Very friendly and helpful staff. Molly really helped me out when I was down visiting my family and got a puncture. Very quickly resolved the problem thankfully so me and my children could travel back the 300 miles it took to get home safely. I would defo recommend to any one in the area or visiting as they don't just do punctures they do a wide selection from brakes to air conditioning aswell as many other services. Thank you once again for the great service.

Really helpful and courteous. And they didn't charge me to check my tyres and change a valve in one of them. I thought I had a slow puncture but thankfully that wasn't the case. Would definitely use them again. Thank you SO much.

Quick and easy service, Went in for a needed tyre change and was out in less then half an hour. Staff got on the problem stright away and fixed it quickly. Very quick and friendly service.

Price good and service on the day good. However they managed to get the mileage wrong on my receipt and despite emailing them have not sent me a revised receipt. It s a shame but their follow-up is not as good there service was on the day. Despite this I would probably use them again.

Fast efficient service from Kwik Fit FLEET visited twice within 10 days for four tyres no damage done to my wheels which is always an area of concern & wheel alignment check done our Hampshire councils lack of speed to sort potholes is always a concern causing tyre wear due to it throwing the alignment out costing us drivers money.

Booked in for two new front tyres with all the trimmings. Greeted on arrival and car taken straight in. Fairly quick turnaround and job well done. Will use again. Recommended.

My car was dealt with straight away and the tyres were free! Mainly because I lease my vehicle and they are included in the maintenance plan so don't go down there expecting free tyres but you can expect a great service

very competitive price for 4 new tyres for my Mondeo. very easy to order on line. As i work close to them, I left my car with them in the morning then collected it after work - very helpful. everything was done, ready and waiting for me! very smooth transaction. I would definitely use them again (although I don't really want to buy 4 new tyres again any time soon!). staff were very helpful & friendly.

Booked in for two replacement tyres at 11:00am. Was told they were running a bit late but was well past mid day before car ready. Allow plenty of time from booking in time.

Pre-ordered a full set of GoodYear Eagle F1 Aysmmetric 5's online for fitment this morning (10/03/2020). My car was on the ramp at 0830hrs and done within an hour. I'm very pleased with the service and quality of work. I'll definitely be back when I need new tyres.

Had a puncture and needed 2 new tyres which I needed fixed urgently Kwik fit in f/boro couldn't do it until the next day so went to fleet.they done it within 20 mins of me turning up. And the free coffee in their machine was nice..

Polite and friendly service, I called to make an appointment for my tyres and tracking to be done. Pleasant over the phone and they were able to get me in very quickly. They had my tyres in stock even though my car takes two different sizes being a rear wheel drive. The prices where very competitive for the wide range of makes available. I will certainly be going back next time I require tyres as the service was quick and efficient allowing me to relax as I knew everything was being done by capable people.

Excellent service provided by the staff at Kwik Fit in Fleet. They fitted tyres and aligned the wheels in my car and I'm very satisfied with the work done. They even kindly offered to take me home to fetch the wheel lock nuts when I carelessly forget to bring them with me. Thanks guys.

Had a minor issue with metal dust caps corroding and being unable to remove by hand (never buy these, especially from ebay). The team at Kwik Fit managed to get them off. Was in and out within 10 minutes, great service.

I booked twice for brakes and tyres. Did not not have a brake specialist both times even thow l booked

It's sun 31st July.supposed to open at 10 pm. No one here,no reason anywhere for customers as to why it's closed.really bad management.

Paid for my tyres over the web site of kwik-fit so all the boys had to was fit them which they did brilliantly

Went there "by accident" due to a flat tyre. Store manager and team a lovely young and friendly bunch. My tyre was repaired in no time and I was able to continue a very long journey home with a happy smile on my face. Thank you guys!

I found the cost of wheel balancing excessive, The price should be posted online along with the free check. I shan't be rushing to KwikFit in the future and I shall be recounting my bad experience to many people.

Regassed my Volvo V50, waited nearly 3 hours as they didnt operate the machine properly and then the AC still didnt work afterwards. Living up to the companies reputation.

Amazing service, can t fault. Expecting to have to get 4 tyres based on main stealer service report. They checked the tyre treads and gave me an honest opinion on what was/wasn t needed.

The man with the fiat arbroath was an absolute legand nothing was to much really chatty but efficent

I had a slow puncture and the tyre was visibly down. I took the car into Kwik Fit Fleet and was asked to being it back at 4pm that afternoon. I took my car to put air in the tyre and it was down to 13. Took the car back to Kwik Fit and the tyre pressures were all checked. I was told it must be ok and to keep an eye on it. This morning the tyre was nearly flat so I took it to Roadwheel in Fleet. They dealt with it straight away and told me there was a nail through the tread. All done and dusted quickly for a very good price. I know where I'll go next time!

Don't bother ordering in advance, they had 4 days to get my tyres there, they were still a day late. The branch has no control over what or when they get stock apparently. First I heard about it was when I arrived for my appointment. Didn't call me when they arrived as promised I had to chase. Then proceeded to scratch my wheel during fitting or alignment.

Had a puncture on the M3 yesterday on the way back to somerset.. tyre not repairable ..luckily they had one in stock and was on my way within 2 hours after calling RAC who got me there.. Brilliant special thanks to Steve

Called in after getting a flat tyre , found them very professional, helpful and even put wheel back on car and spare back under the car. I would diffantly use them again, a very happy customer.

No tools on site to balance my wheels.. what good is a tyre company if they can fit and balance wheels??

Brilliant service by the whole team. Very helpful in what tyres to use on my car as I have no clue. Manger supported her team with questions they asked at any point when I was there. Also manger was very well spoken to a customer who came in and was a little upset as her tyre kept going down and she had not long lost her husband who use todo it all for her.

As with Customer service I have always received at the Farnborough branch, same friendly welcome and service at the Fleet branch. Thank you once again.

There was only 2 staff working today and the odds were against them....one of the cars they had to work on would have looked bad in a skip. Although i had a long wait i thought they did very well.
