Excellent Customer Service!!!! Friendly, helpful, courteous!!!

It was half positive and half negative. Positive was fast service, good coupons discounts for oil change but the mechanic stain my car mats and seat...but as soon I told them they came and cleaned.

The person at the check out was so helpful and nice.

Good but they should put bilingual boss in the tire section to be able to enter them better

Well i visited the pep boys on hunting park put it this way it was the 900 i spent in a long time i will never put my vehicle through the torture of a street mechanic the service was great .I b bk

It was fine. They had what I needed and I didn't have to wait in a long line.

Today I went to pep boys to figure out why my car engine light was coming on. The manager greeted me then told me to wait out back. I then went to the back and waited. Long behold I was waiting for over 40 mins before I decided to remind them that im waiting for service. The clerk said "Oh yeah....ask one of the technicians to help you". I got in my car and drove away. Horrible consumer service! I'm never coming to pep boys on Hunting Park again! Smh

quick friendly and knowledgeable help with auto parts

The. Service tech was very helpful. The cashier had a bright smile and very friendly in spite that she had to work on a holiday.

They lost my key for 15min because it was not placed back into my summary envelope with my paperwork. They ended up finding it in the sanitizing drawer. Thats terrible.

The lady(the supervisor) was a bit rude but besides her the customer service was good.

Especialmente Juan is a 20 customer customer service agent

Service manager Jose Matos was very helpful and professional. All the work done on my truck was done at a reasonable time. The service workers were helpful as well when I had questions. I would definitely return to get work done

On 05/03/2015 at 2:37pm my wife and I walked into this store and from the time we walked in until the time we left out the employees in here were very nice and helpful. They took there time to lookup the parts I needed and answered all the questions I had. they even asked if I had any other questions and I said no so I left and got a few blocks up and said oh wait I did have a question to asked I drove back and they answered my question I was so shocked about the services the questions I had was blanked in my head (LOL) All I can say is if you need good service come to this location they are way better then the other store. I will like to say thank you again to the following employees who was on duty at the time I was at this store. The Manager, service manager Alex and the cashier I don't have his name but his cashier number #324294 till # 101 you guys was awesome and I will also contact customer service and let them how great the service was at this location. Store#9 you guys ROCK!!!! Keep up the good work

I want to Pep Boys for a alignment and the guy Titan 2 bolts and he was done when I left there my phone was dead I go to find out that my ball joints were completely empty without no grease they never checked anything in the front end and told me about it back to the manager to let him know what happened his name is Matt and he was the most rudest obnoxious manager I've ever met in my 55 years of being alive and I just walked out and most of hundred dollars I didn't want to deal with him that is very bad for the manager running your business

It's a shame that you walk into a parts store, stand at the parts counter for over 10 minutes and the counter person is busy walking around, eating chips, and then gets on the phone and completely ignores you. Way to go pep boys.

They are okay but I don't understand why they are not trained in customer service between the 2 stores I ended up with a nice car radio

I came to get the company car serviced and was told it would be an hour for an oil change. The workers appear to be pleasant and attentive to the needs of the customer.
