Perfect place for stay. Awesome hotel.. great hospitality. Lot of activities for kids.. nice ambience. Room view of lake and lotus in them was awesome.

One of the Best Hotels to Stay in! The Leela Goa is amazing, Courteous staff always ready to please you. Amazing Rooms, Great view, Private beach, Decent food. It takes 2 days to check how beautiful the Resort is. Quick service, the list just goes on.

The leela goa is beautiful property, they provide complimentary airport pickup and drop off, very well trained and educated staff, specially NEETU from reception was very nice she took care of us and even gave us surprise on next day when we came in the room their was a cake and a wine bottle placed on the table, we stayed there for 4 nights, room was spacious and clean, house keeping people were doing great job, specially Bal from house keeping was very hardworking employee, hotel have their own private beach which is at walking distance and its beautiful well maintained and was secure their was always 2 security guards standing, beach restaurant was very nice, food was delicious drinks were perfect, there is ao much to do, water sports are there, you don t need to leave the hotel property I think, it was very relaxing stay, they give complimentary 30 minuets free bicycles so you can see the property by yourself or you can call the front desk and they will send a golf car for you doesn t matter what time is it, hotel lobby was beautiful, you can sit there and drink from the bar , food at the restaurant was delicious there was indian food, continental, specially the guy at the dosa stalls were awesome , and the employees name Anjali, richa was very nice respectful and hardworking, manager at restaurant was doing good job, it was a memorable and relaxing stay at the Leela, i will come back here next year again and strongly recommend to all my friend circle.......

A luxury place to stay, service is a bit slow than expected. Rest a huge property to spend time & explore

Property is beautiful. Staff was also kind. Had much higher expectation from buffets for lunch and dinner. other brands in mumbai pune offer much better buffets in taste and variety. Leela was our first time visit. I bet Leela mumbai would be doing much better. I would suggest to not opt for all meals plan package. It was not worth it.

You should never miss this property, its perfect getaway for couple been there twice, and recent (thired) visit proved me wrong, they are even good for family getaway too. Awsome relaxing time we had

Great property and wonderful service. In the times of Covid19, all protocols were well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our blissful time of vacation.

The one of the most beautiful resort you will come across. The huge golf garden makes it really unique. Also they have there own private beach. Restaurant Cortas was really good which is beach side. Don t go for candlelight dinner they charge more than there room price. Rooms were quite spacious with balcony. Also they provided us with pastry for our anniversary that was really kind. Lastly and only thing I not liked was the welcome I felt could have more better.

The property is absolutely awesome, good polite staff. The bus that was provided to us to pick from airport was not up to the mark. AC water on the overhead shelves spilled the baggage. The food want great at all. The variety and quality of food both need to improve.

Place is well maintained and meadows are as fresh as natural. Beach and everything is great. Staffs are helpful and cheering. Food is also very nice.

If you want to experience luxury, this is one of the places you must visit once in your lifetime. I'm taking off two stars because I felt the quality of the staff has gone down considerably in the last 5 years. There's a big difference in what it is now and what it used to be then. I think they've just become overconfident of winning too many awards in a row and while Leela is one of the good hoteliers, I am amazed at the negligence they are showing in selecting their staff.

this resort is very good to relax with your family & friends. to take the short break from your work & enjoy the natural beauties of this resort. food is also good and staff are very good in response.

It's my second time here and it's awesome. The place is fantastic, the beach on the other side is serene and the food as always is great. Got picked up from the airport in a BMW X5, not the most comfortable car, but still appreciate the gesture. What could have been better was that my room had a funny smell - faint, but still noticeable, though. You forget it while you are there till you get back in again.

This was my second and last visit to the Leela properties. I had been to Leela udaipur in 2017 on a family vacation and what a great time we had there. Good memories for a lifetime. So I booked Leela goa in October 2018 for a similar vacation. Horrendous experience. The senior managerial staff was very ill mannered, rude and it felt like I had booked a guest house type. When we Checked in, the room was not ready. Was made to sit at the reception for an hour and a half. Finally when we were taken to our room, I was shocked to see that people (2~3) were still making the room. I asked the lady who accompanied us about what was happening and she was like oh we were overbooked. So why did they book online if they couldn't accommodate. Then the toiletries were missing. When I complained to housekeeping, he just said that this is the way things are in this hotel. I asked to see a manager who came after a while with the same answer. I then said can I meet the GM of the property who is actually Incharge. They replied that they will try. Till I checked out I cudnt meet him. Must be a very busy man. Basically problems through out and I just would suggest not to book Leela hotels if u plan for a family vacation. Imagine the frustration I must have gone through to be writing this 8 months after the actual vacation. My suggestion wud be to book any 7 star property except Leela.

Simply fantastic. By far the best property I hv been to in Goa.

Spread over 75 acres. If u are the nature loving sorts ; just go here and njy the beautiful property. Had an amazing time just walking around the property and the beach. Very calm and relaxing place.

The service standards are par excellence. They really pamper you. Always smiling , always willing to go the extra mile to ensure tht you are comfortable.

Food spread is excellent. They went all out to ensure tht our food requests were taken well care off.

Truly a memorable experience as many hotels say but only a few who can deliver.

Ths was the best hotel to be at. If you are in Goa this is a MUST stay hotel. The property is designed to enjoy the sun, ocean, pool, and just relax. The staff is amazing. Everything is set up for to be accessible for the guests. The food, lobby, live music, location, beach, and the list can go on and on is unbelievable.

Best place to have fun, but obviously with a significant cost.

Perfect stay with the best hospitality ever received. Beautifully maintained property lush green lawns, beach area. Rooms were very spacious. The main building is an architectural marvel. Lavish buffet and other restaurants are also good. Superbly Maintained swimming pool and the clean beach area with all the security u need to stay relaxed. Spa was awesome. We stayed in conservatory Premier room and it was pretty good.
I would like to thank Laxmi from The Leela Goa. She my guest relation manager. Any problem or query I had she was just a call away. Charming and helpful. Restaurants staff Mr Salman was also very helful and gave the best service possible. The F&B manager was professionally humble and was kind enough to take our feedback on several occasions.
On our anniversary we received good care and turn down service in our room. Beautifully decorated cake and a bottle of fruit champagne was provided as we don't consume alcohol.
A personalized note was sent by the G.M and V.P Operations of the Leela Goa hotel.
The moment u come outside the airport you will receive a warm welcome from the hotel staff. The BMW pickup was also very good. Nicely maintained cars they have. Thanks Mr Martin for the pickup a very soft spoken and humble person.
There are many other recreational activities available.
It's very difficult to explain my Leela experience in words. U gotta live the experience by staying in this property.

Really huge and well kept property. The view from the rooms are really good. The rooms could have been more better for the price they charge. The food is good enough. The staff is really courteous. You might get tired of the staff greeting you every time you meet them but it grows on you.

Awesome place to stay and it is located at immediate next to beach. Cool weather.
