The hotel itself is beautiful, and has excellent service to match. All rooms are high up in the tower and views are amazing, day or night. The hotel also has a few fancy dining options, along with room service. There's also a gym (complimentary for guests) and a spa (additional cost). Location is not bad, but also not the closest to the nearest subway stations (about a 10 min walk to each)

One of the best hotels in Tokyo!

One of the best hotels in Tokyo!
Fancy room and excellent service. Quiet atmosphere is something very difficult to get in other hotels. Also the view from >40 floor with Mr Fuji and Tokyo city is amazing. Constrution is more than 20 years ago and still use iron keys for room entrance. Still, you never feel like it is old. All rooms are quite large (>40 ) and you can relax very well. The buffe in breakfast does not offer many kinds of dishes but high quality bring you the sense of satisfaction.
The gym is nice with wide variety of equipment and beautiful scenary.

Japan's only Park Hyatt. It has a history but does not make you feel any oldness. Located on the upper floor of a building designed by Kenzo Tange. The taste of the restaurant is first-rate.

A hotel representing Tokyo that makes you feel like you're in the mood for Lost in translation and makes you feel as good as sarcasm. I will try to work hard so that I can stay here.

It is hard to go because it is a little away from Shinjuku. Because there is a bus from the west exit, you can go smoothly if you look at the time and get on. I had a good impression because there were foreign staff and I had the same response to visiting tourists and businessmen like me.

The finest hotel we have experienced anywhere in the world. We have stayed 4 times so far, traveling between Europe and Australia. The attention to detail by the staff, and their friendliness and approachability is for us where the hotel excels. The location (atop a skyscraper giving magnificent views) and the immaculate newness, superb fit out and the facilities in bathrooms , rooms and the hotel itself, and high quality restaurants are all pluses, but it's the staff that for us make the hotel exceptional. They clearly take a pride in their work, their environment and in ensuring their customers have a good experience. Whoever trains and supervises them is good.

There are many good hotels, particularly in Tokyo, and it is rare to have a poor experience in any expensive hotel anywhere. This hotel is expensive and whether it is value for money is up to the individual, as is the criteria for best. But this one is the best, anywhere, for us.

It is a short taxi ride from Shinjuku Station West Exit. Polite service and cleanliness, a little expensive but very cozy.
I like the restaurant and the bar where I can listen to live music, and I have been using it for several years.
The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere and the bar has a lively atmosphere with a beautiful night view at night. Both lights are dark and there are many overseas.

If your looking for the "Lost In Translation Bar" (New York Bar), this is open in the evening with a smart dress code.

However their are plenty more bars with super views of the Tokyo skyline to investigate.

One of the best hotel in tokyo. Room was wide and spacious with bathtub and shower. Tv was a bit older and there no cables. Bed was a bit hard but still comfortable. The view is amazing as you can sed mount fuji when the sky is clear. It is a bit far from train station and public transport. Bfeast was a bit boring because it hs the same menu everyday. The taste is very good.

We had a wedding here in the year it opened.
I visit every year for an anniversary or a meal.
It's been 25 years since it opened, and the sophisticated atmosphere is wonderful.

The other day, I used the main restaurant, New York Grill, for the first time in a while.
The amount of main dish was very small and I was a little surprised.
Former American style Dane! I liked the power of the past.

It has been used since the beginning of the opening.
While in the city, I think it's a hidden hotel concept in the Hyatt group.
Some people say that the guidance is small and hard to understand, but it is natural if you think about the concept

I also care about privacy, there is a place where the service is not persistent, and I gently get close
Although there is an article, there is no unfriendly correspondence

Treetops can also be used as a seat or entertainment for celebrations.
The New Work Grill and the bar have a great view and you can spend a special time.
Lounges and Girandole are somewhat casual but are comparable to New Work Grill

I feel the hotel is in need of a makeover. The design is outdated and public rooms too dark at night. The prices at the restaurant/bar are exorbitant. The happy hour selection is limited. Instead maybe give a discount on the entire selection? A cover charge of $25 per person for non-hotel guests after 8pm comes across as cheap when you look at the bar prices. The breakfast is outstanding and the people working here very nice.

Overwhelmingly the Park Hyatt Tokyo is criticized for feeling a bit dated. Yes, a lot of the aesthetic and design feels like it came out of the early 90's to the 2000's, but despite this, the hotel is magnificent. The design is and architecture of this hotel is grand. The experience from check-in is also grand.

Upon arrival to the building that the Park Hyatt Tokyo resides in, we had to figure out how to access the hotel. We asked the lady at the information booth in the lobby of the office building. After a ride all the way up to the lobby, we wove our way past restaurants and bookshelves to the reception area. The reception area reminds of of a waiting room in a Tiffany jewelry store. Keeping with the theme, you are seated at these gorgeous wooden tables to conduct your check-in.

Our rooms weren't ready as we arrived a bit early, so we grabbed lunch at a Soba restaurant in the basement of this office building. After lunch we returned to receive our keys and we were escorted to our room. Our bags were already waiting and set in the luggage storage area in the closet.

The room was large and the bathroom felt extravagant and opulent. The combination of glass, mirror and marble really raise the level and experience of this room.

Being so high up, we also had fantastic views of Meiji Jingu. As you can see from the photos I posted, some rooms also have views of Mt. Fuji in the distance.

The entire experience was amazing from the service to the room itself. I've been staying at the Andaz lately, but I'd like to return to the Park Hyatt again in the future.

I used the Peak Lounge.

I used the Peak Lounge.
I was walking on the carpet in both the corridor and the floor, and the feeling was comfortable.
The correspondence of the employees was also polite.
In the toilet, there was a hand wash in the private room, towels for hand wiping were folded and placed, and there was even hand cream.
The view is good and you won't get bored. When the sun goes down it's beautiful.
It is a different world from the daytime.
I want to go again.
