The Langham Hong Kong & Langham Place MongKok, Hong Kong Review

Small rooms. Slow and unprofessional check in service. Slow luggage delivery. Facilities are starting to show wear and tear without good maintenance (i.e. Rusting at edges around bathroom fixtures, windows around pool area starting to scale up due to no/infrequent cleaning from the exterior). I have stayed in better in HK. Hotel is fine, if it charges rates 30% below where it is priced. But for 5 star and this price point, go with the Hyatt or JW Marriott.

An upscale highend 5 star hotel in Mong Kok. Great Chinese food in Ming Court.

What can I complain about? The staff were really friendly and helpful, hotel facilities were great, 5-star with a VIP Lounge. I must say you have to include the VIP Lounge access in your stay, champagne with Foie Gras, worth it!

Mong Kok MTR Station Langham Place exit escalator according to the hotel instructions to the third-degree escalator after no instructions, to ask the staff!

The location of the hotel is good, the staff service is good, the layout and decoration inside are comfortable, and there are many excellent restaurants to choose from. The hotel lobby also has an overpass to connect Langham Place, and there is a minibus station and MTR station downstairs, so it is convenient for eating, living and playing.

Staying in Cordis was a wonderful experience, I was there for a few weeks, the hotel is situated in The Langham Place, a sprawling and exquisite mall, very close to Ladies Street shopping market, the mall also houses the MTR station, this makes the commute quite easy. Located in Mongkok, one can experience traditional Hong Kong staying at Cordis. The hotel is very aesthetic and tasteful, excellent room service, special thanks to Sophie from the housekeeping. Loved the place, would definitely visit again.

The place is elegant, the food is exquisite and overly pleasing, the waiter level is uneven, there is a cold attitude, the price is slightly higher!

It is very convenient because it is directly connected to Mongkok Station and Langham Place. The night market on Ladies Street is also nearby.

This hotel boasts a wonderful modern art collection, direct access to a shopping mall, outdoor rooftop pool and comfortable rooms. It is walking distance to metros and market. Unfortunately not many taxi drivers knew the hotel by name. Best to carry a hotel business card or brochure with you so you can share with your driver.

Great location. Clean and huge room with nice dry kitchenette. Bed is very comfortable. Great view from 30th floor and beyond. Nice pool although didnt get to try it. Connected to Langham Plaza via link bridge, very convenient on rainy and humid day.

One of the finest hotels in Mongkok. The place is convenient to catch some local stuff and shopping. I found customer service good and you can actually understand the staffer's English. The hotel asthetic is great and it definitely worth your money. I don't know much about food though.

But so which hotel, 5 stars from all aspects! We had booked a club room which cost a little more but it was worth every penny (approx. 2000 SEK a night). Free access to the pool, snacks, drinks (champagne, wine, beer and drinks), buffet with hot food plus chark and cheeses, afternoon tea etc. The room is fresh and nice with lovely skin care products, comfortable bed and great views of Hong Kong. The breakfast was senselessly good with everything you could dream of in breakfast, European options and Asian. The staff are great and service minded. In other words, everything is tiptop. Metro and buses are around the corner. We stayed at Cordis for 9 nights and enjoyed every second.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Mongkok with comfortable, cozy rooms. We had a deluxe plus room on one of the upper floors, and it had a great view. The bathroom in this booking class has a glass wall, so customers can enjoy daylight in the bathroom. The main room is well appointed and was in a great condition.
Check in was very professional, the receptionist who checked us in was very professional, friendly, forthcoming and helpful. All staff made us feel cared for and looked after at all times. A true five star experience that lives absolutely up to customers' expectations.

Cordis Hotel previously known as Langham Hotel at Langham Place in Mongkok, Hong Kong. Hotel has a comfortable bed and very good services. We could walk from the hotel through the sky walk connected to Langham Place, a big shopping plaza and prominent landmark in Mongkok area.

had a terrible interaction with nicolas auger where i wanted to book a long term stay and it took over a week to coordinate it
- they changed the prices three times (from 20000hkd for 12 months to 22500hkd for 6 months to 20000 for 6 months), all while changing the duration
- changed the duration again from "6 months" to "5 months 22 days" after several iterations
- no interest in showing the room
- good luck with being in a central protest location

Excellent service, very clean of room, soundproof pretty good, advanced of room audio and video equipment.
I'm very appreciate enjoy room service, Attendant very nice. Breakfast have 4 different choice including kid set. I choose Chinese style which is congee and shrimp dumpling, very delicious. Recommend their coffee!

This is the 2nd of our 3 days here and the hotel is quite wonderful, the staff are amazing. Admittedly it is quiet at the moment and you get a body temperature check when you go for food or to the pool etc.
There is a good choice for breakfast to suit many tastes, we did the short walking tour with Ian (Concierge) who was very informative and quite jovial, there were only 2 of us though, so this made his job a lot easier.
We upgraded to the club rooms and for the difference in cost, I would book for one of these again.
In the room you have everything you need, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, disposable razor, we nipped out for something in the evening and on our return we found the quilt turned back, slippers and bottles of water with a glass each at both sides of the bed.
Can honestly say that for us, we can't fault anything at the moment.

My husband and I together with my sister checked-in in this hotel few days ago and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in Langham Place mall and outside is the market area. The hotel is very cosy, the carpet is immaculate clean and they make sure that the room is spotless every time they do housekeeping. We find all the staffs are very professional, from the porter to the manager. Me and my sister complained regarding a rude taxi driver and the manager assisted us by submitting a report. Also when we missed a message from the day tour that we booked, the hotel left a letter in an envelope to let us know what we've missed. Also the awesome thing about this hotel is that they have a complimentary phone for you to use to call in Australia and other countries they cover. We used the phone to navigate around the area for our convenience. We've tried their mother's day special buffet for $71 each person and it was worth it. They have all seafood area and some buffet areas where they can make your noodle soup. The dessert is also hard to resist especially the chocolate fondue and gelato ice cream. I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Great hotel with an amazing swimming pool and gym. The club lounge is amazing, there is good food and the staff are super helpful. The rooms are big but the minibar is quite expensive. The location of this hotel is amazing, there are two metro lines near the hotel.

For the first time, visit the Cordis Hotel in Hong Kong. Due to the business trip, the room is large, clean, comfortable and excellent.

A big day long meeting was held here. Everything was excellent. Audio and video perfect. Food and drinks marvellous.

Excellent place. Very central and easy to get anywhere. Checked in late and beer garden next door closed early. Front desk staff felt bad for me and sent up two local beers free of charge. Staff very friendly and warm. Didn't feel like a big city hotel at all. Highly recommend.

On the 8th floor of the Shanghai banquet, the service and food are very leeches.

Very nice hotel, centrally located and all staff were extremely friendly. There was a short, free tour in the surrounding area, which we can only recommend. Definitely go to the markets nearby, it's worth it ...
