The Painting Company was on time and finished the interior and exterior work as promised on schedule. A few touch ups as expected from my final walk through. The Project Manager assigned was quick to respond to my calls and review questions on site. Would use them again.

I used one of their free paint consultants prior to choosing a paint color. We painted all the brick and trim. We recently had our 2-story foyer painted and The Painting Company did a phenomenal job! We requested an estimate online and it was coordinated promptly. Joey came to our house and was very nice & professional with his estimate. We had 4 other quotes from local painting companies and hands-down, The Painting Company was the most affordable. So we scheduled a day for the job to be completed. On the day of, the crew arrived on-time and ready to go. They were very professional and friendly. They had air pods so we didn't hear any music, although we would have been ok with that. My husband and I both work from home and we barely heard them all day! When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and reviewed the area with us before leaving. They did a fantastic job - it was perfect and we are very happy we chose them!

Outstanding....they painted before floors were replaced..booth carpet and wood...came back for follow up touch up. Would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a paint contractor.

The initial estimate experience was very good, and the painters did an ok job in general. They worked until after dark and did not bring additional lighting and there were a few places that they missed. Getting them back to complete the job, however, was another matter. We scheduled 4 times and I adjusted my schedule to be available but they were a no-show. They didn t even contact me to say that they weren t coming. Finally on the 5th appointment they did come and fixed the problem. It took 2 weeks for the job to be completed, and they did not seem concerned about the inconvenience to me. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them.

The Painting Company did a fantastic job on the house. The painters worked hard to take a house from the 80's and bring it to life. We had our interior walls, doors and trim complete. What would have made it a perfect 5 would be better communication between first walk through to what the production team expected and updates on progress since we were not in the home to move the project along.

Our Project Manager, Kevin and Crew Foreman, Andres were very professional and easy to work with. They made a couple adjustments easily and were prompt and courteous in addressing our questions. This was the second time we had The Painting Co paint our house and they again did a very nice job. They re price-competitive and do quality work. We ll use them again, for any future needs.

My house looks great! It was important for me to choose a company that is organized and answers my questions and concerns promptly. Atlanta Painting Company is that kind of company. Their price is not low, but it was in the range of the current market. The crew was lead by Prabo (I hope that I spelled his name right!). He was a very nice person. We asked him to re-do some areas, and he did it with no question ask. I will choose this company for my painting projects in the future.

We had a less-than-stellar experience with this company. Bottom line is - best I can tell, your success is entirely dependent upon which crew is assigned to do your work. If you want to read our full experience: We scheduled interior painting (walls, trim, ceilings) in our 2 upstairs bathrooms for Monday since we had a handyman coming out to install lights Wednesday morning. Got a confirmation Sunday night that our painters would be arriving between 8-9am Monday and it would be a 1-day project. Monday at 8:20am (after getting up early to prepare and putting our dog in daycare), I get a call saying they aren't coming due to a conflict with another project. We got a call later in the day, saying they COULD come and start that afternoon. They arrived at 2:30 and worked for a few hours. Left my master bath a mess (some of which was to be expected - but there were also drips of pee on my toilet and floor). Tuesday, they didn't arrive until 10am then left a couple hours later for lunch. Around 3pm, I'm asking our project manager where the crew is. She tells me the painter isn't answering his phone. Then, says he got a flat tire and is fixing it. Next, I'm told he's getting towed to a shop - all while being assured he's still coming back. Finally, I get a text saying he's on his way back, followed by a call saying he is NOT coming back. My husband and I were furious and asked for a manager or supervisor to call. We spoke with someone named Cody. He was VERY nice and apologetic, offered to give us a discount on the services, and assured me that his guys, although they have to come back a THIRD day, will get out of the way and let our handyman work when he arrives Wednesday. While I am on the phone with Cody, a painter just walks into my house - at 5pm - after I was told he wasn't returning. I told Cody I would like for him to just finish painting around the light fixtures to ensure they have proper time to dry before new lighting is installed the following day. He agrees. When I go upstairs after the painter leaves, I found no painting was done around the light fixtures, and a toilet full of pee (with the seat left up/open). Was once again told they would arrive between 8-9 the next morning, and be done by 1pm. They did not show up until 9:30 on Wednesday (now a third day of putting the dog in daycare) and "finished" around 2pm (thankfully, our amazing handyman agreed to come later in the day to install our lights). The work was sloppy in places. There are clumps of putty still on my walls from repair work - just painted over. Some bubbles from old leaks in the drywall weren't sanded/filled properly (I can still see the bubbles through the new paint). There is paint on my windows, vanity edges, paint drips, and few crisp/clean lines where walls meet ceiling and trim meets floor. I spoke to a woman named Cindy who collected our final payment - she was super nice and apologetic, told me they would be more than happy to have a completely different crew come out and clean up the sloppy places in our bathrooms. I am still on the fence about whether I want to allow them to come back - although I am very appreciative of the offer given our experience.

