What a desappointment! Wonderful setting, the lake is beautiful but Tohapi has sold us the dream and the reality is quite different, at least for campers. Assigned slot already occupied (and we are many in this case). More places available .... First location proposed replacement, not accessible by car, no place to park, second location in the middle of the entrance of the campsite. Tired by the road, under the pressure of lack of free space we accepted and lived hell for 5 days. Vacationers arrived the same day, after us and in the same situation, were still offered a great location at the lake in replacement! And yes when we come for 15 days, we are more pampered !!! It's a shame!!! After we paid for a location water plus electricity. Attention there is only one location with both! There is no water on the pitches! Finally, the kids club looks very good but lacks luck, we have teenagers. No evening really organized for them, (If a pool party at 23h that ends at midnight ... a bit fair for young people) than sports tournaments identical to those of the campsite. The little ones had an evening outdoors, why not the big ones? No effort made to integrate the new ones. The animator was there to have fun and have fun! Result, two disgusted teenagers and an early departure !! What a waste! Such a beautiful environment with such a bad campsite. I strongly advise the family with tent and teens.

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks. Quiet campsite, friendly and available team, everything is at the top. I strongly advise it.

In summary a very poor reception and a noise omnipresent. The exctractor of the kitchen makes a sound of old concrete mixer that would have lodged on the roof ... The animation team is almost hysterical sound. Pseudo-techno thoroughly all morning. Want to relax? Not possible. Not to mention that our tent was dirty when we arrived. It's a lot.

Magic place for those who want to escape.with a nice visit to do around

One week stay on a location, beautiful surroundings, pleasant location. The animations are perfect, the big flaw is in the sanitary facilities. Average cleanliness, cold shower, lack of sanitary facilities and WC for the number of pitches. Too bad otherwise the rating would be at the top.

I love to spend some day down the super atmosphere of the adorable 2017 host

In the mobile home, the hob does not work, smell in the toilet, water leak under the sink and the front door blocking.
Take the first necessities, the welcome pack is payable at the grocery store ...
In terms of activities, much too short (30min Max). Beach volleyball fans run away from the pebble court.
For the slides, arrival in 10cm of water, pay attention to the buttocks and back.
Do not arrive too late at the grocery store otherwise more bread.
For the garbage, a short hike because it is well outside the campsite (take the car).
No trail to go around the lake.

I had a superb holiday this summer, the campsite is top notch, the whole team is wonderful: the reception, the animators, the bar ....
there are beautiful places to visit.

Perfect for those who want to rest.not TV, no internet and no phone (sfr). Very nice kids club that can take care of children. Large enough pool even if it is sometimes difficult to find a deckchair ... especially because of the people who leave their towel and go away ... the grocery store is very useful because there is nothing nearby. know: the campsite is on the side of "hill". Being pregnant, the return to the mobile home was hard. The mobile home that we had was very clean and well laid out.the downside: nothing around to visit within 30 minutes so if your children are at the kids' club, you do not have enough time to go visit.prevoir balls petanque.

I am disgusted with my stay. A shame this campsite, we gave them a cleaner mobile home when they returned. The whole interior is pitted with mold. No need to waste time claiming the director's loan, we saw that everyone had the same response. The campsite is quiet for people seeking tranquility, but poor for families. The 4 stars are due to how this campsite was able to obtain them. The places are very dirty, starting with the reception

+ I am located in front of the lakes so very quiet and the lacc has the advantage of being uncrowded which makes the stay even more calm.
+ the staff is very nice and put a good anbiance.
+ A space for teens is open from midnight to 2am.
+ there is a lot of activity during the day: petanque, aquagym, muscular awakening, ...

- The sanitary are dirty even if they are clean every morning.
- The crepe or waffle is freeze and the draft beer has a taste of piss ...
- The activity and the bar at night ends at midnight which is good for people who like to sleep early but no one for those who like to stay in the evening ...
- the campsite is 7km from the nearest town and the road is snake which makes the trip boring ...

