I called just now to ask a simple question. The person who answered was extremely rude, and refused to help me. She also refused to give me her name or allow me to speak with her supervisor. Not cool.

This is an OEM Supplier, if you call them, they are unable to sell replacement parts. However, if you reach out to the manufacturer of the equipment your LINAK product came off of, you will be able to get replacements through that specific company. This is the nature of an OEM & Supplier relationship.

Horrible customer service. I called several times and sent emails. Linda answers the phone and she is rude. She refused to give you a supervisors phone number. She refuses to get Mason to answer his phone. mason only returned a call when I said I was going to share my experience online everywhere I could. I live in the US and I purchased an Australian boat. Two Linak actuators raise and lower the harsh and they both broke while at dockside causing the hatch to fly open. All I tried to do was buy replacement actuators. I called the company that put their sticker over Linak but it appears they are out of business. So I called linak who insist I go back to the guy who is out of business. Complete frustration. Horrible business model. Customers beware. Do not buy from linak. Find a company that has distributors near you. Linak, has no distributors in the US and they will not sell replacement parts. So if you buy boat overseas that Linak parts in it, which you didn t know until they failed, they want you to find the company who installed the part even if the company is not around.
