I didn't have much time to see it. I like tea, Afternoon Tea was better than Cantonese food.

Expensive but what the Titanic must have been like! Decor, service,etc.also I wanted to take coffee in the James Bond hotel!

The Verandah is my favorite for celebrating special life-events.

Just an overall, eloquent, chique and amazing place to be. Takes you back a few decades to the likeness of British Aristocrats, yet with a modern twist.

Hong Kong's oldest surviving hotel is also one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in Hong Kong and the world. It is a 6-star hotel.

Of course, during our stay in Hong Kong, we also visited the famous Peninsula. It is very impressive when you see where the cars (for the chauffeur of the guests) arrive, which we manufacture in our hometown Dingolfing at BMW as a special edition (equipment and paint)! The staff is super nice and accommodating. Very nice are the many noble shops you can reach from here on foot.

The Peninsula Hong Kong is no doubt one of the most iconic hotels in Asia with nearly 100 years of history. Our Deluxe Courtyard Room assigned was located in the Original Building with the historical forecourt view and a glimpse of Victoria Harbour. The room was very spacious with supremely comfortable bedding and well-equipped room controls.

That has been said, there were some faluts during our stay which were shocking given that it was one of the most luxurious hotels in the world: 1) the toilet water was dirty and muddy even after frushing many times 2) the USB Charger beside the bed was loose, which could be a serious safety hassle.

The overall service was okay, but the F&B was a huge letdown - the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all just average sadly.

With the recent special promotions, it was also clear that the hotel has reached the maximum capacity - the lobby was packed and noisy; the swimming pool was very crowded with many kids - we could not really swim or enjoy the facility at all!

Hello! I am not commenting on room service, but I would like to mention the afternoon tea in the hotel lobby.
Your hotel service really has a six-star service quality. The only time in the lobby cafe is that the tea time has not arrived, but the guests are like the general restaurant, restaurant and other conditions, we have to stand in another queue, not every A guest will send a number and arrange a seat!
1 The peninsula is a five-star hotel, not a general tea restaurant or a common restaurant.
2 The consumption of your hotel is more expensive than the average Samsung or four-star hotel.

Grand Hyatt Hotel is a comfortable hotel. Convenient transportation to Wanchai District and Queensway Road is only about 15 minutes. There are also Chinese and Western dishes in the hotel. The price is in the middle but the product has a monument!

I was able to fulfill my wish and had a statutory day with my beautiful partner.The software and hardware are very good.Because of the environmental atmosphere, I am a little restrained, but it will never be unforgettable.

Dirty windows in Felix bar is not acceptable when you go there for the view...and you're paying $35 AUD for a pouring Scotch!

Amazing Hotel with everything you would appreciate. The room was meticulously clean, drawers and facilities were labeled for easy understanding and finding what you may look for. Everything was in sparkling condition.
The only small criticism I put forward is about the marketing video, when you switch on the TV, which is obviously about 8 years old. The description of Hong Kong as a glorious place is unfortunately no longer true. Events in the last 8 years have definitely torn that image apart. Besides that, portraying a Hong Kong icon in present tense in that video (Kitty Cheung) who passed away in 2013 is just not right. Tradition is important but should not be overruled by the present situation.

Was there summer 2017. Old hotel with rude front desk staff. Toilet didn t work very well, room had previous guests stuff left behind. Wrote letter to GM but never heard back possibly never got delivered. Overall felt like the staff there don t care about their guests. Yes, the hotel has history, but history can only carry it so far.

Very good historical nostalgia high quality hotel! Convenient location!

The Peninsula Hong Kong is fortunate to spend three days and two nights on the tail. Discover the Peninsula Hotel really. Different if there is a chance to stay again.

It is easily accessible from Tsim Sha Tsui Station. We can enjoy afternoon tea in the lobby from 14:00. In the basement are boutiques where you can buy goods from each brand and Peninsula.

Preciously decorated for the Chinese new lunar year, the outside was really magical! !! Awesome!!

Clearly this is the "Superstar" of the five stars hotel, I stayed in the 25th floor, great view on Victoria bay, room is wonderful, service quality is significantly exceeding my expectations, the location is my favourite location in Hong Kong. I am glad though that the bill is paid by my company :-)

Historical complex, staycation overnight. Take care of the basic needs of guests.

The swimming pool has a first-rate view of the Victoria Harbour, the pool attendants are attentive and responsible, and the drinks are kept for a long time
Lunch-The menu says cod cod (cod is really used instead of silver seabass used for upgrade in general restaurants)
Room: Soft and technologically coordinated, the overall design of the toilet and room is super standard.

Individual front desk employees have no heart, and the service is superficial. Staycation under the epidemic, understand.

Disappointed:
Breakfast-sliced but good service, lunch-average, good food with Yangzhi nectar, dinner-signature fried rice good but frozen , lobster soup and salmon overcooked, slurred meat okay but juice, crispness, acidity also improved space. The most uncomfortable waiter took out all the dishes and then took away the incubator. Regardless of dinner or lunch, the food is only warm or cold.