Conclusion:

If you are young do not go because the nearest box is 20min by car

If you look for calm it is a good place because it is located in the middle of nature

Very clean, professional campsite in a beautiful setting. Pool on the lake, a lot of hiking trail. Trade not far from there with the possibility to visit the small villages next to it. There is also the village of Laguiole famous throughout the world for its knives.

Nice place, that said a lot of people, the pool is just crowded constantly, impossible to swim.

Good points :
- very beautiful setting, beautiful environment
- nice swimming pool (when it works ...)
- responsive staff attentive to campers.

Negative points :
- noisy campsite, no respect for campers at night .... In fact, everything depends on where you are in the campsite (if near the reception, swimming pool .... It is very noisy). On the other hand, if you are at the back of the campsite, it is calm. People circulate at night after 11 p.m. and again we don't say anything ...
- swimming pool unfortunately broken down during our holidays (infiltration pump HS) and repeated pooing in the swimming pool forcing us to leave it. No compensation from tohapi despite emails of dissatisfaction ....
- no respect for campers at the pool: men swim in swim shorts with their underpants underneath, people drink and eat when it is forbidden. Nobody says anything.
- campsite away from all visits, it is necessary to count in time and not in kilometers. Help
- not where little network within the campsite
- not top animation, zero water aerobics ...
- music constantly all day
- toilets that do not make you want to wash.
- bring cash because the first bank is at 10 mm (when it works)

In short, disappointed for a 4 star campsite. Not recommended

More than reasonable price for the site. The guided tour is rich in information and more complete than if you do it alone. Beautiful geographical setting

The bungalows are relatively spaced so each has its space, large and deep pool in places.

One week stay at the end of August 2018.
The Mobilhomes are a little crowded on top of each other, but perfectly shaded. Too bad, because there is no shortage of space, it smacks of the search for excessive profit ...
The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leaves much to be desired, as does the environment in general (papers, garbage bags that remain on the sites for several days, etc.). The cleaning of our mobile home was, how to say ... Non-existent? Because, between the cobwebs, the insects crushed everywhere, the dust on the ground and the earth ON the beds, it smells of amateurism ...
I do not judge the animation, not attended. But billiards, with its well torn carpet, on the 3 cues available, 2 cues without tips, and no blue available (response from the bar: we were stolen everything, we were still not going to buy any!), Fans will judge !
The speed limits for holidaymakers could be respected by the staff, this would avoid clouds of dust behind their vehicles (one of which has a broken window).
Big and nice pool though.
The partner chosen for the Pedalo and the tree climbing, for a good technician that he is, would deserve a few training sessions at the reception ...
The responsiveness of the reception? For 2 reported problems (1 blown hood bulb, 1 blocked sink siphon), only 1 solved ... I am not necessarily on vacation to dismantle and clean a siphon, which I had to do ...
Finally, as for the formalities of the departure inventory? Ben, as bad as on arrival: for arrival, a form to be completed without contradictory acknowledgment, or copy. Initially, after 20 minutes of waiting, and a phone call, I was finally able to leave.

Great campsite, top entertainment and all day long with a great team. A great experience. I highly recommend.
Small downside linked to the geographical location, no or few villages within 30 minutes by car, including for "big" races.

A beautiful location, that is what attracted me the most ... The view of the lake is breathtaking, especially to admire the sunset. We stayed in Ecolodge tents, which were well equipped and maintained, the entertainment was nice, shows, parties, karaoke, games, sports ... Otherwise the entertainment team is super cool. It was a fun week with friends, we plan to come back next year;)

Nice and nice campsite but restaurant and bar room reception not level animation

We were generally satisfied, the area is beautiful and the campsite quite quiet in September. Nearby lake beach, green decor, we have everything to enjoy a truly relaxing holiday. It's basically a good 4 *. Beware the nights are cool, provide a reserve cover. Otherwise, good value for money.

