My wedding will be here very nice people and accommodative staff. The place is beautiful and has so many places for picture opportunities. Food is very good here. The rooms hold a large amount of people so it s good for that but Samantha was great with my mother in laws wedding and now that we have Rebecca!!
Be careful with the person you are assigned, make sure you keep all your paperwork of what was calculated. They try a lot of things towards the end before the event. They told us we could set up earlier that day for our wedding but we couldn t because someone had a wedding a few hours before in our same space. Which was not told to us. That was the worst thing for me not being able to decorate but we used the same decor the last people left.
Other than that my event was fun and exciting!

Very beautiful but with multiple evebts going on and no clear signage, my group ended walking into the wrong wedding. It was kinda funny bit a little uncomfortable.
Beautiful and clean. Has large crystal chandeliers and nice wall paper that makes the space grand yet inviting to be in. No idea the cost of the room but it looks like it would be a lot.
Just attended a wedding. The venue is extremely crowded. We had a hard time getting food and drinks at happy hour due to long lines. Barely any food was passed around. The room of the actual reception is too small for the number of people. Because of the shape of the room it is impossible to see the dance floor. It is also currently 8:15 and I am still waiting for dinner. Don t recommend. This is by far the worst wedding venue I have ever been to.
If you are a bride to be and want a special day this is not your place. You will ask and want many things on your wedding day. As you should. They will promise you EVERYTHING and deliver on half. My husband and I met with one of the owners a few days after our daughter s wedding. We told him everything that went wrong. He seemed a bit stunned and sympathetic. He offered a check to us at that meeting. A few emails later we were offered $300 from the mansion only if we would sign a waiver to take down any review posted. I did not post any reviews at that point.
This Place is Looking Beautiful from only outside, but inside party hall are not looking Good or Elegant. Staff are so Rude behavior and Service are so bothering guest. Specially a tall skinny Lady may be she is Banquet manager is so anoying talking very rudlly. I have very bad experience here 2 times to attend my friend wedding event. The foods are worst. Cutlery are so old with stain on spoons.please before you planning to do any wedding party here. Avoid to book here. There is a another Event place in Allentown PA name is Centinental Homesuite by Hilton at Parkway Velly. That was so beautiful from inside and staff are so good.
Worst experience ever. Cocktail hour was in a small room with 1 bar (very crowded) and only appetizers I received was 1 shrimp and 1 scallop, did not get offered anything else. Didn t get in line till 8:15 to eat. No plates, no food at the first 2 stations and asked worker where the food was and she didn t say anything and walked away. Finally get to the station with chicken and beef and got 2 small pieces and everything was so dry. No sides for the food (greens or potatoes). Very unorganized venue
I m here now. For the last hour they have been promising us fans. It is 81 degrees in the room!!!!!!! Unacceptable. I m 31 weeks pregnant and ready to pass out with my guests. I m beyond upset. I ll take this down when they fix this problem!
We originally got married here in 2013 and had an amazing time. I don't know what happened, but it seems their customer service has gone downhill. On 10/2/16 we signed a contract with Sammy-Jo (who is no longer there) for a vow renewal in 2018. She tried to give us a simple luncheon at first, but I explained we wanted this to be a second wedding. I told her about our original wedding in 2013 and she took one look at our original contract from 2013 and just said "that should have never happened". She also explained that our event could not go into the evening hours at all or we would be charged evening prices, so we signed for an earlier event that would end by 4pm because she said that was the latest it could be without being charged more. We felt like the level of service we were getting as returning customers was not very good, but we decided to sign anyway because we really loved it there.
I emailed Sammy-Jo on 7/26/17 with a question about the cocktail hour. A week went by with no response, so I called The Mansion only to find out she was no longer employed there. I was told the head of sales would call me back after the meeting she was in was over, but I didn't receive a call so I called back the next day. Then I was told she was actually out sick the past few days, so she was not actually in a meeting the previous day? I was transferred to Caitlin and she answered my question, but I expressed again that I was not impressed with the level of service and length of time(a hour less than we had in 2013) I was getting as a returning customer and no communication about Sammy-Jo being gone. She then asked me if we were married there previously; so the fact that we were returning customers was not even noted in our file. She then told me we could add an extra hour to the event for $5/person. So now all of a sudden we were allowed to go into the evening hours? I then felt like things were misrepresented from the start and was tired of the run around and bad communication. I asked Caitlin if she was my new contact and if I could get her email address; her response was "Um if you want." I felt this was an unprofessional response.
