I have not used this company before but I do belie...

I have not used this company before but I do believe the driver of van number 435, an older white man, is racist. On my way home from work, I was trying to merge into his lane since my lane was ending. This man refused to let me in. Mind you we are in bumper to bumper traffic not going anywhere. Letting one car in was not going to slow him down anymore. I finally was able to squeeze my way in and as we were driving he opened his window and pointed at his Make America Great Again hat and started laughing at me. Not too sure what he was trying to accomplish in his work van but that was not the smartest thing to do. I am not even a customer and this man was conducting himself in a way one would only see on the evening news. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

This was the first time we have used this company ...

This was the first time we have used this company and I have to say that they were extremely professional. They communicated well. We had 22 new vav boxes installed in a very busy environment and when they were done the area was just a clean before they started. I would recommend using this company.

I have nothing but great things to say about this ...

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Our technician Deryl was phenomenal! From the beginning he was patient with us and was able to explain everything in detail. He made great suggestions on how to maintain our air conditioning. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

What would Mr. Larry Maurer say about the professi...

What would Mr. Larry Maurer say about the professionalism of his employees and how they carry themselves when they park in the lots of business clients where their image and respect is most transparent?

I m sure the President of Thermal Concepts employs only the highest caliber of company representatives to service their clients.

As one of those clients, I did not see this standard of conduct on 11/16/19 Countryside Mall by the Macy s store.

I m sure it will be corrected and I won t see this again.

I won't use this company in the future or recommen...

I won't use this company in the future or recommend it to anyone. I paid almost $300 for an emergency call on a Sunday, then took them almost 2 days to provide an estimate. They don't follow up. They promise you status update calls that I never received. If I don't call, they wouldn't had informed anything. I called early on Wednesday and I was promised my AC would be fix by the end of the day. At 4:00pm I had to call again to be told a bunch of silly excuses and my AC won't get repaired until Thursday. C'mon, it is Miami and it's 90F inside my apartment. Your sense of urgency and customer service is nonexistent. Mr. Rick Maurer your company dropped the ball big time, and Mr. Phil London not replying emails is a good example of your company culture.

I was driving in Aventura, Fl at 5:10pm on August ...

I was driving in Aventura, Fl at 5:10pm on August 7th and one of their drivers almost ran me and my family off of the road! (they were in a company van) They proceeded to drive erratically and even made a right turn from the center lane, WOW!!! These guys are dangerous.

I've been working with these guys for the past few years. I'm going out of town contractor coming from North Carolina doing work down here in South Florida and I've been dealing a lot with their guys in the sheet metal shop Larry Kurt and Joe are three of the best guys in the business they have never let me down on a project hands down the best guys in South Florida

My Husband works there and it's one of the top 10 company that provides not only a great service but outstanding qualified experience technicians like my husband who's always speaking highly about this company.
