I was at the Peninsula Tokyo to attend a seminar of Dr. Yunus as I, along with some of my peers were invited by the managing authority of the seminar. I must say, I was very much pleased with the hospitality of the staff at Peninsula Tokyo. Also, I absolutely enjoyed the food. The quality of the food was top-notch.

The food at the lobby was great but the portion was too small for white people. Their services was not five star services as breadcrumbs can be found on the seat and cake was served first without any coffee or tea
All staffs good in English , complimentary transport service and coincerage service are perfect, staffs are attentive and helpful, rooms and other hardware also good. Best hotel I ever tried.
New hotel which opened not long ago. Suddenly everything is new and very well thought out. As always at Peninsula, the materials are beautiful and everything is well coordinated. The decoration of the room is surprising, combining silk, wood, stone .... Very Japanese. Location: opposite the imperial palace, from which one overlooks the gardens. Being in Japan, the rooms are small, but well designed. Small living room in front of the bed with all audio and video comfort. Nespresso machine (but this is becoming a standard in this type of hotel). As always a huge dressing room .... Which makes you want to unpack your suitcase entirely! Very nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Quality restoration, it is not necessary to specify it, as well as PDJ. At the boutique level, all the greats of this world are there! But not for my purse! You can also have a drink there to enjoy the atmosphere.
This place is amazing, you can relax in the spa, swim in the pool, or just hang out in your room with the great view. Overall, best hotel I've been to.
High level hotel on the perfect location. Staff, rooms, facilities, everything five stars. I would prefer buffet breakfast, yet their pre set menus are also fine.
This was my first stay at the Tokyo Peninsula and the experience was amazing.
First off, the location is in the heart of Tokyo, near the imperial palace, parks and shops; making it really easy to explore the city. My room was luxuriously furnished and very spacious. The large soaker tub and king sized bed make for a very relaxing night after a long flight.
The staff were all very professional, helpful and accommodating.
Overall, my experience at the Peninsula was fantastic and I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Tokyo.
We had lunch on the first floor. The food was delicious. However, the clerk was not so good and I was worried about people coming in and out of the aisle.
Afternoon tea at this lounge was delicious. For afternoon tea in Tokyo, I think that the scone's clotted cream is the best here. However, it is a pity that the wife was very much, the density was high, and there were live piano and violin performances and it was very noisy. I wanted to be immersed in a great performance ...
Great, perfect and excellent service. The staffs are very friendly and well-informed. They were cooperative and professional answering our question for supervising us in the hotel The facilities at the hotel are very lovely as well- very clean and very well maintained. I really enjoyed their service. . I was so amazed and surprised when I stayed in this hotel in my life in this beautiful hotel of Tokyo. So, I can proof that they can earn five ratings in every angle in this world.
I stayed for business for two nights. Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at for work. The rooms are gigantic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the amenities are amazing. If I was going back to Tokyo, this is where I would stay. Very easy commute to the main train station if you are going around the country of Japan. The subway is a block away with a large park across the street as well.
When I was checking this afternoon, a male staff tried to stop me and pulled me away. I feel offended.
The experience made me looks like a idiot bcz I pay lots of money to get this insult. It's a pity the I cannot give the negative score.I will never ever stay in any paninsula hotel in the world.
Just amazing! I had my wedding here. By far the best experience of my life. Everybody is kind and do their best to meet your needs. It s top of the heap when looking for luxury
It will be the 5th visit. It is often crowded these days, but the customer service is wonderful. The quality of room service does not change, please do your best as it is.