Recommendation: It is worth picking up set lunch and set dinner at the Peninsula restaurant. It has a lot of good taste and first-class service.

This place is top notch. Truly an example of quality and good service. Love the fleet of Rolls and the helicopter. Afternoon tea is a longstanding tradition.

The view from the room of harbor view was great. Interior of calm atmosphere. It is a pity that I could not stay in the same room as I had 4 family members.
I also asked for Rolls-Royce transfer from the airport. The background music that I used in the car was immersed in an elegant feeling.
Breakfast was also slow.

The best and the oldest hotel in Hong Kong. There is nothing quite like it. The afternoon tea here is splendid!

They treated me as a special guest, free wifi, free welcome drink, free dinner, free snacks, free upgrade, surprisingly free SPA. Love it!

A magnificent dream to experience, from the pickup at the gate by one of those golf carts,
expedited assistance, guidance through immigration then the Rolls Royce to a Hotel I've wanted to stay in since I first heard of it as a kid. Lobby beautiful, registration personal and in the room. I was awed by the room, truly breathtaking views of the harbor and the buildings all decorated for Christmas. But back to the room so cool with electronics for everything from curtains and makeup mirror to bathroom electronics. I'm 65 and this is the coolest place my 17 year old son AND I have ever been to, this alone makes HK

For luxury, Macau Taipa Hotel is more cost-effective

It is a landmark in Hong Kong. The location is very good. You can go to Victoria Harbour to see Hong Kong's famous night scenes.

Standing in the first century, the peninsula will not fall. If it can speak, it would be great.

A super historic hotel, bigbus service is at the back door of the hotel.

What an amazing stay at this hotel. It feels like it's more than a 5-star hotel. All the attention to details, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of all the amenities makes The Peninsula my favorite hotel of all times.
Almost forgot to mention the excellent Rolls Royce drivers that drove me to and from the airport, and also Philip who drove me in Mini around town. They are true professionals.

Afternoon tea at the lobby, elegant place, excellent service

The famous afternoon tea is a lot of Japanese like a miha-like OL, and it's tempting to think that the upper people of prestigious hotels are gathering.
Underground shops are narrow in passage, making it difficult to choose products, but it is fun, and you can find something you want.

I stayed here from 8/11/2016 - 11/11/2016. I had an impeccable stay. GREAT service, EXCELLENT location and GORGEOUS views. The breakfast buffet has a very wide variety and is delicious.

The food quality is good, the dessert is delicious, and the price is fair.

I was here for High Tea and the service was impeccable. Worth every penny.

The famous hotel in Hong Kong has unique design, perfect management, friendly and courteous staff, meticulous and attentive service, no high-level feeling, and no dog-eyes. Chinese and Western foods have also been tried, the quality is average, and the price is expensive. Afternoon tea is worth a try! Underground and dungeons are shopping malls with many famous shops. But it feels so bad! Just like a dead city, it s cold and clear and horrible, strolling once or twice, don t want to stay again, leave immediately! I think it should be improved. It may be that the long corridor lights are too dark and cause a terrible atmosphere. I hope to improve as soon as possible.

Had an amazing spa experience, truly luxurious! This 100 yr old hotel doesn't disappoint. Make sure you allow time before and after your massage to enjoy the facilities, and if u can, do the entire package with the afternoon tea. This hotel is an icon of HK, and is among the top in the world!

A beautiful iconic hotel that has its traditional heritage charm. The hotel is a beautiful venue for small weddings and is also a fantastic place to come to over the holidays. Christmas time is one of the most notable times to come here with its massive Christmas displays which are perfect for taking photos on a family outing. During the Mid Autumn festival the hotel also has an almost always sold out moon cake packages which are signature classics and perfect for family, friends and giving to coworkers or friends from overseas. The spa is also top notch with beautiful facilities and friendly 5-star staff. The dim sum restaurant is also beautifully decorated and perfect for outings during the week. I have yet to try their signature afternoon tea and will definitely be back again soon. Done

The location is excellent, the Kowloon Station is downstairs, and it is very convenient to send your luggage directly to the airport. There are two Michelin restaurants in the hotel, and if you are in a financial situation, you can enjoy a great meal at the time of check-in. Because it is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, the floor is high and the speed of the elevator is quite fast. The ear will be painful when you ride. The decor is good, the twin bed is booked, but the bed is a bit small. It s okay to sleep alone, and it s very reluctant to sleep with two people.

At the 19-5-19 dinner, due to the birthday discount, the four people only received the price of three people. Needless to say, the environment and services are good. The kitchen-selected dishes are very delicious. It is worth 300 yuan less than the buffet. It is worth recommending.

Recently there are special offers, but there is no hotel equipment to use, the room is comfortable, with beautiful day and night views of Victoria Harbour, suitable breakfast; delicious room dinner and delicious afternoon tea are included in the rent. The service attitude is commendable.
