I retained him for an estate that was in dispute over an unsigned will my father had drafted. He said i would loose if i took it to trial because the judge told him there wasn't much of a case. The judge would admit the will unsigned and I should take the settlement so I did. The personal representative of my dad's estate who was a neighbor that I went to high school with sold everything without me knowing and received $92,000. I don't even have something to remember him by and there was no funeral or anything. He is more concerned with how much money he can milk out of you. During a mediation we had he was late spent most of the time on his phone with another case and left early but billed me for the whole time. If he thinks you don't have a lot of money he will take the retainer fee and get a settlement agreement as quick as possible and tell you your luck you got that much. 2 other Attorneys look over it and told me I should have won that case.
