They are really slow in there services there mechanics take there sweet time...

this place has a terrible service in the parts area, the two women who work back in that area are two rude, two customers left because they had no one to speak Spanish, they told customers they were asking for assistance in Spanish that they had to learn English

bad service I do not recommend taking your vehicle to that location

It's was a very great nice people took good care of what I needed

best place i ever visited, they took their time and help me find what i was looking for. the manager who is very nice and caring Angel Rosario help me ordered them and receive them the same day. another guy who is very energetic and helpful Bernado Pena.

Made a appointment for a tire change at 9am and they gave me an appointment for 11am. Went at 11am and the guy said no one put me in for an appointment so he gave me one for 2:30. I went there again at 2:30 and got told again that I was never put in for an appointment, this is so unprofessional

Worst service ever. Came into get 2 tires replaced and ordered new ones for the following day but it never showed. Called back numerous times to see if they ever got delivered and no one knows the whereabouts of these tires or when it is coming. It has been two days.

Had a pleasant experience at Pepboys located on Hunting Park yesterday. The associate Melba was extremely helpful with our online order. Melba goes out of her way everytime to make sure all of questions are answered and needs are met. Her customer service is exceptional. Thank you!

I'm giving this pep boys 4 ONLY because I recieve great customer service when I called and spoke to Chris. I received the worst service at the Roosevelt blvd store and went there. Not that the last two mechanic that were working on my car stopped and I had to get a manager to find out why but chris came from behind the counter and put on gloves and put on the tires on that i purchased. That's what you call good customer..... and Chris was just working at that store for the day his original pep boys is located on s.broad ! Great work chris

Thee worst service experience ever made a appointment for 10am they didnt get to my car til 11am had me waitn 3hours for sumthing very simple like a oil change smh no waiting area so I literally stood and waitn for 3 or more hours i dont think i will return to this location specifically

I would never do anything maintenance related for my vehicles at this location or any other pep Boyz location however they are very helpful with parts and tires.

Great place, only downside is it seems like they are always understaffed.

I don't like it since they serve the fast clientele without options helping the client

Everytime you go in for parts they never carry that part or its on back order.

I was in and out,the woman at parts counter was polite and knowledgeable and I had my part in minutes and was on my way.

Excellent mechanics, profesional, polite, they talk with you before they replace any new part in your vehicle, they have been train for success.

Giving a 1star considering there isint a no star. First and last time coming to this pep boys. Came in bought 4 new tires got them installed. Same day started hearing a ticking noise from the drivers side tire, brought it back here and got told it was a suspension problem. Took my car into a mechanic shop and they found the weights in the middle of the tire with 2 weights on top of the rest of the weights causing the problem. Took the weights and car back to the pep boys showed the manager he blamed it on the mechanic said it wasn't that first time the mechanic had done something like that...? Said he'd take care of the problem. Got my car back, went home. Next day as I'm driving to work I start hearing a light screeching noise coming from the same front left tire, which progressively got worse. Not taking my car back to this shop ever again, and I recommend you don't either save yourself the stress, money, and time! Hoping another location on aramingo will solve my issue and dosnt give me a new one.

The managers really doesn't manage there's a lot of laughing and playing around with customers walking around the place is okay

It was so crowded. I was in line for 10 minutes. Then walked out because of the covid 19 paranoia. Thanks anyway. Better luck next time.

I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning on Sunday got there at 8 come to find out they open at 9 on Sunday wow . 2 what s the hole deal with appointments if I was waiting there for 3 hours and my truck was still seating out side just to replace and oxygen sensor so I got my key back and walk out this place great customer service 5 stars but if am the first one with and appointment I should be the first one

Love this place! I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it super quickly. All of the employees were nice and helpful. I drove on the plugged tire all the way to Boston and back to Philly - it's working great! The guy who fixed my car was honest and he filled my other tirea with air and inspected everything. I will definitely be going back to this place!

I came here so I can get my brake light changed. I paid for the light and they changed it for free. No hassle,very professional and nice

This pepboys is great. I had ran into an issue when I purchased four tires online and made an appointment online to have them install in the store but they actually didnt have 1 of the 4 in stock so what they had to do was get some other tires they had in stock and deduct the price to what I was originally paying. They handled the issue like professionals and I even saved money. I appreciate them so much, because they fixed the issue without any problems. I totally recommend this spot for anyone who is in need of brand new tires, for a good price.