A cheap hotel like Tapioca Land. No personality. There are some photogenic places, but they are very small and stuffy. I don't use space for the price. The design is the worst, it looks like a little elaborate love hotel with a narrow entrance. When I entered, my sister told me that it was too narrow to go in line with each other. It is purely strange why everyone stays at such a high price in a hotel where they cannot walk alongside their loved ones. Chairs and desks are lined up to the left and right of the narrow front door, and the continent is stomachlessly facing the most prominent sofa in the middle to dry the sun. Behind the revolving door looked like a parlor behind a bar. Right next to it is The Lobby, is this table charged? I was surprised. It's just like a wooden bench, people come in and out, and there's a lot of dust. I don't want to ask for afternoon tea. Even with the 30,000 yen dinner course, the waiters are not educated and have no champagne and do not respond properly. If you say water, yes water. Tavern? It's embarrassing for each other to come here and not notice the sign and have to speak out. Experience the short history of a hotel. And what about the dishes? I didn't expect a plastic box with oil to be put on the cloth as it was ... Do you think it s fashionable? Is it a religion where you can only use one dish? Let's stack. Stop placing the salad bowl and main dish directly on the cloth. I'll ask you to put in one piece, it's not home ...
The well-deserved peninsula hotel, the comfortable environment of the room to the exquisite breakfast, and the delivery of Rolls-Royce to the airport, is a perfect five-star hotel service!
This has been the most pleasant stay I've ever experienced. The room has every feature you could imagine and the staff are all incredibly respectful and friendly. The food has been wonderful as well as the service, I highly reccomend staying here.
Peninsula does it right. Service is always exceptional. Lobby has a buzz of activity most times of the day. Fitness center is well done with a beautiful pool and sauna. Room was spacious with a large dressing room. If you're on the north or west sides of the building, there's a nice view of the Imperial Palace grounds.
As soon as you open the revolving door, the figure you are eating will jump into your eyes and feel awkward. It is an impression that it was packed with eating and drinking space in a small lobby by force, so it should be a luxury hotel? I thought.
Is it a drawback that the hall is small? ! But the rooms are very nice. Just calm down. Breakfast is delicious and you can spend a cozy hotel life. It's located in Yurakucho and Hibiya area, so it's nice that it's easy to go to Ginza etc. One of my favorite hotels in Tokyo.
We had a dinner on Heyfen Terrace. 4 kinds of appetizer platter, cobweb soup, stir-fried lobster and green onion, Australian abalone with oyster sauce, grilled beef and egg meringue with rice, mango pudding for dessert. I am very satisfied with the perfect seasoning, even if I take any one. Other than the abalone, it was a bite-sized so-called Nouvel style, but the seasoning was classic Cantonese style and there were a large number of items, so it was a full stomach by the time you got a dessert. Originally I would like to put five stars, but I am surprised at the fact that there is no consideration for anything other than customer order and taking orders. Although I saw them taking photos with each other at a restaurant after a long time, if it was a long-established hotel in front of Hibiya Park or Nagata-cho, I gently said, "Should you take a photo of your two people." I will. Since the hot water of tea has disappeared, I can not notice it even if I put the lid of the tea bottle in Hong Kong style. If you are finished cooking for the course food, "This is the end of the course food but you are satisfied with it" and where you want your consideration before the dessert. Look after the customer's every move to see if the customer can always be satisfied ,, etc., without the attention of such a top-class hotel man, I've almost met with customers at first glance ,, and the way back after meals It became a topic of Certainly there was no sign of such concern for regular customers in Hong Kong's Peninsula, but there was a section where people using the hotel feel satisfied with the history and style of the building, but the same response in Japan leads it I can not make you feel. At the same time, "Cookman's hospitality" is ruined. It was a disappointing night when the feeling I wanted to visit also disappeared. Treating "to treat" in a "to treat" country. In addition, we expect that we think that we want to use.
Except brilliant, what else can I say? Every time I come to Tokyo, I will stay in this hotel. Perfect location, perfect service and a concierge that always their very best to serve. It is worth every yen I spend in PTK. If you want a top notch experience, look no further.
I used the coffee shop on the first floor and the lounge on the 24th floor. The coffee shop on the first floor was crowded, but the lounge on the 24th floor was spacious and the view was great. The service was great too.
