Truly a scam. Save your money and go with another company. I went to the ER, and Loomis covered a whopping $60 of my visit. Just disgusting.

Not efficient, im still waiting for my email of insurance cancelation.

Won t let me cancel though I already have insurance. They said the cancellation date passed and we were made aware but no one on my staff received any kind of notice to cancel. Very sketchy and uncooperative. Said they could potentially waive my insurance if I sent them proof I already had insurance and I did. Called a week later for them only to tell me they never received it although I confirmed with the agent several times. Super sketchy. The worst.

Not insurance at all. Waste of your time. Never felt the need to write a review but this is an exception. I go to the emergency room and the bill comes out to be over $6,000 and guess how much this company covered?? Only $100. Out of $6,000 they only covered $100. When I called about it, they said it isn't covered because it wasn't an "injury related incident". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Now I'm $6,000 in debt because of them.

First of all I cancelled my insurance in JULY AND I AM STILL BEING CHARGED!? This is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried calling and speaking with you and told I have to do it over email. I am sick of it. I will be calling tomorrow and if I am passed around to person to person just know it will not be pretty. Especially since half of your staff is not trained on their job and lied to me when I was a customer. Maybe if I actually get my refund from April till now I will change my star rating but for now. Do not waste your time on this company. Get insurance anywhere else because I promise you there is better options out there

Worst health insurance I have ever had! The cost was through the roof but the coverage was terrible! I may as well have not had any.

I've just started working for this company and find great pleasure in working for them. Denise, Claire, Christian and Abby have been super patient and helpful and have been doing such a great job training over 50+ people at a time. I am grateful for this opportunity to grow with this company from home and I enjoy learning more about their insurance as I go.

I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY! This is coming from a WORKING point of view. Don't work here. Don't get the insurance. DENISE is a RUDE lady who does not understand running a business from an employee standpoint. All of these technical issues but expects us to WORK around the issue but YELLS at us if we asks questions. The training is awful. She needs to get fired. Steer clear.
Terrible insurance anyway.

This is the absplute worst insurance ever your better off to pay outa pocket out of 8,000 dollar medical bill they paid 250 dollars of it and thats with there top tier insurance plan for medical and perscription 350.00 per month!!! This is a joke im from south central pa absolutely disatisfied if i could give a negative star rating i would do not under any circumstances use loomis ever not even worth the thought pay the extra for blue cross or another company dont waste it on this one

They handle my business insurance. Pricing is very fair and pretty quick to respond to emails.
