVER EVER EVER order from them again! PEACOCK'S ON 37TH has never let us down and has beautiful arrangements. I highly recommend them as opposed to this sham of a flower shop.
Every negative comment on here is pretty accurate. I have used this flower shop because of the convenient location to my job. I have purchased at least 5 arrangements, and each time there has been an error. Not a minor error, but significant errors. Errors such as the arrangement being lost, to not being prepared at the agreed time, to not having the right color. They always claim it is either your fault or someone else s. I have given them the benefit of the doubt 5 times, but I am done and finally have to share my experiences and will NEVER shop here again. Please heed the advice and the reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!!