It's an impression of afternoon tea, will you go again? It's not good or bad, why did you set it in a place with an entrance or aisle for customers? I don't know what it means, it's unpleasant to be a spectacle and I want to enjoy it quietly, so I paid a lot of money. I didn't mean to go to jail.
Is this something no one thinks except me? Am I nervous? But even if it's a hotel that boasts 5 stars, this isn't there, it's small
Thank you for your reply, Peninsula. I look pretty strict everywhere, but you are the only ones to reply. I usually have to deal with the heat and the corona sickness, but when the corona is settled, I go out with my friends.
Great location just around the corner of the Imperial Palace. Room is very roomy consider where this property is located, you can invite up to four guests and will not feel overcrowded, so in an essence, you can hold a temporary business meeting without trouble.
My experience at the Peninsula Hotel was excellent! From lobby, front desk, room, dining to management was superb. Turn down service was extraordinary. Just want to say you have an excellent staff and team, it shows. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to return soon. This was my first visit to Japan and you have helped make it a very memorable one that I will always cherish. Thank you again.
Terrible experience which almost ruined my good memories in Japan.
My friend booked for the airport limousine a day before his departure at the lobby. As instructed we went to take the limo next day but apparently there was no booking record found. Instead, the staff was doubting us if we had booked the limo and seemed very annoyed by the situation (of course without any apologies). Half of an hour later we could take a cab for the airport, but my friend almost missed the flight & he had to carry all the luggages by himself.
I have stayed in many other hotels in Tokyo but this was the first time I had this kind of unpleasant service. I will highly recommend other hotels in Tokyo if you are planning to visit.
A legendary hotel peninsula full of elegance facing the Imperial Palace. Ideal as a hotel that invites important customers from abroad.
The Peninsula Suite is the largest area in Tokyo (347 square meters). Heliport on the roof. It is not a high-rise building emergency heliport. There are waiting rooms for passengers with luxurious interiors, but it has been installed for transportation to and from Narita Airport and has not been used because it has not been approved for use for business purposes. Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels operates under a 50-year loan agreement. The building was leased from Mitsubishi Estate, but acquired by Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels in 2015. The ex-Nikko International Center was located at the Nikkatsu International Hotel (completed in 1952).

I used Peter for lunch. As we did not understand exclusive elevator, we had the staff guide. There were varieties of toast drinks, starters, mains and desserts, so I was lost to choose. The food was delicious and the staff explained it carefully, which made it even more delicious. Home-made bread was very delicious, but I think it will be better if you come to ask for another.
When I gave birth after returning home, I stayed overnight because it was still difficult to travel long distances. He provided amenity for the baby. Not only soap and shampoo, but also bibs. I was very happy with this. In addition, please prepare a baby bath, a diaper trash can, a milk pot, and a stroller .. I was really thankful.
These generous services made me a fan of this hotel at once, and I often stay at Peninsula when I go to Tokyo.
If you have a wedding reception in Peninsula Tokyo, you will receive an invitation letter for a homecoming party to be held on Christmas every year (the fee will be charged).
Heavenly! Our son and daughter-in-law treated us to two nights at the Peninsula at the end of our visit to Tokyo. The room was amazing! The view was unmatched, the bathroom an absolute dream, and the bed comfy. The morning breakfast was delightful and beautiful. We asked a gentleman about the airplane bar and he gave us a tour. Such kindness is so very appreciated! As i gazed at the lights in the entry another gentleman gave me a bit of the history and told me the number of bulbs! The Peninsula even smells divine! Lucky are the guests who stay!!
It looks cozy. A 5-star (luxury) hotel with a main office in Hong Kong. The location is considered to be the best because there are the Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park. This time for the first time in the lobby, there is live music, It may be a good atmosphere for people familiar with such places.
Exemplary service, brand recognition and great location makes it the best place to stay. Especially for guests from different time zones, because the area around it does not actually close down and one can find something or the other to do even at night.
