I first called in to customer service because of a charge on my bill that I didn t understand. Anais Laurent took my call and explained to me that it was due to a EIN name discrepancy. (Our account is new) She gave me a list of ways I could get a copy of our EIN letter that we had some time ago lost. I started at the top of the list and ran into nothing but dead ends. COVID and bureaucracy and total lack of service elsewhere just left me frustrated and unable to make any headway. Ultimately it took a few calls to the IRS, a search on their behalf and a good deal of waiting. Anais called every week to check on my progress. She was very patient and encouraging when I felt like it was never going to get resolved. I must say from the start Merchant Services has excellent customer service and Anais Laurent is a real stand out with her genuine customer care.
I m so glad I made the switch from NPC to Merchant Services. My only regret is I didn t do it sooner.