This is a well run company providing excellent customer service, quality work, and thorough follow-up. They impressed us at every turn. They certainly merit the highest recommendation based on our recent experience painting the exterior of our house.

The Painting Company completed both an interior and exterior project for me. The overall experience was excellent, from the initial estimate to final walk through. I had them paint my town home in June of 2015. The painters showed up and had no idea what they were supposed to do. I had to print out my estimate so they would know what all to do. They started removing rotten boards and scraping paint off. They left a mess everyday. I had them install flashing under my french doors leading out to my desk. They installed the flashing over the siding because they forgot to install it. I complained about it since I know that flashing goes under the siding. Marcus insisted that flashing goes over the siding. I know better but they would not fix it. They painted it and it looks like crap. Also, I asked the painters to clean up the paint scrapings and they stated that they had never scraped a house this much. I call bull crap and they were just lazy. They got brooms and "cleaned" all they could. I got out there with my rake and cleaned it myself. Do not use this company especially if you are a woman. They talk down to you and will try to convince you that what they are doing is right but actually it is wrong.

The Painting Company exceeded our expectations! They were wonderful in every way. Their costumer service was impressive - The estimate was provided less than 24 hours after their visit, they provided a detailed "pre paint" check list to ensure clear communication and the employees that did the painting were thorough and very professional. The price was reasonable and we were happy with the time it took to complete the job, not to mention the quality of the work. I have already recommended this company to friends!

We had a great experience with Alavaro and Yadira! Their team was on-time and did a great job with prep work, painting, & clean up. They were extremely friendly and conciencus of the fact that we had to work from home during the entire project due to COVID. I cannot thank them enough!

The only downside I would say is that our project manager was not very responsive or involved in the project. Luckily, Yadira and Alavaro were great so he was not needed much anyway, but I could see how that could potentially be an issue with dealing with another crew.

Our newly purchased home was in desperate need of an interior paint job. Additionally, our boat dock had not been stained in years.
The team of Andres, Julio, and Rosa turned our ugly home to beautiful. I previously worked with the company and knew they were the professionals I needed for this difficult job.

TPC was one of two companies that I was considering after receiving four estimates for painting the exterior of my home. The other company I was seriously considering was CertaPro Painters.
When it comes to using TPC please "Read the Contract"!
Unfortunately, with my work, I was extremely busy with the Covid issue as I have to manage medical staff and ensure a number of hospitals have to be staffed appropriately. As a result I didn't read the final contract and failed to notice that certain items had been left off the estimate. It didn't help that I used their online system to provide colors for various parts of the exterior of my home. I provided colors for items that I thought were in the estimate and no one from TCP reached out to question why I had provided these colors or to re-iterate that these items were not in the estimate. However, the additional cost of two items added 20% to the total estimate which made TCP significantly more expensive than CertaPro Painters. TCP said their quality of paint was different, however CertaPro were giving the same level of warranty and using Sherwin Williams (the same as TCP). I don't think quality of paint justifies a 20% difference.
TCP have project managers to oversee the job. Jorge was good with communication and came out to review the work once. However he didn't come out to see the final workmanship. I would have at a minimum expected this, as this is where expertise would be of most value? I'm not an expert and I wouldn't know if anything had been missed or wasn't up to standards.
My final issue would be with the clean up. It wasn't meticulous as I would have expected. What I didn't appreciate was the crew washing their paint brushes in the middle of my lawn and leave paint residue on my lawn.
As I mentioned, my recommendation for anyone using The Painting Company is to "Read the Contract" before you pay the deposit!

Jason was quick to come out to the house and few our project of painting the cabinets. He followed up in a timely manner and the project was scheduled quickly. I was happy with the work that was done and my cabinets look brand new!

