We had a fantastic stay here.

The welcome was brilliant. It is worth paying for access to the Club Lounge. We were met at ground level and whisked to the lobby. Once they realised we had a Club Lounge room we were shown up to the 36th floor by express elevator. We were met by Eric who checked us in.

We had a tea and coffee at the desk whilst we were checked in, shown a map of the area and given some helpful local tips.

We were very early so expected to drop out bags and head out. But we were invited to the lounge where we had some refreshments and a spot of Afternoon Tea (included as part of the Club Lounge benefits). They prioritised our room and it was ready 10 minutes later.

They provide a smartphone with various helpful bits - but the most useful was the fact we could tether our own personal phones to its WiFi hotspot - so we could use our phones around the city without incurring huge roaming data charges.

The room was great and imaculate. They had space available so kindly upgraded us to a Suite because it was our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday. The view was great and the black out blinds were appreciated.

Vicky in the the lounge was very helpful. Great breakfast selection.

Eric, Billy and the rest of the team really looked after us and we will definitely be back.

Trying facilities were brilliant, the roof top pool and hot tub was awesome. But overall, it was the way we were looked after by the team that made our stay so memorable.
