Service in restaurant to be better. Superb parking.

Courteous staff.
Old world charm.
Strategically located.
Fast elevators.
Efficient parking attendants.
Good dining.

The venue was clean, well maintained and orderly. The event that I attended passed on without a glitch

Very on professional car parking staff. I had been to this hotel for having Lunch and I was there for almost 2 hours (1pm to 3 pm).The car parking staff had parked my car in start mode. The engine was on for 2 hours. Really pathetic.

Was there for dinner at their dining restaurant names Aromas. Lovely food as always. Have a good length and variety in buffet. However in Alacarte the portions are small

One of my favourite breakfast, brunch and dinner buffets in the city. Very clean, well prepared food. Very helpful staff

It always has been a great hotel. Long back, I felt very comfortable there and was a regular. The place felt cosy , managed by efficient team. They often gifted fresh baked bread which smelled and tasted heavenly. Now the place appears more of an business hotel with business like attitude. It's good value for money with some upmarket status.
Recently I was attending a meeting there and felt like a drink. I entered my old joint but something told my mind to step back. The sixth sense syndrome.
Will try the place again , someday

We had a superb stay and the staff looked after us meticulously and with care. The location of the hotel is superb too.

The hotel is situated at a wonderful place with a good food

Pathetic and I have been following up for more than 2 weeks for a refund with no response. This is something I am going through after staying in the hotel for a week with 2 rooms. If a loyal customer faces this kind of response, I am not sure what do they mean by customer service!!! If they claim to be a 4 star hotel, they should behave like one of those. No one wants to go through such experience after spending quite a lot of money.
I will not recommended Kenilworth to anyone ever.

Had a bad experience there wherein the hotel staff utilised my debit card for bill for my stay though they had instructions from my company for 'bill to company'. It has been almost a month that I have been following up with them for a refund..
Bad handliing of guests issues..though they have admitted their mistake over mail, they are not refunding the amount wrongly charged to me..

Excellent place... Customer centric staff... Home like feeling

This is located about a kilometre away from the historic victoria memorial. Excellent service and a great bar. You mostly find foreigners here.
