I was having trouble with figuring something out regarding my credit card machine and every other company I was transferred to was not helping me find a solution, but once I was transferred to Terry everything was better. She went the extra way to stay on the phone with me for over an hour until she figured out how to fix my problem. All in all Terry was very helpful today and I was really have with her help and service.
