We had a fantastic stay here.

The welcome was brilliant. It is worth paying for access to the Club Lounge. We were met at ground level and whisked to the lobby. Once they realised we had a Club Lounge room we were shown up to the 36th floor by express elevator. We were met by Eric who checked us in.

We had a tea and coffee at the desk whilst we were checked in, shown a map of the area and given some helpful local tips.

We were very early so expected to drop out bags and head out. But we were invited to the lounge where we had some refreshments and a spot of Afternoon Tea (included as part of the Club Lounge benefits). They prioritised our room and it was ready 10 minutes later.

They provide a smartphone with various helpful bits - but the most useful was the fact we could tether our own personal phones to its WiFi hotspot - so we could use our phones around the city without incurring huge roaming data charges.

The room was great and imaculate. They had space available so kindly upgraded us to a Suite because it was our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday. The view was great and the black out blinds were appreciated.

Vicky in the the lounge was very helpful. Great breakfast selection.

Eric, Billy and the rest of the team really looked after us and we will definitely be back.

Trying facilities were brilliant, the roof top pool and hot tub was awesome. But overall, it was the way we were looked after by the team that made our stay so memorable.

Online reservation for lunch buffet, sitting in a good position, it seems to go to the tea restaurant, hot food is small, New Zealand is not sweet, sushi is ordinary, salad can be, but many people take it slowly, no drinks , cakes are OK, ice cream is good,
If there is not a buffet of 30% off, it is not worth eating.

This is one of the best hotels in HKG, unfortunately now very expensive

Biggest tip: Club access is a must!
Felt extremely lucky to have booked a Studio Room with Club Access. Wonderful and cozy rooms in the lounge with breathtaking view. Friendly and attentive staffs. All day free flow alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (sparkling water, different types of beer and wine, different types of coffee and teas). Extremely tasty snacks and finger food. Afternoon tea, cocktail reception and sweet treats during certain hours of the day. Walking around the 36 floor as if it s your own home is literally more than what you expect from your stay. Try to look for the keyword club in the reviews, I m definitely not the only one recommending it.

Perfect view with automatic curtains, marble decorated bathroom, king sized bed and cozy couches. It s definitely a dream room and dream bathroom in Hong Kong

My place in hong kong, but getting very expensive now

My partner and I recently enjoyed a staycation at Cordis and we can't recommend the hotel highly enough! A truly 5-star experience. They are offering fantastic staycation packages which include lunch, and we spent our days relaxing at their incredible rooftop pool. Lunch at Alibi was also particularly good, especially their tagliatelle. Recommend Cordis as the place to be for any stays in Hong Kong. Excellent service, fantastic rooms, and a very enjoyable experience. We will be returning

One of my favorite hotels, great location, best service, there is nothing wrong with that. Everything is just right. Great rooftop pool with nice spa and great sundowner view. Direct transition to the shopping mall Slow Palace. Everything you need is within walking distance around the corner. The rooms are spacious and have a great view over Hong Kong. We always like to come here again. Thank you for the great stay and great service.

Great hotel but as usual 1 overpriced hotel phone call charge docks a star

From the subway E2, walk the escalator to the mall up to the 3rd floor, opposite to the hotel so it's very convenient.

The service is outstanding. Club rooms with lounge access are fantastic, complimentary food and drinks of a very high standard all day, there is no reason to leave the hotel. I could live here :-)

The rule is check in at 15:00, but checked in early at 1:30 am.
I stayed on the 20th floor, but the elevator only runs from the lobby to the 26th floor. Apart from the elevator which runs only from 26th floor to 42th floor in the lobby, it was a bit cumbersome to go to the swimming pool or sauna. Go to the 26th floor and change the elevator I have to go up.
During the day, you can freely press all floors, but at night you need to insert the lower left card and press the floor number to move the elevator.
Sauna use was good. We had a dry, wet sauna and a shower room, which was good. The sauna is open until 11 pm.
Room condition was neat and bed was comfortable, but there was not central light, and day was cloudy, and room was dark, and it was uncomfortable to prepare to go out.
Breakfast was varied and good. Breakfast, which is overeating in the morning

It is convenient to move from the lobby to the restaurant to the shopping mall in front.
It is recommended to go to shopping mall when going to MTR or bus.
The ladies market was also close and the mobility was very convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, staff were professional and friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

The gym had a good range of equipments and machine, a mix between weights and cardio.

