So many things can be said. The staff is rude and ...

So many things can be said. The staff is rude and unwilling to work with residents. It s their way or the highway. If you call with a problem they make it sound like your the problem. Used to be a quiet neighborhood until they hired a security patrol who s only purpose seems to be to do what he can to wake people up in the early hours of the morning. Management is rude. No on for the manor company is ever up here to talk to residents. It seems like they just take the money and run. There has been damage to outside of one of the properties for 6 plus years now, they have yet to fix it. When asked about the problem they claim to know nothing about it, but yet the contractor told us that manor had been paid by insurance for damages but never fixed the problems. Be very very careful about dealing with them.

Per the response to my review!! Of course they are trying to make themselves look better. My information came from the previous contractor that did repairs on the units. He said that manor had been paid and was waiting on dave Estes to give the final ok for repairs . The manor association has no idea what goes on in the area. They are never walking around to see what repairs need to be done. Some of the repairs have been deemed not a priority so homeowners have to wait for leaks or things like shingles falling off the roof to get anything done. Further more there are always two sides to every story but if someone comes and looks at the property and sees the lack of maintenance this would make sense. It gets tiring of sending email and complaining and nothing ever gets done. So much for customer service and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt.

The manor is helpful since they have a lawyer who is familiar with HOA type laws. They are extremely friendly when you have to contact them for any issues. As with any other PM, associate turnover is frequent.

You should take a look at the reviews of Manor Association on Yelp. Tons of 1 star ratings. And yes, you call them, leave a message, and they DO NOT reply. It is that great. And then, all of a sudden, you will see a spectacular 5 star, blow off the roof review; you'd really wonder what this all of a sudden so drastically different 5 star review come from.

When Manors association s employee made mistake, they didn t say sorry. When you asked them questions, they d let you wait at least one week and they still won t answer your questions.
When Manor associations partner company wrongly charge you money, they only speak for their partner, not for you, although it s your HOA fee paid their salaries every month.

I live in a community in Foster City that is managed by Manor Inc. and they have always had a very helpful when I have had to call in or need any help resolving an issue. There client services team seams to really care about getting you the help you need and our property always looks very nice and clean!
I have also noticed a bunch of people who are just blatantly ignorant about how a Homeowners Association works and what the job of the management company is. I recommend maybe getting an education in what you signed up for might be helpful for those who just want someone to blame and do not know who to direct it at apparently.

I have never been a huge fan of the Manor over the years of having them as our community management team. Their property managers manage too many communities to give any one of them the proper attention they deserve. This perception has changed recently however due to Kristin Amarillas. She has become our property manager and has had an immediate impact on how we conduct our business and accomplish our goals. Her work ethic, professionalism, and quick response time has been truly amazing. Thanks Kristen!

Ever since the previous manager of the our property left, the service quality has gotten terrible. I sent them an email regarding a service request in september, and never got any acknowledgement that they ever knew that I had sent them a message. I would never work with them again.

Rinita G. is very courteous and responsive in responding to community service requests. My community had an issue with a street light going on and off at 10-minute intervals. This particular lighting issue was difficult to troubleshoot. Rinita stayed on top of it and placed multiple work orders to have this lighting issue resolved. She is a property manager who handles community issues with professionalism.

I was frustrated attempting to find the right persons using the phone menu by dialing in the persons first name and couldn't get through until I dialed the operator. I ended up being forwarded to and actually speaking a Tiphanie Bradford and within seconds she forwarded four separate emails to all the correct managers. What a great way to start the morning!!!

I called to get some help regarding my parking space and parking light (that was not working for sometime). I was lucky to get help with Stephanie Alves. She is amazing, focussed, she has great customer service ability and she was all about customer satisfaction. Most importantly, I felt that she "cares about resolving my problem right away. She asked many great questions and started to work on them. A few days later, I called to get an update to my surprise she knew who I was and provided me with an update on my problems. I have personally lived in an association that had a previous management company that never responded and the outside of our whole condo looks terrible. We switched to The Manor Association about a year and a half ago and I am very pleased with the changes they have made. I don't understand people who say they cannot contact them or get a call back, every time i have had to call for anything I have gotten someone on the phone right away and if it needed more assistance my manager personally calls me back. I have been living in condos for many years now and so far Manor has been a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
