Perfect ambience. Fantastic food at the ALENA. Beautiful surroundings. Not too expensive but we brought our own wine to dinner.

The service is exquisite and the atmosphere is just delightful...Oh, and of course, the food and the drinks are absolutely perfect!!!
An elegant place, a very central place in Tel Aviv. excellent service
What an atmosphere?! Great food! Upscale felt like i was abroad for the day.
Excellent breakfast.
A quiet, clean and pleasant place to sit.
big disappointment . The dishes were not so tasty, and very small, like what was supposed to be a bun bun with meat was the size of a half shekel coin and cost NIS 52. The prices are really not connected to reality, I eat in a lot of restaurants, but this time I felt cheated both food and the atmosphere is hard and not fun As we are supposed to be from Izikia as they define the place, we stopped in the middle, we paid NIS 600 for nothing, and we went to eat somewhere else, unfortunately
One of my all time favourite. And what a breakfast. Can t wait to go back!!!
Very fine hotel,
The best japanese cuisine in tlv
We were both at dinner and buffet in the morning. Service as well as the atmosphere, excellent food with a rich selection at the highest level, the rooms are at a high price but at the level of a boutique hotel.
Pretty.
But why without children?
Restaurant Norman hotel, excellent food, chef restaurant, atmosphere abroad, service is great, expensive!
Most of the food is fish and seafood.
The appetizers and salads are very tasty, especially the quinoa Tabula surprise, main courses, delicious steak, excellent Arbiata pasta and precise seasoning, the roast chicken was spicy and not seasoned enough, the flavor delicious.
Desserts, cheesecake was excellent, all the puffer I would give up, nemesis cake is also very tasty.
The food is wonderful, especially stuffed with the Franz toast
Amazing hotel ... perfect experience. We stayed at the hotel for two nights at the end of December and enjoyed every moment. The service, the cleanliness, the food, the room was all just perfect. Highly recommended.
Very impressive boutique hotel with swimming pool and tasty restaurant
This review is about the bar - last time we went it was amazing. This time - not up to par. The cocktails were mediocre - not as fine and balanced as you'd expect from a place that aspires to be fine/posh. The food was also missing something - we've had an octopus salad which was bland and nothing like the fresh, tangy salad we ate at our first visit. The burger was a bit overcooked and the bun a bit burned...
Top 10 restaurants in TLV- food is fantastic and unique, wine list is one of the best in TLV. Great for romantic dinners, business lunch / dinners, etc. There is no dress code but the place is fancy ;)
Highly recommend
A gem in the middle of the place to be in telaviv! Proper food too! And great breakfast!
Nice bar, decent stuff, welcoming atmosphere. Super decoration 4 sylvester's night...
We ate in a private room .. just expensive and uninteresting and nothing
Very tasty food and high prices, good service. The sirloin and cauliflower steak are recommended
Charming boutique hotel in Tel Aviv. 5-Stars in my opinion!
ROOMS:
We had 4 rooms and for 6 people - 3 standard rooms in the main building and 1 Garden Suite. I had the garden suite and LOVED it. We all loved our rooms...I had the garden suite and really enjoyed it!
All rooms were clean & decorated nicely, comfortable beds with nice sheets and pillows. Bathrooms could be updated but definitely not a problem.
The garden suite was very spacious. Right outside the suite there s a large library-like area with tons of books and plenty of seating. Upon entering the suite there s a desk, large bar/kitchenette, a dining table that seats 4 and a living area with a sofa, club chair, coffee table and large flat screen tv, as well as a powder room (1/2 bath). The bedroom was large with high ceilings, plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and large shower/tub. There s also a separate entrance from the bedroom that leads to a semi-private outdoor patio area and the garden area. The suite had plenty of closet space, two separate A/C thermostats, a ceiling fan, and lots of windows for natural light. The bar was stocked with top shelf liquors, beverages, snacks, a nespresso machine and electric tea kettle. Sheets and towels were clean and soft and like new! Daily cleaning and turn-down service was quick and proper! The room service was also fast and delicious!
DINING:
The two restaurants and the library bar in the main building were fantastic! Food was delicious at every meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dining and bar service was good but a little slow probably due to the high volume of customers though so no complaints.
STAFF:
The customer service was SPECTACULAR! We were so pleased with all the services they provided us and accommodations. They coordinated outside dining reservations, car services to the airport, and a special last minute VIP trip to the jewelry and diamond center per our request :) They also provided excellent site-seeing and walking routes! Most importantly they were able to accommodate our late check out request due to our 1AM flight back to the US.
LOCATION:
Great! within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, and the beach. The airport was only 20mins away too!
I couldn t have been happy with The Norman and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tel-Aviv!
This is a stylish hotel, a meticulous restaurant within the hotel
Best hotel in TLV, no competition in class and facilities
Amazing hotel, the restaurant excelent, few of the dishes was too salted
As always, a perfect evening! Since it was happy hour, we were served some nosh, totally free!
Overpriced, Valle parking is terrible. I still gave it two stars because the food is tasty and the waiters are smiling.
A luxurious hotel with pampering breakfasts, a totally fun experience! Definitely recommend friends
Excellent service Dishes that explode in the mouth in a wealth of flavors are simply an experience
A stunning, historic hotel in the best neighborhood in Tel Aviv. Exceptional service and stunning rooftop pool.
We ate a delicious breakfast .. a beautiful hotel..mccored in the most beautiful place in Tel Aviv .. atmosphere like abroad ....
Expensive and expensive. Good food but too expensive
Top notch boutique hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. Step inside and you step out of Tel Aviv and enter another less Mediterranean country... You don't have to stay, a great breakfast is served. Not cheap though.
Special architecture, wonderful atmosphere and fine dining. Tel Aviv at its best
In a quiet and pastoral neighborhood with stunning architectural structures, the hotel itself is in an amazing building with an interesting history. The service at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, the hotel has the power needed for a relaxing and romantic weekend.
Very luxurious hotel in Bauhaus Building ! Situated in very goid location !
One of the best boutique hotel in Israel. Great service great food. Highly recommended
Perfect food and atmosphere. Very pricey but worth every penny. Don't skip the desert !
Everything had just been perfectly accurate and delicious, the service was wonderful, and the general atmosphere was of a true high class restaurant.
Absolutely worth it!
We came to celebrate an anniversary and had a lovely surprise - balloons, a cold watermelon cake and cava in the room. The stay at the hotel was wonderful, a small escape to Europe in the heart of Tel Aviv. To mark favorably the spa which was excellent. The breakfast toast of breakfast remains legendary.
The food is very tasty and stylish. The manu somewhat limited. The wine is very expensive
Excellent boutique hotel restaurant. You won't be surprised or delighted by the French Mediterranean cuisine which is merely well executed. The service and setting are among the best in Tel Aviv. There is better value for your money but you won't be let down if you go in with the right expectations, that is to be seen and served.
A must for a very good breakfast, although one of the most expensive in town. While there, go up to the roof to see the pool.
Boutique hotel with European taira. The hotel has a bar called the Liberty. Serves a rich menu of alcohol. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere
The worst value for a hotel in TLV
a luxury hotel with 2-star STAFF ...
The cleanliness of the rooms to review
Location not good
In short hotel not recommended
Overall score = 3/10

Had great breakfast here. The food was great and the place is gorgeous. Service is a bit awkward (everyone is overdressed, especially considering that it's July in TLV).
Just rating the restaurant. Food is okay but overpriced. Service was plain annoying, with the waiter literally hovering over our shoulder just waiting for us to go.
