Ever since the previous manager of the our property left, the service quality has gotten terrible. I sent them an email regarding a service request in september, and never got any acknowledgement that they ever knew that I had sent them a message. I would never work with them again.

My landlord even had the worst time getting his parking permits for my unit. it took him 6 months to get the issue resolved
