They will go the extra mile to help the patients with check-in, check out or setting appointments ( Dr s next appointment, Services, MRI s, X-Rays, CT Scans, etc). The staff and medical providers are very friendly on the elevators, public areas and walking by in the hallway. If the physician is running behind, the receptionist will put a sign up and let you know as you check in and sets the expectations of about how long you may have to wait. The physicians are very knowledgeable and work together for the benefit of the patient.