I cannot recommend this company as our experience with them was horrendous and we still have unresolved issues that we do not have the wherewithal to continue to fight the company to rectify. We hired The Painting Company to paint the exterior of our rather large 1.5 story home. We were under the assumption that the painters were employed by The Painting Company and under the supervision of the Project Manager assigned to our job. We later discovered that the painters are subcontractors and the project manager is not on site nor comes to the site to check the work. The first "professional crew" sent to our home consisted of a painter, a middle-aged woman, and a teenaged boy, neither of whom had painting experience. The painter began to spray paint our home before doing any of the prep work, which would have included replacing wood, sanding iron railings & a circular iron staircase, caulking, and properly covering the glass windows, doors, light fixtures, brick patio, driveway, outdoor furniture, and plants. When I questioned the painter, about the lack of prep work and his unqualified helpers, he brushed off my concerns, so I asked the painter to stop working and I called the Company. The project manager came out and told me that this was a new "crew" and he was unaware that the woman and teenager would be there. He promised that a qualified crew would arrive the next morning. However, a new crew did not come until 4 days later. They continued painting prior to doing the prep work on the wood & iron railings so now sawdust, & black iron chips are imbedded in the new paint. Then, The Painting Company called & asked for full payment before reviewing the quality of the work with me & doing a punch list. Plus, the amount they demanded was higher than the amount I thought was owed. I refused to pay over the phone and asked for an itemized bill and a walk-through. When the bill arrived via email, I discovered that they didn't credit me for the second deposit I made, which was why there was a $2400 discrepancy between the verbal amount they demanded and the amount my records showed. Then, the Project Manager did not show up for the walk-through, only one of the painters. As I pointed out areas that needed attention, I got pushback. The painter objected to removing the paint splatters and overspray from the windows, French doors, brick patio, walkways, front stoop, rubber thresholds, light fixtures, & furniture as he claimed the other painter did it, There are also dents in the gutters from the placement of the ladders without cushioning behind them, which he also blamed on the previous painter. As the painter and I could not come to an agreement, I demanded that the Project Manager show up. He finally did, and I went over the punch list with him and he promised that all of the items would be done, including painting the backs of the shutters so the old color did not show through the slats and painting the removable window grids. Prior to the punch-list being completed, I received numerous emails and calls asking for payment, which I found totally obnoxious as the work had not been completed and they were giving me pushback on completing it. As I had to be at my office, I left the oversight of the work to the Project Manager, trusting that he understood my dissatisfaction, and would make sure the work was done correctly. Later that afternoon, I received a call informing me that the work had been done and again asking for payment. I complied and paid in full. I then inspected the work when I returned home and discovered that there are still many areas that were not done. I still have dented gutters, a coating of white overspray paint on my windows and doors, and black iron dust and iron chips embedded in the new paint, along with paint splatters on my bricks, outdoor grill and furniture. I'm also worn out and no longer have the stamina to continue fighting with The Painting Company.

My wife and I considered four other companies before selecting the Atlanta Painting Company to painting our house; stain our deck beams and; hanging 10 window shutters. They were the lowest bidder with promised services and products that match or exceeded the others.

Joshua was our painting crew foreman. His crew included his father. Both were professional and friendly. Quality products were used and they did an exceptional job of protecting areas (Iron double front door; trex deck floor; metal portico roof; etc.) we did not want paint on. We brought anchor rub screws to hang 10 shutters. Joshua told me he would gladly used them, but due to the size and weight and size, he did not recommend using them. He recommended and used metal screws at no additional cost.

We are very happy with the Atlanta Painting Company total team efforts -- from the original estimate to making the final payment.

They damaged the gazebo ceiling during pressure wash, did a shotty repair, and couldn't make it right. Instead of getting into a pissing match, I opted to accept $100 credit which was not sufficient to get someone else to fix.

After getting quotes from other companies, I felt that The Painting Company was the best priced. My salesman was very professional and accommodating and would answer my calls immediately. The Painting team was very quick and professional as well. The team leader gave me updates constantly of where they were in the project. Great customer service from this company and that was the selling factor.

We just had some interior painting and deck staining performed by The Painting Company and are SO HAPPY with the results!! The workers showed up when they told us they would be here and were so polite. Of course there is always some clean up after such a project, but it was very minimal - they taped floors and walls inside, and driveway, house and windows outside. Great work at a fair price!!!

Due to our own delays with a separate deck project, we had to push back our appointment 3x, but each time the office was very understanding & re-scheduled us with no issues at all. Once the start date finally came, the crew was on time, and got going right away. They walked around outside with us, and confirmed that we were all on the same page. I had an overall good experience with The Painting Company. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was very courteous and professional. The actual painters were friendly and prompt however there was a language barrier where the only way I could communicate with them is because I speak Spanish. Once they were finished painting the front door, windows/dormers and rear siding, back deck and replacing the wood on the dormers, there were several discrepancies; missing paint, smeared paint on other areas, paint chipping on the deck. They did respond quickly and had painters come back out to fix everything. They also left several large nails in my driveway and cigarette butts in my backyard. They were very affordable though so that was really good for me. I would recommend them but I would also suggest just to watch the work and make sure you look over it thoroughly, preferably while they are on site already.

