While I would go here for a drink just to enjoy the atmosphere, I would not recommend the food. This chain restaurant is all hype and lays a very good cover. The descriptions of the menu items will make your mouth water but the actual food will leave you gagging. The Vesuvious dish tasted like it was made with Spaghettio sauce. The sausage and chicken pieces were itty bitty bites of mealy mush.
This is NOT Italian food people!

The best spaghetti factory around. This is their national headquarters, so expect to get the best service available. The bread is always fresh, and comes out piping hot from the oven. You can get as much as you can eat. There s a side salad or soup included with dinner as well. For a $1 you can add a drink. If you get one of their main pasta dishes, you can make it a hearty portion for just a few dollars more. I always get their homage thousand and creamy pesto dressing to dip it in. They have an upper level bar, where you can grab a drink while you wait. Happy hour is good too, in the bar.

Had to wait 45 min for service which was to be expected. Food was good but not much selection and took waiter 45 min to take our order and we had to find them for the desert and then again for the ticket to pay. So minus a small menu and very slow service, was good food.

First timer. Party of 5. Food was below average. If pasta is in your name, then cook it to perfection and this was sadly not the case! Service was slow and the location was not super busy. Very disappointing.

Food is still good, but seriously need to drop pricing significantly. This is a family restaurant, not white table cloth, you are pricing us out of cooking here any more. For your current pricing I can get much better food and experience in many Italian restaurants.

I'd never been here prior to this visit. The place is impressive. Two stories, with a game room on the 2nd floor. We went for my husband's birthday. Seating at the rear of the building overlooks the Willamette River. Absolutely beautiful vista. Our server was delightful and the food exceptional. Our tab, for 4, was $90 (including tip). With our entrees, we had a choice of salad or soup, and it also came with a dish of Spumoni for dessert. We added an appetizer and 2 shakes for the girls. Overall, we received quite a bit for our money and left with leftovers. A few servers sang happy birthday to my husband, which was lovely. It is a place I'd gladly visit again

We love the Spaghetti Factory and always enjoy our food. However we were disappointed with our server tonight, she seemed to be too preoccupied with the large party upstairs to provide us the attention we needed. But the food is amazing!

Great atmosphere, nice retro decor. We had dinner with river views in the bar. The food was tasty. I had the chicken marsala, which I loved. My partner had ravioli and spinach tortellini, the first they thought good and the second was gross. We both enjoyed the river views and low key atmosphere. Service was prompt. The coffee with Bailey's was okay.

The menu doesn't change much, but the food is just as good as it was when I was a kid. They have a room with multiple large tables, so it's not too hard to bring a big group. And the house red in a carafe is pretty good, too.

We don t frequent the waterfront location very often but it s always a treat when we do. A great place for families, especially ones with young kids. Love the creamy pesto dressing! Having tried a lot of dishes on the menu, I like most of them like mizithra cheese and meat sauce or the spinach tortellini or the spaghetti Vesuvius. Those being my top three favorites. I don t like the meatballs though. Not something I ever get. And of course the spumoni at the end.

Simple, quick Italian food. It was a bit loud, very cavernous space. Also, had difficulty flagging down our waiter a few times, but we were there during peak dinner time.... so I guess it's to be expected. (?)

The food here is pretty good, but we sat there waiting at our table, ready to order, for a while before we were helped. If you come here, make sure you don't have plans for a whole after, because you'll be here a while probably.

Outstanding downtown location with plenty of free parking and a view of the Willamette River. Kids game room upstairs along with a separate lounge and dinning area for adults. Main floor has plenty of dinning room area along with a private dining area for your special events. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean, easily located but small. Food choices were ample and the food tasted great and arrived in a timely manner. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the service, in particular our waitress. The restaurant was not that busy at the time but the service was slow. Once seated it took more than 7 minutes for her to give us our menus and then another 5-7 minutes for her to take our order. She never did refill the water glasses either. Other than that I highly recommend this location for a great Italian meal.

I went in this past Friday. We waited a full 14 minutes to be greeted by our server by the time he had dropped off our drinks we had been waiting in Spaghetti Factory for over 30 minutes for 2 waters. At that time we were finally able to order our food. The service was disappointing and I had been looking forward to our pasta date for a few weeks :( please staff appropriately so your customers get the service they deserve Spaghetti Factory!
