He originally took on my custody case in my separation, however other circumstances happened throughout the case & he took on the other cases as well without hesitation. He was always available when I needed him & he had charges dropped against me in a false filing of a personal protection order, which he also got dismissed. I also won my custody case & could not have been more satisfied with his services. I would highly recommend him & would use him in the future if needed.

My wife and I had an initial meeting with Mr. Cox regarding estate planning. For the 1st half of the meeting he was barely engaged. At the end of the meeting he promised to follow up with us in 2 weeks with a recommendation. After not hearing from him after 3 weeks we contacted his office again, leaving a message, but he never got back to us. Instead we went to another attorney for the same matter; our experience has been a 180, and we learned a lot, including that Mr. Cox was not very knowledgeable about the subject of estate planning. If you're looking for an attorney look elsewhere and find a professional who treats clients with respect.

Sean Cox did a great job with my Divorce, He was very good at making everything easy for me to understand, but very professional in dealing with the court and my ex's lawyer.

I would not recommend Sean cox as an attorney , he is very hard to reach . Absent throughout the case. Having him as an attorney for 3 months I ve seen him 2 times one for the consultant and one for the hearing. Never spoken to him on the phone despite my many attempts. When I informed him I was going to find another attorney BAM ! He calls ! Just a joke really and if your going through a very serious battle something very important to you don t trust him with the case . You will end up further than square one . Speaking right from experience . Don t always trust the starts .

They are very nice and super helpful in everyway possible they can for there clients. Plus, they absolutely love giving back to the community. I highly recommend them.

It all started with my step dad's deterioration from Parkinson's Disease. The Law Offices of Sean Patrick Cox suggested estate planning for my parents and they were extremely thorough. My step dad was admitted to a nursing home shortly thereafter which, thanks to medicaid planning and assistance with annual required updates, it allowed my mom the peace of mind to know he was well cared for and yet it did not drain all they had worked so hard to build. I retained him for an estate that was in dispute over an unsigned will my father had drafted. He said i would loose if i took it to trial because the judge told him there wasn't much of a case. The judge would admit the will unsigned and I should take the settlement so I did. The personal representative of my dad's estate who was a neighbor that I went to high school with sold everything without me knowing and received $92,000. I don't even have something to remember him by and there was no funeral or anything. He is more concerned with how much money he can milk out of you. During a mediation we had he was late spent most of the time on his phone with another case and left early but billed me for the whole time. If he thinks you don't have a lot of money he will take the retainer fee and get a settlement agreement as quick as possible and tell you your luck you got that much. 2 other Attorneys look over it and told me I should have won that case.
