Got four new tires at a great price. They installed them with no problem and i was back on the road.

The customer service was ok. The lady was respectful but I made an appointment at 12 for two tires. It been two I half hours already and nobody didn t even touch my car. It s just two tries , 320 dollars the least they can do is give me a discount for ruining my day off

They have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went here yesterday to get a bulb for my break light. The younger gentlemen was nice but when I went to the front to check out, there were 2 women talking to each other. Neither of them acknowledged my presence. One of the women looked at me and turned around to continue talking. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!

Pep Pep boys is mostly expensive, under staffed and under stocked. This place is no exception.... Another giant gonna go extinct in the near future.... Won't be missed.

They sell very car. I do not recommend repairing car in this place

I can definitely say I had great customer service. When I went I didn t know what was wrong with my car. They let me know what it was and how much that same day. I let them know that I wasn t gonna be able to afford it until a certain day of the week they said that fine you can leave the car here don t worry and just gave us a call. I called two days after that let them know that I do have the funds they started to work on my car car was ready the day after. I appreciated the fact that they were worked on replacing my radiator and before they gave me a call that the car was ready to pick up they made sure that the car was not heating it up. Also when I went to go pick up the car we forgot to change the brake light but however since they were busy the manager just let me know to come back Saturday morning that he would do it for free.

Well everything that I go over there and pay boy and buy everything came out perfect without no problem the people that date work there they come and talk to you nice and I appreciate it everything that they do for the community

This place is terrible. Iwent there last week for freon in my csr, they said they dont do that type of work. I went there this week because there was some some coming from my vents and the young lady at the service counter told me their machanic was on vacation all week and they dont have anyone to look at my car. Why are you open then????? The worst. I will never go there again.

Store is filthy dirty, empty shelves. Waited to get cashed out. Girl did not even acknowledge me. Gentlemen came from bathroom and cashed me out. Last time I come here

I took my car with the ABS light on. This place is very unprofessional. They replaces the sensors and the light didn t come off. They wanted to go home and told me to come back so they could check something else. I came back another day and they told me to get connector for the ABS. I took my car to another mechanic. Turns out $1400 later none of the parts they said needed to be replaced were faulty. It was the wheel bearing. The job cost less than $300. I would never recommend this place. Save yourself the hassle. Take you car to a more professional place.

Big selection however parts are expensive and at times not in stock

I love this place, it s good an quick.
Only thing is I just got new rims and tires from here, an had to come back twice. One because they put the incorrect valve stem in one of the tires, an the second time the alignment was messed up. At least when I called they fixed both problems for free no hassle.

The service was great and the employees were very polite and friendly.

Worst service ever, to get 4 tires mounted and balanced took almost 3 hours... No it wasn't busy my car was the only one in the shop. On top of that they didn't balance two of tires or put my spare back. Stay away from this pep boys!! After calling them out on the two tires not balanced they apologized and cut the bill in half... But imagine how many are not aware or know to check.

The manager Melba was super helpful and polite. Made our refund easy and quick.

Get my car's Mani/pedi's here. Very nice ladies and gentlemen that are attentive and don't mind me nit picking over my baby. The one time a mistake was made they called me immediately to turn around and come back so they can fix it. And when I brought her back for her fluid change I was reassured that everything was the correct way.

I love it they have a lots of of universal parts and the mechanics are tremendous good workers

The store Matt helped me with my tag had nothing to do with the service but was still nice enough to help me this store had great costume service and I will definitely be returning thanks for y all u do

I went in to find a screw for my license plate and didn't get adequate assistance. Had to go back several times until I got the right fit. Took me 45 mins...

Very knowledgeable manager I went to a different pep boys originally for a coolant recovery cap and were told they don't carry it? The store manager at this location I'm posting about now found it immediately they did carry it but we're out of stock he ordered it and it came in 10 minutes now that's great service at a great price do yourself a favor and Shop there

Needed to replace lightbulb in headlight, was willing to pay THEIR $60 charge, and he couldn't do it because he had to go through the wheel wall to get to it, there wasn't enough time because they close at 9pm...it was 8:15p
Went up the street to gas station mechanic, and he popped the hood , removed old and replaced with new, 15 minutes $30 charge, gave him $10 tip!

Wheel alignment tech is a crack head. Got truck back with everything shaking as it was before.
They are explaining that my wheels are aligned but 1 of my tire is bent in at the top.
So logically then its NOT aligned. Manager gave me full rebate after 15min convo where explained to him its not honest for me to install drywall in rotted wood jus because the client ask for that. If he was charging me for his inspection its ok but not for an alignment when its NOT aligned.

Always on the up and up on their work and prices. And if you go there on a good day, you can get a freebie on a small problem. That's what I call good business as well.

ALL THE PARTS ARE FOUND AND IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT, THEY ORDER THEM RAPIDLY ... AND THEY ARRIVE WELL BEFORE 24 HOURS.

Hugh at the front desk was amazingly helpful. He singlehandedly made my experience pleasant.

I never leave reviews but they are incredibly rude here. Please avoid this shop

Amazing service! The service advisor Christopher was very knowledgeable about his department. I came for and oil change and he checked my whole car for free, he recommended my battery be replaced soon, so I did. Would highly recommend going back and bringing family and friends to him. Excellent customer service skills. I m very surprised he is not a manager, But in all very professional great experience.

Terrible visit, they took my car at 11 am to verify what I had and agreed to call me. I had to call at 2 pm and they called me in 30 minutes. I got there at 3:20 and they didn't do anything to my car.

Pep boy Service is where it's at especial when it's crowded everywhere else I always get my oil change at pep boy it's a little pricey but worth it not to have to wait to long; like at other places. Thanks Pep Boys Staff!

Scheduled an appointment at 8:30. They said 30 min. Just needed one tire replaced. They didn't grab the car till 9:20. Don't over promise.

Been calling since yesterday to ask a question but the phone isn t even ringing

Was greeted by Ted, and he was super nice. I got my tail light bulb replaced and it came out to $18.50 after labor and all. I stuck around and got it done in about an hour. Will definitely come back for any of my car needs.

They have great deals and the person who attended me was very helpful. However it did take about 4 employees to get to that one helpful employee. Even the manager which is a dang shame. They should really train the employees well and teach them not to curse in front of the customers. I had my 1 year old with me and one young girl that worked there was cursing up a storm speaking to the manager as if they where hanging outside of work. I was pissed but thanks to that one female employees that I cannot think of her name right now, thanks to her, I learned a bit more about tune ups.