Stay in progress for 1 week, we are supposed to stay 1 more week, but not sure that we hold!
The welcome not at all pleasant, you do not get out of your car, you are given a few sheets to read to explain the operation of the campsite, then you are told to go to your mobile home. And there, 1st disappointment, we were told that there would be air conditioning, it is false, at least not for our, whereas on the site, it is well indicated, from there we are retorted that they can do nothing for us !!! Very large campsite with a beautiful view, but watch your calves !!!
The staff are young and numerous, yet the entertainment is not up to par. The pool supervisors are just there for the scenery and for the young girls !!! no comment
The bar and restaurant are run down, but the bartenders are very welcoming and friendly, luckily.
Lack of deckchairs around the pool, too many people on the ground, because of some people who lack civility (put their towel in the morning and leave without leaving room for others)
In short, I think this campsite does not deserve its 4 stars!

Not recommended. A lot of noise all the time, even at night, and especially by the campsite staff. The toilets are not washing every day ... never again ...

I came with a hiking group, we ended our trip for 4 nights at this campsite. It made us crazy! The setting is super relaxing with direct access to the lake. We liked the wellness area (not luxury after the swallowed kilometers!). We shared mobile homes, they are well designed, equipped with what is needed for a short stay, and especially clean, as the common elsewhere. I hope to return a full week or more, especially since the region is frankly attractive, I fell in love with Conques, beautiful ...

On holiday in early July, we enjoyed our stay at this campsite. Mobile home clean on quiet location. We enjoyed the large pool area, water slide with buoy, water aerobics some morning. A lot of animation, team very friendly and nice. The setting is also very nice, lots of greenery and views of the lake. Only downside, we are far enough places to visit. Thanks to all the teams working on this campsite, we had a great stay.

Very nice campsite and very well accommodate people who work here. They are very nice. I have a great week thanks to all the team camping I'm not close to forget this place. I had a pleasure to have a very good investment with a lake view that was great and very good. The pool is very good and everything is very good in the campsite. Campsite well located at the edge of the lake with in addition swimming pool descent in buoy and by paying (can be a little expensive 9 the 50mns) paddle canoe pedal boat and even floating playground ....... Good atmosphere and very friendly

Not cool I phone to book two nights for a motorhome and I have a place for an aunt.
In addition, minimum 25 to just book over the phone I find it hard.
This campsite to go to the toilet you have to go up, to go to the shower you have to go up, to go and wash your dishes you have to go up.
Thank you for those who have leg problems like me.

Doing the housework when arriving, especially during a covid period, we expected more rigor. The hs smoke detector and placed on the refrigerator. No checks at the entrance to the campsite.
No pillows
No blankets
Uncomfortable mattresses in twin bedroom due to worn springs
In short, a non-restorative night for hikers who needed a rest
Our hosts got cold

Staff not very cheerful, nor very friendly.

Bad weather and few activities available. No tv. Remote camping.
The only positive point is the mini market which is reasonably priced.
The worst is the promiscuity. We had rented a premium mobile home with a wooden terrace. It turns out that we were stuck between 2 other mobile homes with an annoying opposite on the terraces and at a distance of 2m. The worst is the noise of neighbors' footsteps and chairs as if we were in an apartment.
Finally, the mice in the mobile home and the droppings are the worst, despite our request at reception nothing has been done. We were woken up at night by rodents and we had to rewash the dishes before each meal.
For 1000 euros per week with a discounted EC price, I am extremely disappointed.

A little disappointed with this campsite yet a 4 star and a big sign .... new mobile home, well equipped but big problem of water heater. The technician has passed several times but never worked the first time so far. Forced to heat water once in despair ... bar and games room closed on Tuesday all day and a big part of the day on Wednesday which seems incredible end of June. Bar and very old restaurant and old decoration. Animators who make summer camp. Shortened stay of 3 days for very bad weather and no activity proposed in interior in order to occupy the customers and especially the young children knowing that the playroom was closed. Facilitators who do not remove the shoes themselves in the aquatic area while the customers have to do it outside. Big rise of the swimming pool towards the mobilhomes, obliged to take the car with the children. Nevertheless very relaxing site. Regarding the reservation I advise you to wait until the last minute out of season because they make good prices; For my part I booked early and would have benefited from 20% more if I had waited!

Frankly disappointed water from the so-called heated icy pool arrived on April 29th. Mobile home dirty on arrival. Pool of dirt never seen. And the oasis that in season why propose it then. I will make a claim.

