Sara, Legend, how ever so helpful, needed some bulbs for my company at and she helped me straight away! This company is very lucky to have her best thing is that she even did a next day delivery every time I ordered!

Hard nosed and unsympathetic approach based on "small print". Unexpected admin costs and could not get through on customer line for exchange for incorrect fitting on one of the bulbs I had ordered. (Had to pretend it was a new order to get an answer.)

Helpful, clearly spoken staff, took my order (2 items) over the phone, as I experienced difficulty with card payment on line. Very efficient, I would have no hesitation in using again.

Zero communication since confirm my order and taking my money. Order is supposed to be tracked with the Post office but they are unable to find my parcel. Still trying to find out after a week, what is going on

Sales counter closed, online and phone orders ONLY! I understand things are different due to COVID-19 but why not offer contactless payment like other shops? No warning on website, wasted trip. Wanted to shop/support local businesses. The person on site was not interested at all. Thought about calling them or visiting their website to place an order from the car park but that d be ridiculous. Bought from another cheaper online retailer instead.

Good products and competitive prices. I like the natural daylight GU10 leds. Made 2 orders in a month or so and both arrived promptly. Yes I recommend the business as a great supplier.

Always a first class service whenever I need help with light bulbs. Arrived very quickly and safely !

Sadly unable to provide a LED bayonet fitting (traditional British bulb holder) reflector bulb. I had hoped that a big supplier might carry a range of bulbs including these models . Such bulbs cannot be obtained from places such as Homebase and Wickes either. They can be obtained online (but presumably not from this firm) so I have opted to replace my living room spotlight entirely. Also sadly for a bulk supplier the price for small ES (SES) fitting 4w candle bulbs was no better value than at other outlets such as supermarkets.
