So many things can be said. The staff is rude and unwilling to work with residents. It s their way or the highway. If you call with a problem they make it sound like your the problem. Used to be a quiet neighborhood until they hired a security patrol who s only purpose seems to be to do what he can to wake people up in the early hours of the morning. Management is rude. No on for the manor company is ever up here to talk to residents. It seems like they just take the money and run. There has been damage to outside of one of the properties for 6 plus years now, they have yet to fix it. When asked about the problem they claim to know nothing about it, but yet the contractor told us that manor had been paid by insurance for damages but never fixed the problems. Be very very careful about dealing with them.

Per the response to my review!! Of course they are trying to make themselves look better. My information came from the previous contractor that did repairs on the units. He said that manor had been paid and was waiting on dave Estes to give the final ok for repairs . The manor association has no idea what goes on in the area. They are never walking around to see what repairs need to be done. Some of the repairs have been deemed not a priority so homeowners have to wait for leaks or things like shingles falling off the roof to get anything done. Further more there are always two sides to every story but if someone comes and looks at the property and sees the lack of maintenance this would make sense. It gets tiring of sending email and complaining and nothing ever gets done. So much for customer service and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt.
