The neurosurgeon I consulted with was great and his staff was very accommodating and helpful. The entire rest of the contact I've had to deal with from scheduling, billing, and pain management side is TERRIBLE! The staff is unfriendly, very cold and only cares about getting money instead of handling a patient with issues. This is obviously the most important thing to this facility to charge for services up front for people regardless of any circumstances. I absolutely could have paid for the procedure I was scheduled for up front and handled the refund owed to me later but I ultimately made the choice to pay for services elsewhere with a more reasonable and friendly staff out of principle for the service and treatment by staff I was given on many occasions in speaking to this side of the facility. NO ONE in pain deserves to be treated so coldly, I do not recommend this facility and hope to save anyone from the circus of dealing with the most unfriendly representatives before you even make it to the first consultation for pain management.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They will go the extra mile to help the patients with check-in, check out or setting appointments ( Dr s next appointment, Services, MRI s, X-Rays, CT Scans, etc). The staff and medical providers are very friendly on the elevators, public areas and walking by in the hallway. If the physician is running behind, the receptionist will put a sign up and let you know as you check in and sets the expectations of about how long you may have to wait. The physicians are very knowledgeable and work together for the benefit of the patient.

Dr Oberlander and his staff made my surgery both pre and post very easy. Very accessible, informative and friendly. If I needed the surgery again I would not hesitate.

I have been a patient of The Neuromedical Center for about 21 years, seeing 3 of the practitioners here. I have received and continue to receive excellent care from all of my doctors (my neurologist, physiatrist, and my neurosurgeon). To those who need this type of medical care, I highly recommend them to you.

I arrived at the NMC facility and found the parking to be very convenient, every member of the staff I met was courteous , friendly and attentive. Doctors are professional yet friendly, patiently listened to details about my symptoms. Everyone from the nursing staff to the laboratory staff were ready and willing to meet my needs .. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Neurological treatment

In person or virtual visit, I have always felt valued. Dr. Dammers and Mandy are professional, compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The staff and doctors are exemplary. They are helpful, courteous, respectful and show.care for their patients. My doctor, Dr. Thompson helped me beyond any expectations with my pain. I can now do things I never dreamed I would ever be able to do again. For.that, I thankful beyond words.

I have followed in the Nuero Medical Center for years now. I truly believe that Dr Garonwski and Dr Brown are the best in their field.
I highly recommend it. The all the physicians and neuropsychologists and the nurses are excellent.
Dr Garonwski stopped my child's seizures in her first appointment. And she has been without seizures for years now. I have no words to describe how happy I am to have found him and the rest of the team that is in charge of taking care of our health.

Please don't go here. If you get a referral, ask for someplace else, ANYPLACE else. Nothing gets done in a timely manner. I understand scheduling but some things need and should take priority. I see my GP again, I'm gonna chew him a new one for referring me to this absolute circus.
