I was absolutely amazed with how well their customer service did. They were extremely flexible with us. We were orignally a group of 30. Which changed last minute to 25. (Which is the bare minimum to get a group pricing). With a final number of 22(people got sick). We notified them of this change and they were completely understanding and did not charge us for the missing people and instead fot what we got. More importantly our server Amber was just amazing, and extremely patient. We enjoyed her professionalism and attention to detail and care. This is definitely a place we will be returning for large groups. The food was delicious as well.

Good service in the middle of the afternoon about 1:45, they are closed 2:30 to 4:00 Great lobster ravioli, there was lobster filling not lobster "mistery salad" and the meat sauce was filled with ground beef. Good prices.

Service was great staff was friendly. My $16 raviolis however left a lot to be desired. Both in portion and taste. I guess included in that price is the free bread (which happened to be really good) and salad. Overall a good experience, will have to try another dish next time.

It's an okay place, I can walk there. It is very busy every day and night. So my opinion doesn't really matter. It seems that the masses love it. The servings are good sized, the staff is very friendly. It has wonderful atmosphere. I just wish the food was better.

This would be a good destination if you've got kids who are picky eaters. The food is very clean, simple, and bland. It's fairly expensive, and I think the other Italian chain provides better food and atmosphere

I know this is a chain but this specific one has been on Portland's waterfront for years. The large wood paneling and staircase are striking. Tiffany lamps everywhere and river views make this venue particularly special. We had quick attentive service. I came for weekday lunch and was seated immediately. I ordered managers favorite which is a two sauce plate of your choosing. I had meat marinara and mizithra cheese and brown butter. It was average and too much to eat. Lunch orders come with soup or salad and end with spumoni. I would come here for the view and the atmosphere. And the spumoni.

Like the Olive Garden but with a more interesting decor and better views (if you go to the waterfront location).
Inexpensive pasta and the like, good for large groups and families who can't spend tons of money.

Had the lasagna with minestrone soup. Soup was excellent. Lasagna was very thick and cheesy, with sauce over it. Yummy. Also comes with fresh baked bread and butter, and ice cream. I had the spumoni. Very good.

This was a lovely spot along the Willamette River. The wait staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They even made some helpful suggestions on what to try and we ended up having a very flavorful dish of Mizithra cheese spaghetti. The flavor was savory and rich. They know how to make a delicious meal!

The atmosphere is loud, but lovely, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The issue I take with this restaurant is the over priced and entirely mediocre food. Embarrassing and inexcusable when Portland is know for its amazing restaurants and talented chefs. What brings it from just being bad, to it being terrible, are the prices. The bill suggests higher end, while the menu is something you could make at home for a fraction of the price. This is a restaurant to perhaps take the kids, but otherwise avoid it at all costs in favor of any number of higher quality establishments.

Large portions of hearty Italian food. Far tastier, and better done than the ramen and spaghetti sauce I survived college on. The carbs may expand your waistline but the prices spare the bottom line. *Badum-tsk*

I used to love having a filling and inexpensive meal here. Went back this evening from a 2 year hiatus .Boy, was it unsatisfactory compared to past visits. Smaller portions and raised prices.