Great hotel. We bookedthe club room and it was worth the extra payment . The view from floor 35 is amazing. The room was just perfect inculded a free mobile phone .
The hotel location is just perfect, only a short walking to the ladies market, flower market, abd connected with a bridge to a shooping center and a metro.

Stayed in a deluxe room for 1 night. Room was well kept. Quite spacious. Can comfortably fit a family of 2+1child. Location is right smack in the centre of mongkok. Supper places all around. Next to mtr and langham. Convenient for punlic transport.

Our first trip to Hong Kong and we stayed at the Cordis. A perfect choice. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The location perfect for exploring but I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone was so lovely, polite and helpful. Wish we had stayed longer.

Very good location, comfortable and clean hotel. It is connected to the mall and the subway itself, and can walk to attractions such as Ladies' Market. There are many restaurants nearby and even traditional markets in the area.

The rooms are large and the bed mats are reasonably firm and very comfortable to sleep

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They have good rooms, a great view, if you can catch one of the higher grounds and an amazing breakfast. The hotel is connected to a big shopping mall whit also some nice restaurants. By crossing the street you can get to the next MTR station, or just walk through the connection of the mall and the MTR. By walking like 5 minutes, you can reach some nightmarkets and the day, the area is great for shopping. Hotel top, Service top, Location top.

Luxurious hotel in the heart of Mongkok Kowloon with attentive staff. Recommended.

Well located for MTR, shops and Ladies Market in Mong Kok - especially in summer when its hot outside because you can directly access the MTR via the Langham Place shopping mall. Nice pool and gym, with sauna and steam room,, plus a spa. Good breakfast buffet with wide selection of regional hot and cold foods - the best of any similar hotel I have seen in Hong Kong.

Having afternoon dimsum at the Ming Court was nice. The quality of service is unmatched. But the food is pretty on par with many other places in Hong Kong. The attention to detail however is impeccable. Whether it be the experience walking into the lobby, connecting from the Langham, or from public transportation it feels worthy of a five star rating.

The views of the room are pretty awesome.

I've happily stayed at the Cordis (previously Langham Place hotel) in Mong Kok on several occasions and it is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hong Kong. The hotel is spacious, clean and friendly. The staff go out of their way to help with any requests or queries, be that for food and drinks or for days out or places to eat in the neighborhood. The hotel is directly attached to the upmarket shopping centre and MTR station, as well as being in the heart of the local area. Bars, restaurants and no end of shopping and markets can all be found nearby. I'll be back and will continue to recommend the Cordis to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Hong Kong.

This is a great hotel because of its location. Service is always good and the rooms are decent. Been visiting the Langham for a number of years, and just returned to what is now renamed the Cordis.

This hotel is located inside a mall which is directly connected to the underground MRT. The hotel offers stunning views of the city especially from the pool area. The rooms are modern and well equipped.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Service and also the food exceeded all expectations.

There is a good view of the city from the Skyroom restaurant at 42 floor. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall (Langham place) through a footbridge where there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in a bustling shopping area. The area to the west of the hotel is where tourists can see local life: market, old building and even red light district.

If you have the budget, this is the place to stay. They are located in the middle of the city, lots of shopping malls and eating outlets. MTR is right across the road!

Great service. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to sleep 4 to a room. One king and two single beds. Small kitchenette. Can buy octopus cards at the concierge desk.

Great location in the heart of Mong Kok, going shopping or to the fine dinner is always only a walking distance, save a lot of time.
My kids love the rooftop swimming pool where to make you feel just swimming under the sky.
The place is clean and decor is modern.
Me and my friends have a great time in HongKong, Ordis is one of the reason.
