I had a bird come into my hotel last night in the middle of my bathroom and crapped alll over me I m pissed this cost so much

Great experience. Especially the classic high tea in the Pembroke room.

I attended a 2-day success coaching event in one of the suites at the Lowell. Everything was exquisite. Staff was attentive. Breakfast in the morning and coffee in the coffee and we enjoyed the fireplace on both days. A gorgeous retreat to make you feel elegant and spoiled.

Great hotel and location. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is 5 star. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Our experience at The Lowell Hotel was fantastic. The room (with a fireplace!) was beautiful, the staff was amazingly friendly, and the meal we had at their Majorelle restaurant was perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying and eating here.

The bar/lounge: quaint, romantic, dignified, attentive staff that knows how to treat the customer.

My bf took me to the clubroom because i love flowers, it was smelling so wonderful, we stayed the night because flowers are everywhere , all flowers are real, the ones in the room also real, staff was great, it was such an elegant date idea. great experience. So romantic. It was the best date idea:)

Cozy, beautiful and with exquisite interior decor. It's a good idea to have a cocktail and a snack, while the atmosphere just does everything else for you. A good spot to have a meeting or a nice talk with a friend.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast this morning in the Pembroke Room. It's not all that often that we treat ourselves, but I really enjoyed taking my sister to the Lowell this morning. We had a delightful table by the window, but it was our waiter who made the experience so memorable. He was incredibly attentive and despite there being other people int he room, we felt special. Thank you!

This is the best boutique hotel in the City. Impeccable service, splendid amenities, extraordinary people. Not a cheap date, as one might imagine.

The rooms are a little small but they are gorgeous and very comfortable. The service is impeccable and you feel like being home.

The high tea at the pembroke room was very pleasant. Beautiful room, friendly service. Scones and devonshire cream with lemon curd a highlight. Tea was delicious except they leave the tea steeping forever so eventually it becomes bitter, minus 1 star.

I was walking all around NYC everywhere and could not find a bathroom. They were kind and showed me a place between their building to go.

The high tea at the Pembroke room was lovely, the sandwishes and scones were quite tasty. The one negative is they leave the same tea leaves steeping in a big pot so your tea gets more and more bitter, and instead of getting you new leaves when you want a refill like at other tea houses I've been too, they just add hot water. So the tea only tastes amazing if you have it during the first 10min.

Nice discreet Hotel in Manhattan. Great location. Rooms are always nice and clean, staff is always attentive.
