We visit this store every time we visit St. Jacob's. I love their tea blends and they always have samples to try. The couple that own the shop are so kind and friendly and are so knowledgeable about the products they have in their store. I have purchased every thing from soap, tea, essential oils and wind chimes the products they sell are great quality.

In my experience with the store (as frequent customer)... the customer service level is great. Down to earth, friendly service... always very welcoming. Very knowledgeable about their products.

Wow what a place! Ronda and Steve are the most lovely and helpful store owners you will meet. Their knowledge, passion and expertise make them a for sure stop when looking for essential oils and aromatherapy products! Just stepping in the door is instantly relaxing and grounding. I love their products and can t wait to shop again!

This is always the first place I head to when I come into the village. It has such great energy and I always learn something new when I m here. The customer service is absolutely extraordinary and Rhonda and Steve go above and beyond with all they do, they are so sweet. The products are fantastic and I always find many treasures to take home with me.

Rhonda, katie and I had such a great time in your store today. The work you do is so phenomenal, and your store makes us so happy. What a beautiful space!
We took a day trip out to St Jacobs from Vaughan (GTA) and found Tea, Earth & Sky as we were walking through town. Let me start by saying, this is by FAR the best experience I ve ever had. The first thing I noticed when walking into the store was my energy becoming a lot more relaxed. Rhonda & Steve really went out of their way to help, answer our questions and teach us new things - next level customer service! The passion they have is really inspiring and reflects onto the quality of their business. I loved everything about it so much I returned 3 times in the space of a few hours! It was really nice chatting with them, they genuinely care about their customers. So glad we found this space! I was able to find everything I needed and more! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

An excellent selection of incense, oils, teas, and general meditation and good living paraphernalia. The owners are friendly and inviting.

Our second visit to this beautiful store and we just loved it. From the moment you enter the store you feel such a peacefull and relaxing experience. Rhonda and Steve take time to explain and show you everything you're interested and more. What a great experience!!! I highly recomend going.

Recently during the pandemic, the owners were not wearing masks and claimed the customers had a right not to (although every other store on Main St had a sign that there was a mandatory bylaw). When I questioned it, the female owner became aggressive, followed me out onto the street and touched me. I told her to keep 6 feet from me. They disrespect their customers and jeopardize their safety.

If you like a huge selection of tea and tea paraphernalia this place is a must

Knowledgeable and friendly folks. She took the time to show me some of the different scents in the essential oils section of their store and provided me with additional information that I didn't know about.
On another visit, they allowed my daughter and wife to bring a wind chime outside to see in the natural light.

The owners were so gracious in letting us look around even though they were in the process of closing up. We have not made it back yet during business hours but we fully intend to! Such a cool store, so much to look at, and such helpful and informative people! Can't wait to visit again and have the time to really appreciate everything in there!

I was very disappointed. I came here during normal hours of operation only to find a note on the door indicating the store was closed. The website said nothing of this.

More vexing was that the note indicated the store would reopen today, but the door was locked despite the fact that I arrived over an hour after the advertised opening time.

I do not know if I will return to try again given this experience. This seems to be a very unreliable way of doing business. At least the note was polite I suppose.

Wow!!!!! This store has now become my favorite. Owners are wonderful, kind and so knowledgeable or all the products they sell. What an assortment of things to peruse , enjoy and relish in!!!!! Love this store!!!!!

Great selection and positive vibes. Great people. Must visit even if you not buying anything. Some business owners should learn a thing about customer service from them.

Its nice setup but the lady at the counter got mad that I asked her to wrap up my tea in a gift bag and said "don't tell me how to do my job, I been doing this for more than 10 years..." so I thought that was rude. So the staff is not nice :(

I follow in love with this store! Makes you feel peaceful, happy and the owners are a very spiritual minded people, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything they carry, and their products are just amazing! I can wait till I go back again!

I have been a customer since Rhonda and Steve opened their beautiful store. Their thoughtful selection of product is wonderful and I am always blown away by the quality and their knowledge. Their passion shines through each and every time I visit. It's always a highlight to visit them whenever I'm in St. Jacob's.

Lots of lovely looseleaf tea. Best organic Assam I've had. I go there for that, the gunpowder tea and the milk oolong.

I visited your beautiful store yesterday as it is a must-visit when I'm in St. Jacobs. Every time I step into the store I feel relaxed and welcome. I never leave without a treasure whether it's a wind chime, tea or yesterday, meditation beads. Thank you for being there!

Love this place...great atmosphere and vibration , wonderful items can be found inside this little shop. Both owners are freindly and knowlodgeable.

Really loved the Turtle Dove store which were previously there. But Tea, Earth & Sky bring the same and happy, calming, peaceful environment that every customer deserves. Great advice, excellent customer service, and very friendly staff.

Tea earth and sky is a must visit location for anyone visiting st jacobs. Not only are the owners steve and rhonda the nicest people you could meet, they have vast knowlege on all there products and are happy to take time and explain any questions you have . As soon as you walk into the place you have a warm family like auroa about it . Last weekend was my first visit there my wife bought some of the best tea she has ever had , with a wealth of knowledge about the product that came from Steve and Rhonda. We will be going back no question about it.

This is one of my favourite places in St. Jacobs and I never make a trip without stopping in! Rhonda & Steve are so welcoming & friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The atmosphere of their beautiful shop is always uplifting, and you can feel the love as soon as you step through the door. The careful selection and pride in the products they carry is evident in the high quality, as well as their enthusiasm to chat about it. I love getting my loose leaf tea here, as well as essential oil blends, incense, and so many other goodies. With the new Covid restrictions, they have made it so easy, pleasant, and safe to get everything I need via curbside pickup, which is such a nice change to the chaos found in many other stores right now. You definitely want to visit Tea Earth & Sky while in St. Jacobs - it's good for the soul!

I absolutely adore this store! Rhonda remembered me with months in between my first and second purchases, as well as the exact product I bought. Customer service is incredible from both her and Steve, and they have an endless amount of information on each and every product they stock. I truly feel refreshed and in a great mood whenever I leave and am never disappointed in the experience I have or the product I purchase.

This place is fantastic. The owners truly believe in what they sell. If you're looking for a place to get natural products or if you're looking for a place to help to feel earthy in life, this is the place.

I visited the store for the very first time a couple of weeks ago with my second mom after enjoying the market. I was blown away upon entering the store. Whether you needed oils, incense, etc., they had many options from a variety of suppliers. So much to look at! Most notably, Steve and Rhonda had the such lovely energy. Very knowledgeable people, so intuitive, not to mention patient and kind! They even take the time every day to write a positive quote on the sign outside the front door. I ve always loved supporting local establishments, I will be sure to visit this family business again in the future! Thank you.

We visit this shop every time we go to St. Jacobs and have recommended it to multiple friends. Rhonda is so wonderful and has helped me find the perfect gifts for birthdays, christmas etc. I have purchased candles, essential oils, soaps, teas, and wall hangings and they have all been great quality. I love that the store heavily features Canadian and local artisans. Keep up the great work!

Amazing individuals own this store. Great conversations about tea. I wish the prices were a bit better.
