Such a clean and nice campground! The lake is beautiful and it's easy to get things you need. It's nice having live music on Saturday nights and being able to walk over from the cabins to enjoy the show is super convenient.

The only thing I'd criticize is the up keep of the cabins. We stayed in cabin one over the weekend and the bathroom door sticks (have to really put some force behind it to close and open), the bedroom with twin beds has a broken lamp (can't be turned on), that bedroom's door is literally falling off the hinges and you have to pick it up to open/close it. Spiders everywhere (I know it's in the woods, however the spiders look to have been there a while and I'm not sure the cleaning routine). I don't don't if this cabin is slated for some upgrades, but I would recommend it.

Overall, this is a beautiful resort and we will be back!

Train your servers. The resort is now modernized, expanded, and looks great. Now it's time for you to invest as much time, energy, and money into your serving staff. Stop forgetting appetizers and condiments. Stop bringing one person's plate twenty minutes before everyone else at their table. Stop making guests wait at their tables for fifteen minutes before a server shows up. These are restaurant basics. And if you're going to charge 20 dollars per plate, you need to at least cover the basics.

Beautiful, quiet setting with good, clean tent sites, table, benches, fire-ring, no water; adequate indoor toilet with tp and sink with cold water only. Overall great campground for semi-"roughing it".

My Wife and I had the opportunity to meet with several of the owners to discuss some future business opportunities, what a delightful group of people. We had a great time speaking with them and felt very comfortable with their open and honest discussions about the whole operation. We are looking forward to working with them and the staff in the very near future and what a beautiful place to be able to live and work!

Beautiful place in the mountains! Have many activities in the summer including bonfire movie night under the stars and BBQ night with live music. Also even more beautiful in the winter when the snow begins. The grill at the marina has the most delicious food! Everything from grilled cheese for the kiddos to burgers and pizza! During the winter they have prime rib 1st Saturday of the month along with other awesome dinner specials. Love the atmosphere and the people.

Stayed 5 days while visiting family in Klamath Falls, cabin was supposed to be away from other cabins(wanted some privacy). When we arrived the cabin was about 20 feet from another cabin which they never bothered to tell us before we arrived. 10 dollars for 4 pieces of wood for a campfire. Everything was very expensive. Weekends everyone is loud at night, so don't expect to get any sleep. A typical tourist trap. On a positive note, the mountains surrounding Lake of the Woods where breathtaking.

I've been going here for over 30 years. It's always been a welcome escape from the Rogue Valley. But when I stopped in Sunday for a beer, burger and fries, I was told I had to pay $7 just to park so I could purchase their overpriced, mediocre cafe food. Me and my friend would have spent $40-$50 easily had we been allowed to, but they lost our business because they insisted on charging $7 for????? If they maintain this policy they will lose my business and I will convince my local friends to boycott the place too. I heard they plan on logging all the big fir trees around the resort and campground. Seems like the new concessionaire will do anything for a buck. I'll give them one more chance, but at this point, I can't recommend the penny-pinchin, nickel and diming new management.

Our favorite place for relaxing and family fun. At Lake of the Woods we love camping, paddle boarding, eating at the lodge, Saturday night live music, pizza and ice cream from the Marina. There really is something for everyone. Been coming for years and will continue to do so.

My lovely wife found this place online when she was researching our family vacation. The scenery is nothing short of majestic. The resort itself is packed with options - camping, RV hook-ups, cabins for rent. Coming from a love of remote wilderness camping, the site spacing is a little tight for my liking, but the reality is that this is a family camping site - and for that purpose they do it well. There's 1 men's bathroom and 1 women's bathroom, but for the week that we've been here I've seen no more than 5 people in the bathroom total in all of our shower/bathroom/teeth-brushing visits.
The showers are boiling-hot. Be VERY careful if you are showering with children. I knocked my elbow on the shower mixer and nearly blanched my kid.
There is a coin-operated launderette next to the bathrooms. Again, I saw 1 person using them the entire week stay.
There's a Lodge that has your basic fan fair if Americana style food and to my surprise they had an option for the #impossibleburger. The Marina has pizza which they make on-site, piping hot with options for Gluten Free crusts. Sadly no vegan cheese to take it all the way to hippie-granola fanfare.
The Lake is magical and I'd consider it well worth it to rent one of their party/pontoon boats for half day or full day. The prices are reasonable. We motored slowly around the entire lake and admired all the beautiful little cabins and docks. My 3 year old insisted on driving the boat, so he sat in my lap and at a snail's pace we did donuts in the boat for 10 minutes.
The resort has nearly everything you need. Ice, gas, propane refills, food options, etc.
My only real complaint is the smoke...with so many people in close proximity to each other (all wanting to have the same camp fire experience) we found it quite suffocating at times...but truth be told, that's just part of what you expect when camping.
We'll be back here for years to come. Thank you Lake of the Woods. Off we go to Shasta.

Expensive. We were there during a snow storm and there were several cabins available. Staff would not budge on price. It seemed ridiculous to make nothing rather than something. We continued on our journey and got a room with a hot tub for 50$ cheaper and more to do. SMH.

The lake is nice enough. The area is clean. The water is a bit colder than I like, but still swimmable clean water. It is currently still smokey out, this was at about 3-4pm, early August.