My wedding is still a year away and I was feeling like if the communication and customer service was like this now, I didn't want to deal with it when my wedding was closer. I got contact info and emailed the Sales Manager and General Manager on 8/19/17 about my concerns and that we decided to sign with a different venue due to all of the problems. Yet again, a week went by with no response or acknowledgment of my email. I sent a certified letter on 8/25/17 and received a response today from the VP of Sales & Marketing stating they got my cancellation but will not refund my original $600 deposit since it is non-refundable. He also brought up how I didn't pay the deposit in March, yet there was no actual deposit due in March since Sammy-Jo had confirmed with me via email on 1/17/17 that there was a typo in the contract and that it should have said March 2018 instead of 2017. I guess she never updated my file to reflect that. In my opinion, especially as a returning customer who was about to pay thousands of dollars again for a second wedding, they should have refunded my deposit to keep things on good terms. I am very disappointed with this experience. We used to go there for their Sunday buffet brunches too, but will not return after this. Everything was wonderful in 2013, I am just shocked how poorly things were handled this time.
Edit: Oh they responded. They say they want to treat their customers as "VIP for life" but still won't refund my first deposit. In my opinion if they truly felt those words they're saying, they'd try to make it right by refunding a $600 deposit.
EDIT 6/26/18: Unbelievable! Nearly a year later and we randomly get a letter stating they came across our "contract" and asking if we're still moving forward with the vow renewal event! So now we're sending a certified letter AGAIN with all the backup that it was canceled last year and that we don't owe anymore money!
This place is absolutely gorgeous..... Minimal decor is needed because the site is that pretty. The food is worth paying for very very delicious and the service was amazing.
This is an awesome venue for weddings, they have all the amenities and beautiful, elegant decorations throughout. The gazebo area where the wedding ceremony is held is beautifully landscaped with and able amount of room for everyone. They have plenty of locations throughout for a ton of photo opportunities.
Well I wish I had pictures but it was from a wedding party and I did not want to share them. First, I have not been here in years but boy had this place not lost a step. Food was amazing from cocktail hour to the dinner. Sometimes you can order steak and not be cooked right? Well not here. It was perfect and taste was amazing. The paintings on the staircase still look great and are an excellent backdrop to a wedding reception. I m sure of prices, but just going to the event it is 1sr class.
this place is beautiful. I'm sure you'll be pleased at the old charm. However, "some of" the staff seems to equate ellagance and affluent with arrogance and rudeness. I was assisting with pictures and bc I didn't clear a table fast enough, one of the staff ppl purposely smashed two of my fingers with a center piece vase to "shoo" me away while I was grabbing things off the table. I even heard them mumbling to themselves angrily grabbing some of the stuff on the table and angrily placing it somewhere else. I didn't want to disturb the event so I left as quickly as possible.
Nice party hall for any occasion. There are multiple halls available and we can choose the one that best suits our occasion. The team is very good, always cheerful and are available to help you. I really liked this place.
Great place to have a party of any kind. Had my daughter's sweet 16 party there and everything was great. I couldn't ask for a better place to have such very especial event. The entire staff made my daughter feel like a princess for the entire evening.
I worked here as a bartender for 6 years and it doesn't get any better. The staff is amazing and they will always fulfill your every need. And I'm not just saying this because I'm a former employee. I truly mean it.
Went to a wedding there and had opportunity to see all the floors. The ground level where we had the cocktail hour was roomy, with lots of available seating. The top floor where the main reception was is nice, but the design of the room had many people hidden from view of each other. Seemed a little awkward when the families were commenting on being joined. But the service and the food were both very good. It is also interesting that for the largest reception area on the top floor, bathrooms are located one flight down, possibly making it a little difficult to get to in an emergency situation.
