Cheesy. The place is in poor repair. The staff are young and inexperienced. The servers are overworked and appear bored. The food and drinks are mediocre at best. I have been to a number of events here and each time, I am disappointed.

Great banquet facility in it's prime but has lost a lot of it's wow and pazaz. A prestigious place has to be kept prestigious or it loses its sparkle. It is a nice place but so is the price.

The Mansion is a nice place to hold a function but you should not have all the functions in one night my daughter's school had a prom near but everybody prom ended at the same time that's horrible all those cars pulling out at the same time everybody exit in the building

This place is huge and handles many parties at once. They have very nice rooms and staff and outdoor settings

5/15/2015 Winslow's JR and Senior Prom was cut short by a power outage. They were in the dark for 2hr before they were told to go home. After all the money that was paid to the venue,the school was trying to find away to reschedule the prom for the kids. The venue didn't want honor the request to make it up. They took the money and ran. No music, No food, No dancing and No Pictures to remember that night. Another venue heard about this, stepped up and offered for free to redo the prom for the kids. We were there for a wedding last month and the waitress was rude to our table and even after some of the people from the table left, she was still talking about it to us. She couldn't stop talking about the incident. I hope that other parents post a negative comment. That wasn't fair to the kids and the high school. I had to put a star just to save this comment.

what a BEAUTIFUL atmosphere! wonderful for work party or wedding reception. staff was very friendly! I will definitely be planning an event here in the near future! such a classy place !

Went there for brunch... I wasn t impressed... the omelet station didn t have eggs over easy and it wasn t worth the money... The only reason I went was because I had a bogo coupon... if I had to pay full price I would have been extremely disappointed... the place felt like a cheap wedding ... I wouldn t recommend to anyone unless you want to pay for a lot for brunch and feel ripped off... and how is this place 4.4 stars with all of the negative reviews

Went for a mother's day brunch. It was an enjoyable experience, but nothing to write home about. The venue was nice, although it could have been better maintained.

My cousin had her wedding here. The place is very elegant and very nice. The food was good and the servers were professional.

I attended a Baby Shower there. Everything had been superb from the Mimosas to Dessert.
I imagine that the meals are very delicious there.
I highly recommend it.

5 star beautiful place great food an service real professional staff

My reservation was for 3 o'clock. Not wanting to be late we choose to do the 4:00 Easter egg hunt. Upon being seated I ordered 1 Mamosa which was complementary. The waiter came over and explained that on Easter Sunday it wasn't free and yes the website was confusing. He finally comped it but it was still an embarrassing moment. Much of the food was cold and picked over. Then we were told if we left our seats to do the egg hunt we weren't able to come back, which gave us 50 minutes to try and scarf down our meal. Again after arguing with them, we were told that after the egg hunt we could come back up. However we had already scarfed down our meal thinking we weren't able to. Not to mention it was so embarrassing I didn't want to come back up anyway. The kicker was that when we went downstairs so our daughter could participate in the egg hunt, they were already wrapping up and it was only 3:55!!! The maintenance man said to her I'll go throw some eggs down if you want to pick them up. Are you serious? One of the main reasons we chose the mansion over other places was because of the egg hunt. My daughter really wanted to do that. I will never ever eat at the mansion again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone that I know. It was so so overpriced and such an utter disappointment. Maybe any other Sunday it wouldn't have been so upsetting. However it was horrible to have such an awful experience on Easter Sunday.

For the price, the buffet did not have a great selection. Better off going to Golden Corral.

Went to a friend's communion party there and the food was fantastic

Beautiful clean venue but a bit over priced. The food was just ok.

My son had a awesome winter wedding, they took pictures on their beautiful lawn. I am a picky eater but their food was great.

This venue was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. The handicap ramp was too far and not well lit. Food was plentiful but about a C+ overall it was a good night.

The wait staff was extremely accommodating with my food restrictions and the fact that due to distance I had to drive, I arrived late. They made sure to keep the event on schedule but made sure I was able to have something to eat. The Maitre D helped us get all of the gifts for the mom to be into our vehicles. Excellent service and excellent food!
