The bait shop I found to be very clean and organized. Customer service is awesome. I didn't eat there today but I have in the past and I would recommend The Minnow as a great place to eat.....

The owner refused to give me more food on an all u can eat special! I filed a complaint with the BBB but to no avail! I highly recommend staying away from this bar boycott whenever possible!!!!!

Amazing food, we have been here a few times and have not had bad food or service!! The barstaff are attentive and work together like a well-oiled machine! LOVE LOVE THIS BAR. Cold beer! Super clean! Large tv's for sports!

Friendly staff, great drinks and good food. Clean and fresh building. Bait shop is also really nice and helpful.

Stopped in for breakfast today, the omelettes were amazing with more than enough food to share.

Food was SO yummy, but it look well over an hour to get our breakfast. No idea why as the waitress only came by once that whole time.

We waited for almost an hour for our food. I had to ask for menus when we first day down. There was two people doing the bar. One should have came and helped us not make us wait and have to ask for menus. My grandson spilled his drink on the table and floor. When I went and told them she came over looked at it and said don't step in it. Never came back to clean it up I had to grab sot nearby napkins and do the table but the floor was not done so I had to sit ackward. But once we got the food it was good. Also had to ask for the check when we were done.

Service went down with new owners unfortunately chicken wings came with feathers still attached please see posted pictures.

Grew up in Lake Holcombe and have some great memories here! Still the same great place and the welcome as you walk in will never get old

This place is the best. I've lived in the area now for 3 years and have never known the Minnow to have a all you can eat special so the comment below is either fake or he had the wrong place.

I WENT TO THEIR WING DINNER SPECIAL ..I DID HAVE A SPECIAL SURPRISE HOW HORRIBLE SOMEONE COULD MAKE WINGS THE FRIES WERE TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE SUCKS .STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

They were Gracious to donate minnows from the attached bait shop for a FHNB event for people with disabilities to fish with.

Great local tavern. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and wife had a chicken fajita. Done perfectly and served hot and fresh, good service too.

Generally this place is pretty good for food. depends on the day, who's working & what time you go in as to how good of service, accuracy of order & wait time you'll have. So if you have no time obligations, arent a picky eater & dont care bout service you're safe to eat here anytime & order freely from the menu. Their fish fry & burgers are great.
Lunch or dinner eat in house for 2 ppl expect to pay between $30-45 depending on what you drink. They have a section of tables if you dont want to eat at the bar or have kids. Also offer call-in/carry out orders too. For 2 ppl that usually runs $25. They're open more regularly than other places, especially during "winter hours" which is the MOST annoying thing about living here. Ive made it a habit to call (anywhere) to make sure they're open cause many places don't update their web pages, are closed Holidays, Sundays or Mondays & up to 3 outta 7 days a week.

I am a native Floridian who was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and the atmosphere is that of a warm, inviting, welcoming favorite place to go. Food is delicious, staff is outstanding and laughter runs rampant!

This place is a great value. The food is very good, yet the prices are very affordable. "Sit-down" quality, but with "bar-food" pricing. The staff and owners are very nice people and the crowd that hangs out their is not stuck-up or snobby. Just a great place to stop by and relax with good country people near the lake. Also has a bait shop attached to it which is slick if you are heading to your fishing spot and need live bait or some fishing lures for bass pike or musky. I highly recommend checking this place out! The reuben sandwich is killer and the bloody mary mixed drinks are tasty.
