I have personally lived in an association that had a previous management company that never responded and the outside of our whole condo looks terrible. We switched to The Manor Association about a year and a half ago and I am very pleased with the changes they have made. I don't understand people who say they cannot contact them or get a call back, every time i have had to call for anything I have gotten someone on the phone right away and if it needed more assistance my manager personally calls me back. I have been living in condos for many years now and so far Manor has been a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
