Beautiful venue but is very closely located to a graveyard- great staff and catering

Beautiful venue. My only complaint was that water was never refilled and the bartender was rude.

Was Good Service Bathrooms kept clean an it was a Sports Banquet...Waitstaff Good. Food Ok But over all

Everything at The Oaks Ballroom was five stars. The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and very professional. Andy was a tremendous help in making this 85th Surprise Birthday Party for our loved one a Memorable, Tremendous Success. The facility was clean, elegant and beautiful. I cannot thank Andy or the staff for all that they did to make this Birthday Celebration a pure delight. I look forward to my next event being held at the Oaks. Thanks to Andy and all the staff: Five Stars

It's a great place to rent, however Andy is rude and not professional. Its a shame because Im not spending my money with anyone that is disrespectful.

My wedding was Sept. 1, this past Saturday. Andy the manager is great, I can't praise him enough. He's very thoughtful and answered all questions I had during planning. Food was great and everyone had fun. Oaks gave me one of the best times of my life.

Went here for a friend's wedding ceremony & reception. The venue was really beautiful. The staff is super professional and friendly. The food served was delicious and filling... Didn't go home hungry! Overall, this was an extremely good experience. A+

Rude owner, WHAT DANCEFLOOR?? Owner all about the $$ had rowdy group of drunk firemen & other functions during a 60th birthday party. With a bunch VERY YOUNG women dressed like prostitutes drinking. No way where they carded or old enough to drink. LOOK FOR ANOTHER VENUE!!!

Venue was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive.

It's okay. Banquet food mediocre. Only put out one tray at a time for a hall full of people. I was surprised that they made people wait for food

If zero stars was a option that's just exactly what this place would recieve. I had a appointment with this guy named Andy who said he was the owner. That's still yet to be determined after my research. I was inquiring to hold my wedding reception there. When I arrived there I guess they were cleaning up there Christmas decorations because there where items on the floor in the entrance area. Andy greeted me and my mother kinda rudely without hamdahkae or anything. We walked into the dining area and I noticed a strong smoke smell I mentioned it and he got alittle upset and stated there's no smoke smell in here. My mother interjected and stated it smelt like a damp smell, it could have very well been because we had a bad rainstorm last night. He became very angry and told us to have a nice day and that point he was done doing my tour. As we were leaving he yelled you cant even afford $10 a plate for your wedding. Now he doesnt know my financial status nor my finance. He used foul language when speaking to us he is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And I advise everyone to overlook this place when looking for a venue to hold your special day at.

We had our son's college graduation party here and we were so so happy with everything! The food was delicious and at a very fair price! Andy was very nice, whenever speaking to him it was like talking to a member of our own family! We would highly recommend having all of your parties there. We know we won't look anywhere else for our next big event!

I was there for The Martial Arts Hall of Fame ceremony. I enjoyed the atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff. We also had a delicious dinner.

I called to get a price and he was very rude because I said I had my own chef...that's very unprofessional all he had to say way I'm sorry we don't allow outside food

My daughter's wedding was here. The food was great. They did an awesome job!

Very good food. Wait help tried to take plates entirely too soon, the plate still in front of guests with food still on plates. Let the guests eat. The event still had more than an hour before ending. Don't be disrespectful.