Recently hired TPC to restore a 4-story concrete & steel fire escape. A genuine pleasure to work with! Fast, friendly, and excellent quality of work. TPC easily accommodated some very demanding requests regarding environmentally friendly cleaning agents, as well as a change order when we wanted to swap from stain to sealant on our concrete. They diligently performed all tasks, including requested touch-ups. On-site supervisors were probably the easiest to work with of any I have met. I highly recommend this company, and they will certainly be at the top of my list for future work.

Our experience with The Painting Company was exceptional. The crew was polite and courteous and I had direct access to a very responsive Project Manager throughout the project. We ended up adding additional services to the project, which the crew was able to accommodate with no issues; and when I inquired about pricing, I always received a timely response. I worked closely with Michael before the crew started painting to discuss colors; I found this incredibly reassuring as he was able to explain the type of paint the company uses, why, and gave his perspective on our color choices. I spoke with the head crew person daily and he and I walked through the home together at least 3 times so he could correct any minor issues (drips or small missed spots). One the the last day, a team was at the house for almost 12 hours cleaning and making sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We had the entire interior (with the exception of the basement) painted and I would without a doubt call The Painting Company again for our painting needs. Thank you so much!

Had popcorn ceilings removed, which can be a very messy and expensive job. The entire process went so smoothly and they kept everything very clean. They were also the lowest quote of the 4+ quotes I received for the job.

The team was extremely respectful, friendly, and had great attention to detail. After they left and we started moving furniture back around we couldn't find a plug we had that allowed us to remotely turn on and dim our antique lamp. When I called the project manager to see if they accidentally rolled it up or something, he said he would ask the foreman and if they couldn't find it he would cover the cost of a new one. Very professional, very friendly. Arianna (the foreman) was wonderful. Her and her team moved quickly, did an amazing job, and absolutely transformed our house, which has lots of 15-20 foot ceilings and walls. They successfully navigated around an extremely inquisitive 6 and 9 year old, a ten week old puppy, and general contractors at th house on another job. They were super friendly and courteous the whole time, always smiling And the pace looks spectacular! I would definitely recommend them.

Scheduling and invoice payment was very convenient. The sales person, Mike, who provided the estimate was very responsive & reputable. Mike stood by his word even when the work we had agreed upon verbally was not fully explained on the work estimate and was subsequently questioned by the project manager, Stephen.

The Painting crew, led by Raul, did an excellent job and was very thorough and careful with prepping, painting, and clean up. They were also very fast! They finished painting all the interior walls (including closets and garage) for a 3,000 sq ft., 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in 2.5 days. And they STARTED the work within one week of providing the cost estimate. So even though they are about 20% more expensive than their competitors with excellent reviews on Yelp, they are more readily available than the other companies which typically have a 3-4 week backlog.

TIP: Be sure to verify that the different work areas (wall, ceiling, and trim work) are explicitly written on the work estimate and be sure to specifically mention which CLOSETS will be painted in the work estimate to eliminate any potential issues between the sales side and the project manager and/or crew chief.

Awesome job. Enrique and Manolo were great. Cleaned, degreased, sanded, primed, sanded between coats and finished with 2 coats of paint. 4 day project. Will recommend and use again.

The Painting Company crew painted 22 louvered shutters and trim. We were very pleased with the painters professionalism, neatness, and work ethic. The contract price was fair. When the arises, we would definitely use this company again.

We hired The Painting Company for a MAJOR interior renovation project. It involved the removal of all popcorn from all ceilings, including the closets in a 3,400 sq ft home, the removal of wall paper throughout the home, the re-painting of every wall, ceiling, trim, the cabinets, a large fireplace, staircases... the WHOLE home. We hired them because they promised they could meet the deadline we needed.

They did not make the deadline, but they came very, very close. I will also say, they worked tirelessly to make the deadline. They worked Saturday and Sunday...and late. It was a miscalculation. This happens in business and we, as consumers should be forgiving once in awhile. What we ended up with was an AMAZING JOB from The Painting Company crew ... WELL DONE. Our foreman, Jorge was patient and communicated with the painters thoroughly through the entire process. He was there on day one, answered every phone call, every text and was there the day the project wrapped up. He was a pleasure to work with.

Our lead painter, Gerardo, was talented and lead great friendly crew. They only had to deal with us being IN the home for three days, but when we were there, they were super nice and courteous and we appreciated their kindness. They were all very talented painters, caulkers, tapers... this was an "endless" project.

Most of all... we appreciate how you took this home from outdated to gorgeous. Thank you for making our vision a reality. We know we will be very happy in this home for years to come and we made the right choice with your company.

I used the PAINTING COMPANY for the exterior of my home. I was not diappointed at any time during the process. They have been on time, great great great work. Great craftsmanship. Great communication about timelines. USE THESE GUYS... you wont be sorry!!!