Animators motivated by their hobbies, very little animation. On the other hand Camping mega clean, delicious restaurant, it is super well received. And special dedication to Franck, the manager of the bar and server at the same time, a man in gold! I will return as soon as possible

The setting of the camp-site and splendid sight of the swimming pool on the lake, water slide for the children and parents, super nice and funny animator, activity for the super teens. New arrival host during my camping week he was at the top with everyone. The comfort is great the nights are cool but you sleep well no noise. Evening, entertainment for young and old, pool party quiz family that animations super nice for everyone.

Caravans that are much too close together, overcrowded swimming pool of which all beds have been removed at 11 am and so are there for the rest of the day. In addition, a desolate location with a half hour drive to a supermarket and an hour to more interesting villages. The whitewater course is open for a maximum of four hours a day and has only four or five tires, leaving an endless line of waiting children. Only really positive point was the presence of English-language animation from i2action from the canvas organization. However, this was only an experiment for the month of August in 2016 and it is therefore the question whether this will be continued.

very nice site, nice camp-site, superb swimming pool, correct animations, the animators miss a little imagination, it must be said that they are beginners, most are students, pity.

see the price of the pizza at the snack car at 11 euros, we would like it to be more garni (but they are good). we had a good holiday despite it is small risks.

The most: Exceptional setting. Friendly entertainers and servers. Grocery store on site.
Cons: swimming pool regulations not respected (swimming shorts, shoes) and no vigilance of the lifeguards. Cleaning not done on our arrival and no compensation (an aperitif would have made us happy!)

Too bad, it is closed in September ... not suitable for lovers of nature, silence and couples or loners seeking calm and tranquility ...

I was a little scared reading the reviews but really it is a very nice campground with youth leaders certainly but very powerful, a beautiful pool with breathtaking views of the lake and water slides with buoy that made the joy children !!

Quiet campsite, on a great site, offering a lot of activities for children, but unfortunately too far, for refueling ...

Free pitches and rental tents with a view of the lake are beautiful, the rest of the places are gloomy sanitary facilities that are fairly clean.
The camping shop is abnormally expensive, they really take advantage of the fact that there is little to no supermarket in the area.
And they also charge 8 euros for a bowl of fries at the campsite.
The swimming pool with the slides is nice and the sports facilities too.

Camping in nature guaranteed, located around a lake, and forest, very nice hike to do. A superb team of animator take care of the children during the day and that for free. Activities are organized every night.

Very landlocked campsite, requires a lot of road to do any outing / shopping.

Above, the campsite staff who do not start their work at the pool, all the outside people come to bathe, and in merdais the young family, his does not have a good reputation for camping, so we paid, I finds it inadmissible.

Very pleasant campsite on the edge of the lake with shaded mobile homes with space between each. The team is young and offers sufficient entertainment.
Ideal for children the combined large swimming pool slides and lake. The children loved this week's vacation at this campsite.
I strongly recommend for holidays in the middle of nature with visits to small villages and hikes around.
Downside the cleanliness of the mobile homes especially the floors which makes me take away a star.

this place is rather poorly used, a dirty mobile home, I had to do the cleaning myself, and when I complained to the reception, I was told that someone had to come by, I did never seen anyone! anyway I had already done the cleaning myself

I just spent 2 weeks at Camping des Tours and the impression is very positive.
The location is a little paradise.
The animators are very involved and always on top, the managers and the technical team of the campsite are pro.
In summary, I highly recommend this camp especially to families with children / teenagers.

The campsite is well located and close to a lake. There is a swimming pool, a paddling pool, slides, a mini market, a bar, a petanque court, table tennis tables, a tennis court, the children's / teenager's club.

A great campsite for a family holiday.

The premium 6-person mobile home is large enough for 6 people with sheets and towels included as well as the oven and air conditioning. A covered terrace houses a table, a plancha and 2 sunbathing seats.

There are several tourist places in the area (30 min max)

Camping all in length (too when one is placed at the other end of the campsite). Sanitary a little dilapidated. A lack of vegetation maintenance. Lack of staff in the bar. Nevertheless swimming pool and lake very pleasant.
