After waiting 30 days for a response to a complaint I filed i received a letter from a mediator stating they couldn t help me because this is a dispute between 2 companies. Obviously they never reviewed my complaint or evidence because that is not the case. What a waste .

I have been waiting for a response or anything since May 2020... NOTHING

Can't send message or email to Mr. Frosh. What does he do if he doesn't help the constituents of Maryland??????

I sent a complaint about an internet fraud that the attorney generals office assigned to their police Dept to follow up on. I was contacted by an incompetent corporal who could not get the phone number of our police Dept for the police report.
After sending the HPD s phone number I have not heard from him since.
This country is wasting money keeping people like that on its payroll. I will try the justice Dept. Maybe they can do some more to hopefully help.

Reported how my mother was neglected and is now dead, and they don't care. Apparently it's ok not to call for medical help for someone if they need it and if They die, then oh well. Maryland does not care for the elderly or vulnerable like they claim to. Walk into almost any nursing home in maryland and see the conditions for yourself. I literally witnessed a patient calling for medical help & a maintenance man responded. This was reported to the ombudsmen. I also reached out to the maryland board of health regarding numerous issues. No one does anything to protect patients in this state. You should not have to hire an attorney to get an investigation. ( I have proof of medicaid fraud also....Im sure they would jump on that to investigate though) *I attached a photo of what happened to my mother while at Franklin woods.
